We, the group of friends came from all different state to Washington for our mission trip. It was cold and rainy , our car broke down at no where and we search for towing car , the auto shop near by but no luck, we called AAA but they said 2 hours or more they will have someone to tow our car to the shop only. Luckily, at the gas station we met the local cashier at shell gas station, she called Auto Star . Jamey, the owner said the shop is closed not open still Monday. We told him we have to flight back out tomorrow Sunday, then immediately he said don t worry i will take care everything for you, 5 minutes later he came and bring the car back to the shop, his staff, Nick remove the part while Jamey goes buy the part, about 1 hour our car was done and the cost was very reasonable. We love the services with all the kindness people at the shop. When u came back next time i will drop them some hot meals to Thanks them .

A Big Thank You to Auto Star for restoring my faith that there are still good businesses out there with integrity and good old fashioned genuine customer care and service.My grandson was looking for a commuter vehicle and a friend of mine recommended I go to Auto Star and to speak with Brad or Jamey, she said they would help me find what we were looking for in a vehicle and take good care of us.The day we went there we talked with Brad and Abby, very kind and helpful, they unfortunately didn t have what we were looking for at that time.Jamey had just left so we didn t get to meet him that day.We left there and went to a place in Tacoma that had a car we wanted to check out, we ended up buying it but unfortunately we learned a very hard lesson, not everyone is honest and upfront and they sold us a car with nothing but serious problems that we didn t know about until after we took it home.That same evening when we got home, I got a call from Jamey, he apologized for missing us.I mentioned what we just went through with the other car salesman, he said he would keep in touch if he had a vehicle we might like.Unfortunately the car we bought from the other seller only got worse and then not drivable, so a total loss for us.I reached out to Jamey again, he actually had some options for us to consider.We had not met in person yet but when we got there he welcomed us with open arms, literally, and wanted to hear everything that happened to us with the car we had bought from the other seller.He showed us what he had, told me everything about it, it was just what my grandson was looking for.After what we had been through with the other seller, I thought I would feel skeptical trusting another car salesman.That was not the case with Jamey, he isn t a typical car salesman, there wasn t an ounce of skepticism of him, I felt he was very understanding of what we had been through and genuinely wanted to help us.While Jamey and I handled the paperwork,Brad, Abby and the rest of their team were busy outside getting the truck all detailed and ready for me to take home.When I drove off that day, I felt a big weight lifted, I felt confident that they were looking out for us and we were taken care of, just like my friend had said.The next morning I got a text from Jamey, he was checking in to see how my grandson liked the truck, something that has never happened in previous purchases elsewhere.I want to thank Jamey, Brad, Abby and the rest of the Auto Star team for their good old fashioned customer care, they truly did take care of us, something that you just don t see too much of these days.Cathy

The crew at Auto Star are great. I had an issue with one of our service vans. They towed it to their shop for us, and had it back on the road very quickly. Called to see about getting tires and wheels swapped out on my 2018 GMC 3500 and was quoted way less than tire shop on South Hill, took it in same day and had my new tires and rims on in no time! Great shop, highly recommended!

I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to AUTO STAR in Graham !!!!!! On 10/17/23 Jamey came over with his truck and trailer to tow my 1996 Sidekick to do some engine work on it. ( I have to say that I was surprised how fast Jamey loaded my sidekick and away we went to the shop ) First off when Jamey says I will be there at 9:30 am you bet he will be there no questions asked ! ( Jamey even texted me and said 5 minutes away ) My sidekick had been given by other shops and timing needing to be replaced ........ within hours Brad and Jamey found the problem right way , the pulley was up against and sideways on the timing cover making the noise to sound like the timing needed to be replaced. So Idler pulley , belt tensioner , serpentine belt, spark plug , coil on plug coil , oil change and air filter , ALL DONE IN 1 DAY !!!!! Plus they even replaced the serpentine belt on my son's 2000 Toyota Tundra . Abbey was a blast to talk to while I waited for my son's truck, her smile and laugh was AWESOME !!! ( sorry that I didn't get the other mechanics name , he was bus working on another Toyota ) . This a small shop on in the country on busy Meridian out in Graham , but it's well worth going to see them for some honesty , getting the smiles , great conversations with them . And no ladies it's not mechanical talk there either its straight forward and honest .

Recently purchased a 1996 Toyota T100 from Auto STAR and it was an amazing experience! Jamey was very friendly and willing to work with our schedule as we were coming in from out of town! Have had the truck for two weeks now and i absolutely love it! Jamey found us the right truck!

This team is the best. I ve been using Auto star before they were even Auto star. They always go above and beyond. They help by picking up my car when I can t get it to them. And today my wife was driving her dads car to the shop. And they were ready tow it if they had to but it made it. But then she didn t have ride home and they gave her a ride to me. I do suggest having your own ride Im sure that s not something they can do all the time. But It s the little things like this that help them stand out. Just amazing. Honestly five stars isn t enough. I was stranded in Yelm no service on phone and 4 flats in clear wood Blvd on Saturday while me and my family were out there looking at a for sale home me and my family was going to purchase and I was definitely running out of options that I thought would be able to help me so I called the owner of AUTO STAR off a land line phone at the corner store near the area in Yelm and than Jamey Hendricks than three way called me and one of his partners Brad to help me with tow Brad and his fianc�e Ashley pulled up about a hour or so later towed my car not only that they also helped me with replacing all 4 tires for me for a good price I will always and forever be thankful for them and there help I will always recommend them if any of my customers from B & R needed work done on there car THIS SHOP GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THERE CUSTOMERS AND I WILL FOREVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THANK YOU GUYS FOR HELPING ME AND MY FAMILY LOVE ALWAYS THE GOOGLE QUEEN FROM B & R AUTO WRECKING IN GRAHAM AND THE IONA FAMILY Service: Tires

This place is amazing, they are fast, honest and incredibly professional. One of our vehicles was completely dead due to rodent damage, called around to dealers that didn't seem interested in helping us out. Gave a call to Auto STAR and not only did they show up that day to tow the vehicle, they fixed it and had it back to us in under 24 hours at an extremely fair price. My car started making really ugly noises on my drive home so I took it to the closest shop which was Auto Star. I'm so lucky they were the closest!! Not only did they diagnose the problem very quickly, they gave me a ride home and brought my car back to me when they were done. No sitting around in an uncomfy waiting room!! Abby and her guys figured out what was wrong and gave me suggestions on what to do next. They didn't pressure me into some expensive repair which was really nice!! If I have any more problems, which I hope I don't, I'll be going back to Auto Star for sure!!

Love this place, love the mechanics, love Jaime. The service was absolutely outstanding. I know nothing about cars and Jaime handled everything and was great with communication and details and the work was done fantastically. No complaints at all, will 100% be back when needed. After getting a quote for brake replacements I reached out to friends who recommended Auto star. I am so happy they did. Not only did they quote a more reasonable and affordable price, the customer service is top notch. Jamey went out of his way to accommodate me and my work schedule to pick up my car and then pick me up to get my car. I will be using Auto star from now on. These guys are great the owner Jamie is awesome knows his stuff only guy I trust to work on my Toyota. These guys were able to come pick up my vehicle and find a pretty particular front differential and triple checked the gear ratio so we knew the job was getting done right. Everyone that works in the shop is also very knowledgeable like I said before these are the only guys I trust to work on my 4Runner when I don t have the time too.Service: Auto maintenance

I brought my truck in for an oil change as well as fuel filter replacement and greaseing everything before a long road trip. They found one of my U-joints to be worn out while underneath and they promptly informed me of the issue and were able to get it fixed in a timely manner. Their communication was excellent and their service was second to none. My experience with them was great and I highly recommend them and they did a great job. 5 stars. I have passed this shop many times over the years and thought it was only for 4X4 trucks-I was totally wrong. I stopped in on my way home to see if they could fix my tire that had a large nail in it.Not only did they fix the tire, I was greeted at the door, with a firm hand shake and friendly smile. The communication was A+ in my book, the service was top notch and I will absolutely be back. Don't be fooled by the awesome 4X4 trucks out front, they work on all makes and models-you won't be disappointed!Jamie-thank you for a wonderful experience, I feel so foolish these past few years having the dealership work on my Jeep, the service was ok but I am a person who values customer service and they could use a lesson from you and your mechanics. Been having problems with my ABS light coming on had it looked at a few times by another place, had the part replaced multi times and still had problem, car went to auto star was fixed in a day. Not only was the problem fixed but I had great advice on helping me pick out new tires since mine are now no good do to the on going problem that was unfixable Friendly service! They asked many questions to get the problem fixed correctly! Will definitely be taking my car back for all my other needs! And very well priced!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I took my car in to have the brakes looked at. The guys really took the time to explain to me what was going on and repaired my brakes super quick. The whole team and experience was amazing.
