Only place I use for my tire/brake needs. They are fast, super friendly, and always have the best quality material. For example when I needed tires change on my 2017 Chevy Cruze, they swapped them out before I even finished my phone call, took them 15 minutes, not sure if that s a record, but damn was I impressed. They have taken care of nails in my tires, with them still holding strong. Really no complaints, very good service here.

On the 30th of March, I picked up a rock in my front right brake ... squealed my way into the shop at Goldendale. Busy as the were (full house with folk getting their snow tires changed out), they took the time to inspect the brake and wheel, remove the rock, and have me back on the way. THANKS to the Manager and Crew ... and I always appreciate the consistency of the shops wherever you go. One added kudos (Poulsbo Les Schwab) ... they're the only shop I've been to that if they don't know the answer to an issue they'll say so, if they can't fix it - they'll have a recommendation for how to do so - and their estimates/prices are more than competitive.

Honestly can t thank these gentlemen enough for the work they put into my car!! They went above and beyond to help me! We were waiting on wheel spacers for my car so they could get it into the shop and less than 24 hours after I dropped the wheel spacers off, the car was done! And even after they finished and I paid, they still helped me by putting the inter cooler back on my car! Legitimately so grateful and cannot recommend these guys enough! You all are the best!!

I just recently moved to Goldendale, Washington.My tire started shredding on my way to work and I just knew it was going to be a bad day. I thought to myself let's just get to the closest place before I actually blow the tire. Thank goodness I had an extra Tire that came with the car when I purchased it. I contacted another tire business just down the street from Les Schwab's on East Broadway Street. They had quoted me a price of $24 and it was going to be an additional $7.50 to dispose of the tire. My friend told me go to Les Schwab it's just passed the place you want to go. Go in there and they will give you a better price. She told me she gets all of her work done at Les Schwab and that I would not be disappointed and was she right? She really was right because instead of paying $24 plus $7.50 to dispose of a tire the gentleman at the counter told me that they didn't try to trick people into paying more money for the disposal of the tire that is all Incorporated in their price. I had no waiting time and the gentleman took my car and within 12 minutes I was receiving my keys back at the counter and my total was only $18.25. So I just wanted to give a big shout out to the fine folks at Les Schwab Tires for not only making me feel welcome here in this town but encourage me to come by anytime if I needed to get my tires checked or if I needed to ask some questions or anything else related to tires they can help me with.Just because Les Schwab is one of the larger tire companies in America they are not the most expensive. I was always intimidated by big Corporation is going to cause big money! Boy was I wrong? Yes I was. Thank you Larry and to the rest of the wonderful staff at Les Schwab of Goldendale, Washington

After getting back on the road with our 5th wheel in tow we noticed our tires needed some attention. We looked up and saw a les Schwab sign! So we took it in for their expert advice and low and behold we got 4 new tires. The service here is impeccable and friendly! So refreshing to know there is still folks out there that will take care of you! Had great conversations with the locals while waiting! Mat was very helpful and his knowledge was refreshing!! Thanks to all of you there! Our adventure was amazing and most of all more safe do to your great work from your staff!

We were passing through Monday August 14 this year and were losing air in one tire, suspecting we picked up a nail or screw. We arrived at 8:45 AM, were created in a very friendly way, and they had the screw out and the tire plugged within 15 minutes...we were on the road by 9:10AM with a No Charge repair and a "Thank you for coming in". These tires did not come from Les Schwab but you can bet the replacements will!!!!!! Great service!!!!!!

Nothing but bad experiences. I took my truck there to have my upper control arms replaced under warranty. Picked it up the next day and was driving down the road when a bolt fell out of my brake caliper. I took it back to them to "retorque" everything. Fast forward a month later I took my truck to another shop to have some work done as I no longer trust this location and they found that the axle nuts were both finger tight causing my bearing to wear out prematurely. It seems they have entry level techs with no real experience. Having spent 6 years in the tire industry myself I understand things can happen but it's been one thing after another with this location. I was having a balancing issue a couple days ago and took it there because I was in a time crunch. They had to stick several ounces on the wheels to try and get them to balance. I understand why I was charged but they didn't consult me on the problem or give me solutions to fix it they just charged my $125 and sent me on my way and they only made the problem worse. This place has lost all of my business.

Wonderful Staff! Borden, Kirk and Larry!! We blew a tire and needed 4 new ones while traveling threw the area. They went Above AND Beyond to get us back on the road!! Thank you!

Edited to make sense These guys were hands down absolutely incredible! I broke down in the middle of nowhere on the Columbia River gorge about 17 miles from Biggs Oregon. I waited over an hour and a half before somebody finally stopped to help me loosen the last three lug nuts on my tire and put my spare on. I was able to make it into goldendale to this Les Schwab and the gentleman there waited past closing to help me. They were absolutely incredible and if I could give them 10 gold stars I would! And they didn't even charge me which was even more incredible because after going clear to Kennewick for my grandmother's funeral service but I was almost tapped out completely. They said they would have a beer for me and celebration and I sure hope they did! Thank You Les Schwab for never letting me down

Great staff: professional, courteous, friendly and prompt. We stopped in with a wobbly wheel/tire coming apart problem, on a trip from Prineville, Oregon to Winthrop, Washington. No appointment, and they had us back on the road in less than an hour.

I was traveling from Bend, Oregon to Yakima, Washington. Being from Central Oregon we are in general Les Schwab fans. There is a lot of wide open space on the drive to Yakima. I got a flat just outside Goldendale, Washington. The very busy Tire Center saved my day, patched my tire and sent me safely on my way. Heros one and all! Thank you, Lucy

As a Canadian, I don't do much tire shopping in the USA, but both times my wife has experienced a flat while on a road trip, I've contacted a Les Schwab Tire Centre to take care of the problem, and they've been excellent, regardless of which state. I knew I could rely on them to help her out when I couldn't be there.Wyatt was especially helpful when my wife needed help, not just with the the service, but also replacing a fuse and untangling the wires so it wouldn't be a problem again, and was absolutely stellar throughout the service call. Excellent job all around, and now she's back on the road with only a couple hours delay. Thanks team, and special thanks to Wyatt.

We Love Les Schwab over many many year we have been going to them for all things wheel & tire, The employees are always friendly and professional, on this particular visit Jocob came out to us and fixed our tire and double checked all the other trailer tires. Once again great service, thank you Les Schwab for keeping us rolling.

I have given this les schwab so many chances to rectify their wrong doings. They will send you out the door with a smile on their face after "helping" only to have made the situation worse. Really wanted to support local but I will only the taking my vehicles to The Dalles Les schwab now.

The staff at the local Les Schwab is great. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and suggest options for different budgets. I generally shop for all of my tire and wheel needs there, as well as services such as alignments.

We were on vacation in Goldendale Washington and my tire was low in the morning and I didn t want to try to drive home and risk something happening. We stopped in here and they checked out my tire within 10 minutes of arriving and found a staple pulled it out and got us back on the road in about 30 minutes. They were just nice and helpful and friendly and makes me want to keep coming back to Les Schwab Tire like I have for many years.

This place and these people are a throw backhand to a better time. Considerate and looking at more than a dollar and a lot more than today. Lee Schwab built a legacy, his associates show a great deal of respect for that and the product doesn't let you down.

My drivers door doesn't work and the young man who had to bring my car into the tire changing bay was amazing and even after I apologized a million times for him having to crawl across my passenger seat he had a smile on his face and said it was no big deal. Quick and friendly service.

Our Goldendale Les Schwab is amazing! We had tires put on our truck and my husband was less than thrilled with them. We called and asked what could be done. The Manager ( I am very sorry, I am horrible with names) stated just come back and exchange them. He talked us through our options gave us tips and helped us pick out some great tires! My husband says it's like having a new truck. Thank you again to all the staff there for making our experience so great!!

I went in for a flat repair. They took me right away. They also inspected my tires as I was concerned about their age. They could have sold me a new set but informed me my tires were still fine. All this and they did my repair for free. WOW!!! Customer for life!

The guys here are so very sweet, and helpful. This morning was crazy and stressful and one of the gentleman was willing to come out and check my car oil. (I know how it just looked off) he was kind and quick and got me back on the road in a jiff!

Thank you Les Schwab and the fabulous team at the Les Schwab Center in Goldendale. I limped into town with a flat tire, on my way to see sights along the Columbia. The tire was repairable, and the team went to work immediately to help me, and get me back on the road.Les Schwab is a fantastic example of service to the community, and the customers that come through the door. It was the icing on the cake when they said, no charge! We do this for anyone that needs help, and we are happy to help! That s why when I realized I had a flat, I stopped, looked up Les Schwab and found there was a time center near me! That s also why every one of my children has had full sets of tires from Les Schwab, I have bought tires for my own vehicles, and thanked them by referring people to them at every opportunity.Lastly, it s wonderful to be on the road and know there are great companies like Les Schwab out there to help when you need it! Got a screw in my new GMC Truck while on the highway. Called down and Jason said come in and they'll take care of it. Few minutes and they had us back on the road! Thanks for the amazing customer service!

Had a flat tire when I went to my car after work. I called and they said they would send someone to my location to put air in my tire so I could make to their place in Goldendale. They fixed my flat tire quickly , didn't charge me and great customer service.
