We ve been using GEAR for close to five years. They continue to impress. You can t find a more honest mechanic than Jason. And Esther is awesome. She takes the time to listen and make sure they are addressing the issue with the vehicle.We bought a lemon of a vehicle and without GEAR, never would have gotten it running properly.

I m new to the area and the shop was recommended. And I know why! What a great shop. Everyone is so nice and does a great job. Jason went above and beyond in my opinion with some small things that might not mean much to him or anyone else but I sure appreciate it, and Esther is such a wonderful sweet lady. GEAR did repairs on our F350. Very reasonable and recommended hermiston ford dealership for further work with DEF. Turned out to be a good move. There is trust.

Broke down on Labor Day, called Jason first thing Tuesday morning and was told he could look at it that afternoon and probably fix it Wednesday if parts available. Appreciated the honesty of what was to happen instead of normal yes sir right away and not happening.Jason and his staff were very friendly and courteous. Would recommend G.E.A.R. G.E.A.R. has been my go-to mechanic for many years now. It all started when my old F250 was having carburetor issues. The guy came out and took a look. Told me what I needed. I was able to fix it myself, thanks to him. He never charged me a thing. Now, I take all my vehicles there for oil changes and repairs. They're good, honest people.

Everyone here is amazing. It's hard to find a good shop that won't overcharge or lie to you... but GEAR won't! Also, they will get you in on short notice.

Friendly greeting and prompt service. Not only oil change but also fixing burnt out head light preventing a possible ticket or accident. The only place I will take my vehicle to be serviced. Thank you GEAR team.

Amazing people. Truck broke down while heading home with travel trailer. Was towed to their shop after hours on a Sunday and they had my truck repaired and back to me the following day. These guys are the best! Had a trip to Mexico planned for months, leaving the weekend after Thanksgiving and on Wednesday afternoon a power steering belt on our pickup broke! Had the truck towed to their shop and they fixed it and got us in the road! Saved my life or at least my happiness

These guys saved my weekend. Blew a transmission line on my truck 250 miles from home. Limped it to their shop late on a Friday afternoon and they were nothing short of amazing. They were able to repair the line since it wasn t available at local parts store and had me back on the road towing my racecar in about an hour. Great people and great service.

Very nice people but the work was terrible, it looked liked it was thrown together in a few minutes, it was put together with the wrong size pipe, and didn t look like what I wanted, I will have to completely re-fabricate a new exhaust to meet my standard, however they were nice and it wasn t too expensive.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

When we broke down outside of Goldendale, we were referred here with high recommendations. They did not dissapoint! Serviced our car immediately when we arrived and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Friendly and great price!

Huge thanks to Jason at Goldendale Exhaust for taking the time with my family and my newborn to find the problem with our truck so quickly! Amazing service- they go above and beyond!! What s even more special is once they realized they did not have the right hose we needed they still took even more time with us making sure we go to the place that did... very grateful!!

my check engine light came on. They ran the diagnostic found what was wrong told me how to fix it personally and didn't charge anything. That is Great Customer Service

Vehicle was overheating while traveling through, even though he was very busy he still took a few minutes to assess my vehicle and give me some recommendations. We were in a hurry and didn't stick around, but we did make it home. Thanks for the help!
