If you come on the weekend expect that the parking lot will be full. I came here on Sunday at 10 o clock (January), and there were only a few spots available. Also, make sure you have a Discover Pass, otherwise you will have to pay $10 daily fee.

Super small, not a lot of space to park at the height of the day. I recommend coming early or late. But it's worth it! Absolutely beautiful hike.

Well maintained trail. Parking lot get full very ealry in day. If you arrive around 10-11am, the 1st batch of hikers would be returining, so there is a chance you will find space if you wait for 5-10 minutes.

We have good parking lot with space for about 30+ vehicles at a time. There is a well maintained restroom there.

Informative boards, maps and pictures at the large Wallace Falls parking lot, which includes disabled parking.Ranger phone numbers are provided, as well as information on various trail hikes, such as: how long and steep they are, the smaller falls and Wallace lake, to which you can hike, and what sort of animals you might encounter, etc.Information is also provided on how to book a camping site (for a tent) or a cabin, which all have fire pits.At least one of the boards could use some updated painting of the Trail names, etc, but overall, very well done. I was particularly impressed with the Trailhead Register, that includes documentation of the time you leave and your expected return time.

Nice trailhead, big parking lot, bathrooms and lots of information on the trails and plant life along the trails. The trail starts out fairly flat and wide under the crackle of large power lines overhead. It narrows as you enter the woods.

Nice parking lot for the trail to the falls, but I bet it is busy during the summer.

Went on a hike to Wallace Falls Middle Falls Overlook with my family. The facility at the parking area was well equipped for a hiking area that got decent but not excessive foot traffic. There was a station for dogs to quench their thirst, and a small gift shop with extras you might decide you need for a trek like walking sticks and snacks. Parking was ample during our visit on a Friday morning, though it was a little strange to park under high voltage power lines. The hike itself wasn't exceedingly difficult but took us several hours with two small children (3 and 5) in tow. We periodically needed to carry them, but there were benches and even a bathroom along the way which we could use to take breaks for the kids (and honestly, ourselves too). The lower and middle falls viewpoints were great and we passed a number of friendly hikers during our visit. I'm sure the family would be happy to go again someday when the kids are a bit older to try some of the more challenge routes.

The first couple of miles are a steady flat hike over well maintained paths. When you get to falls be ready for a 1000 ft of elevation hike. There are however numerous spots to stop and rest/take photos. Definitely worth heading all the way up to the top.

Staff is friendly and they take care of the parking lot / entry amongst other things. They are there to help, but don't forget to relax and enjoy the trails; the fun and solitude start after getting out of the lot!

We went on Sunday and arrived at 7:45am and the lot had only about 20 cars and the parking lot was about 1/10th full. I didn t see when the lot filled up but most likely before 9am. When we finished the hike at 12pm lots of people were circling for spots and lots of cars were parked between the no parking signs on ley road making it a bit tight to exit. Arriving early the parking lot looks nice, well maintened with picnic benches.

I was able to find a spot showing up at 1pm. There 3-4 spots open.

It's definitely kid friendly and a pretty easy hike. Trail is mostly wide enough for people both directions and, while there are hills, they are short and well maintained.

Absolutely beautiful hike. I didnt make it to the mid falls. I have bad knees and the stairs and steep passes were more difficult that anticipated. Definitely beautiful!!!

The lot was too small to accommodate visitors, even on a rainy Saturday. Also got a migraine from the buzz coming off the high voltage power lines above the lot.

Fills up quick but well worth the hike to see the falls. The falls is on the top five favorite falls to be hike to each year. The Middle Falls is the best.

Easy trail. The state park has put lots of resources to maintain this trail.

Small parking lot considering the number of people who come there in summer.

Too few spaces for a very popular trailhead.

This lot is always full and very busy. Get here early for a spot or risk parking way down the road and adding a mile to your hike.

A little small, but well paved and scenic, if you can get past the active electrical wires buzzing super loud

Busy...be sure to get here early on weekends or you won't find a parking space. Day passes are sold on site, btw (credit cards accepted)
