Staff was amazing. Rooms were clean. Hot water was piping hot and didn't take long to get that way! Would definitely stay again

Needs a heater that heats all of the rooms. Bed cover has large hole on the under side of it.doors barely lock. For a $110.00 a night. It should be of better quality.. I don't think I even had towels. Bed so hard a bumby,we couldn't even sleep. The sheets had way to much bleach on them, it made me think they were hiding something. It made me itch. I thought maybe bed bugs. We left at 4 am because of that.

Hello,The one nice thing I will say about this motel, is that the front desk lady was super sweet. But now let me tell you ALL the other things. Follow me on this adventure friends....1. The door to the room is coming off the hinges. Like the door literally is falling off the frame. And the room numbers are the same color as the trim, good luck finding your room if you're color blind.2. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Or under the sink or anywhere. It's cool...I dont need socks.3. There was was water damage all over the room, the bathroom, the kitchen, EVERYWHERE. The paper tape on the ceiling is coming off everywhere.4. It's right next to train tracks which you think would be cool right? NOPE. The trains go through at all hours and I promise you will not sleep. Just like that movie Cousin Vinny.5. The beds are rock hard, the pillows smell like mildew, and the bedding is stained or torn in multiple places.6. The shower was a special little corner of hell. The faucet knob goes 360 degrees so you have no idea how to get the hot water.6A. When you finally do get slightly warm water after 14 mins of standing there it jumps between polar ice water and water that is slightly hotter than what they use to torture prisoners of war with.For 135$ a night I expected a little better. Not the Ritz obviously, but not this. Super disappointed, delirious from lack of sleep and my back hurts.Happy travel friends.

First room: Very strong smoke smell. Fire alarm had been tampered with. Bathroom floor looked very gross. No evidence of bed bugs, but what appeared to be ash on the box mattress. Asked for a different room, which was honored.Second room: Significantly larger. No smoke smell. Sink leaked in a constant stream. Small pile of dirt in the middle of the floor that housekeeping must have missed. Bathroom floor sticky. Beds significantly cleaner. Also no evidence of bed bugs.Both rooms showed signs that they need significant maintenance that has been managed instead by a long string of "good enough" patch jobs.For $90 / night, it was acceptable.

Obviously it is not the same owners as of 4 years ago. The place is in need of basic repairs and lacks cleanliness.The washer and dryer are broken. The dryer blows cold air only and the washer took money and didn't start at all.The bed was messy, the couch looked like it was from a 1960 garage sale and all the mismatched furniture was beat up and not in good condition.The drawers were dirty inside.Obviously the management here doesn't take pride in the place as it is so run down. I use to stay there, but, now I prefer the Monroe Motel over this one.

Sorry but not Sorry. Spent $100 for a nasty dirty, tiny room, never came to clean or bring towels cause mine are stained, I just have to share some pictures. Number 1 most disgusting place I have ever stayed. I don't even want to sleep on the bed but too tired to make it to Leavenworth. Would stay in my car over this anytime, let's just say this. I'm sleeping with a gun next to me and I never do but overall, so dirty, horrible service, copying license and credit card, super shady. I can't wait to get out of here.

Drove up for a 1 night stay. Got to the room and it was really run down. There was a few stains on the bed and didn t look clean. I know they didn t change the sheets because I found 2 HAIRS ON THE PILLOW. Grossed out and left. Asked to switch rooms and they wanted to charge an EXTRA $50 on top of the $100 we paid to switch. No thank you. Very poor service and not clean.

Bedbugs! Bloody sheets! And gross blankets!!!Avoid this place at all costs! We had to stay there because the pass closed. We were tried from traveling. There was blood stains on the sheets. The blankets smelled bad. Everything was gross. Then we discovered bug bites all over our bodies. Go anywhere else!

Good location within 45 minutes of the ski area. Room was large and clean. However, you can tell that they are in the midst of renovations. All of the baseboards and some of the shelves were raw lumber. Neither the radiator or hair dryer worked. The circuit breaker blew when both the TV and heater were on. This had happened before because the clock in the room was blinking when I arrived. But the worst part of all was that I had to wait over half an hour to check in. Sign said to ring bell for service and someone would be there shortly. I waited patiently, ringing the bell every couple of minutes without seeing anyone. Mind you I'm standing outside in the rain and it's 40 degrees outside. Finally I had to track someone down to check me in. This place would be nice if they had better service.

Beds are broken, drains constantly back up, basically okay if you have nowhere else to go or if you got a "hot date" ask for pay by the week for a discount. Left behind a few things for the next person to enjoy since the room i had came with no microwave or cooktop. Now it has a microwave and cook top . Another person staying there was vandalizing my vehicles and the owners refused to do anything so the local sheriff's office is dealing with that and if you ever need a review on the place feel free to call them first. They said they are VERY familiar with the place.

Warning, do not stop. I wish we could give it 00-stars! Save your money and keep going to the next town if any way possible. This so called hotel is WAY overpriced for the disgusting accommodations that they offer. Do not pay anything up front until you actually look at the rooms, because they will not refund your money. Our second mistake! The first room they offered us was cold, and smelled so bad that we insisted on an upgrade. Plus, they take a copy of your driver's license when booking the room, which is so unnerving.Bar none... the most disgusting hotel we have ever had the displeasure of staying at. We so wish we would have been able to drive the extra 75-miles to Leavensworth.

Stayed overnight in 207, king bed with jacuzzi tub. Front desk service was prompt and friendly. Room was really clean and had a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator. Very quiet place despite the highway traffic. Had a great night!

I just spent a night here. As someone that travels extensively this is one of the worst. I can handle old but filthy is a different story. And the smell , had to leave door and window open. Should have known better when there's a sign that says absolutely no refund. I wouldn't even use their shower as had hair in it. Only second review I have ever written but wanted to warn others . Wish i could put no stars.

My room was super clean! It's a budget motel, that's all that really matters lol, stayed in room 1, everything in the room worked and the cable was pretty awesome with channel selection. Definitely wanna stay there again! The owner was super nice and helpful checking me in.

Not all rooms had air conditioning.But they did have.cockroaches.Broken toilet seat.No maid service if you stay more than a night. Have to bring your own toilet paper.Some have tables but only one chair.All this for 70 a night

not your typical room. we checked in late at night because we were tired and didnt want to drive over the pass. the gentleman who checked is in was very nice the rooms were huge with a kitchenette and very clean great place to stoo and rest instead of drive tired over pass! the onlu reason i didnt give them a 5 star rating is they are a bit pricey.

Pictures do not represent reality. Maria the receptionist was wonderful, but the owners have left the motel to fall apart. Windows didn't lock and none were sealed, so all outside cigarette smoke was free to enter. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Its not bad for the money and the lady at the front desk is sweet as pie. However this is not the Ritz, in fact its not really even a motel 6. Bring flip flops and your own soap...and shampoo.... And Lysol.... And antiviral medication.

within walking distance of a mini mart/gas station, and when you're hungry when everything else is closed it's the only thing around. Room wasn't bad, the TV was great, bathrooms had good pressure.

I was dropping off a few things to a friend that is staying there and I wasn't parked for 30 seconds and the person in charge started harassing me before I even tell him the room I was visiting. Then when the person I was visiting comes out he continued to not belive me. Needless to say I was in my company truck and was only dropping off money to a friend in need.

Ugh disgusting! My tweaker next door neighbor began talking my ear off as soon as I arrived (can't stand tweakers, sorry), there is a blood stain on the curtain, the bed is on bare plywood with sheets that don't fit, the kitchen floor is physically greasy, and there is no toilet paper. Two stars for the front desk guy being very friendly. But seriously? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; it's offensive to all five senses.

Pretty gross overall. I stay in cheap hotels regularly and I'm not usually picky but heat is my enemy and renting a room to someone in the middle of summer with no a/c isnt cool...pun intended.

This motel is horrible! I suggest not staying here especially on the weekends when the little Mexican lady works. She's a nasty one and will be all up in your business. They also entered my room as I was sitting in it because I wouldn't answer the door for them to harass me.

All hospitality ends after you have rented your room here!! The rooms are NOT sanitary by any means and bringing this to their attention will do you no good...# no refund # theft from room and vehicle. RENT ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Polite ,helpful management, it was a blessing.Noteworthy details: I was in mourning just coming from memorial services and I was very drained emotionally, the gentleman that checked me in was very kind. I truly was blessed and would stay there again.
