If you're a prospective home buyer, do yourself a favor and sort the reviews by new. They speak for themselves.From a tenant of over 7 years, what would have been an easy recommendation before. Has turned into a 'hard pass', since WGP properties bought the place.

Park is clean to look at and on the few times I've been there it seems peaceful.... however I've been told by several past and current tenants it's always a problem getting management to address arising or continuing problems such as problems with the water and sewer and kids teens leaving there trash all over.Water & sewer are part of your lot rent and take priority when it comes to maintenance per every tenants lease I would be concerned to lease from them considering the time it's taken to address the W/S problem unfortunate because it looks like a decent park just driving through.

This is a nice and secure place, new management is very good at keeping up the park and helpful. She will work with you to help you create a clean and safe environment. Rates are reasonable and the manager is empathetic and non discriminatory. Best of all, it is quiet and the maintenance man, Zach, is so helpful. Friendly and all-inclusive.

I love it here. Quiet and so well taken care of. Melissa and crew are so responsive to questions and requests. I am retired and my daughter is so pleased I have found a safe and nice place.

The current estate manager hates me because because she bumped the back of my bike last year, i got over it and it was not a big deal, but i called her out for it a while back, so she "banned me". Like bro, the sign says "residents and invited guests only" i was with a tenat today and i was walking home with a friends when she confronted me. She said i flipped her off, which i did and know it was rude, but that was a while ago. So melissa, i have another way into the creek that does not involve me going through the estate area i am "banned" from

Contact and communication with Melissa is WAYYYYYYY better than dealing with the prior manager. The grounds crew is awesome as well. Zach helps me out when needed.

kids seem to like hanging out in the middle of the street. then look at you as if to call you out.other than that the post office is 2 blocks away there's a grocery store and a couple of restaurants within walking distance

Yeah, I'm only going to say is it needs some serious work!!!!! More $$'s for what??? Just curious. Now space rent is increasing by 15% (*over $115) and criminal activity increasing, it's not the same place it was only a few years ago, buyers beware...
