After over three years of having my 2017 911 serviced at two different western Washington Porsche dealerships, I decided I needed to find a good and reputable independent service center. I am very pleased to have taken my car to Spec German. This business was very pleasant and easy to work with--so much better than the Porsche dealership service centers. I came away from Spec German feeling that the service work performed was the service work required, not service work focused on generating extra profit. Jacob also immediately diagnosed, explained, and resolved the source of a noise-related issue that I first reported 2-1/2 years ago but that never was accurately diagnosed by the dealership service centers. I am so relieved to have found a place to take my car where I don't drive away wondering whether I can trust what I have been told and the quality of the work performed. Spec German is where I will be taking my car for service work from this point forward.

The team at Spec German are amazing. I trust them with all my vehicles. Always willing to take a look at something that might be outside their wheelhouse (cough cough Italian s) and did an absolutely amazing job. Thank you for your willingness to take on new challenges. The team here would rival any shop in the nation. Hats off to you guys.

Wow this is a great business. Took my new Porsche in and they have a great location, comfortable lobby, awesome car bays, ample parking, and incredibly personable people. It was done quickly, and easy notification. Quote was on point and just an easy experience. Highly skilled and incredible integrity! We are beyond thrilled to have Jason working on our car. They provide a quality experience with clear communication. No surprise pricing, straight forward information and honest assessments. I have NEVER taken the time to write a review, but they were worth the time. I can only say positive things about their business. If you want dealership level knowledge but better pricing and a more personal approach, go with Spec. I was so amazed by them I even made them brownies to say thanks. They truly are the best!

I took my 2015 Porsche Panamera GTS in for its first scheduled service since purchasing the vehicle in March of 2022. Spec German was highly recommended to me by a fellow Kitsap County German car owner as the place to go for German luxury car service and repair. I was not disappointed in heeding his advice.Everyone I've spoken to at the shop is courteous and pleasant. Jacob, who performed the service, took a significant amount of time to answer my many questions. (I probably took more time out of his day than I should have.) He showed a great deal of knowledge in his craft, care for the work he performs, and attention to doing the job right.Given the overall experience, quality of work, and reasonable rates, I will definitely bring my car back for all non-warranty service and maintenance.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had called around to several shops for quotes on my 2015 Mercedes Bluetech Adblue emissions system fault. Jaimee said they could do a diagnostic test but recommended me to take it to the dealership and ask about recalls and warranties on my diesel emissions system saving me thousands$$ over what their competitors quoted. The dealership did the work for free with a software update. Spec Germans honesty, integrity and knowledge is priceless

I drove down from Vancouver BC all the way to Gig Harbor to get exhaust installed. It was bang on and very good price. Jacob's top tier Porsche technician but he's even a nice chap. He answered all my questions about the car and I can tell you that this is the best place to go. The Porsche dealers in the city are way more expensive without the same degree of service.good luck.Service: Exhaust

Jacob, Jason and Luis are wonderful to work with. I have an old Audi TT that they worked on. I felt as important as the expensive Porche owners. Prices are fair, service is incredible. I'll take Spec German over the big shops and dealers any day of the week. From being late due to a mix up on the day....and having them bend over backwards so I could get back home the next day....to the extra effort to make sure that my trailer was secure, and of course the excellent wrenching on the car; this was a really wonderful experience. They were awesome. Everything was prompt. Communication was next level. I never had to call them they kept communicating with me on every step. I called about coding a new remote fob to my vehicle. Only dealerships can do that. So then asked for information about another issue that I am having. They took time to explain what it might be and what options I had. Great company. I can see why they have an average of 5 stars.

Took my Audi S4 in for general maintenance. They don t advertise as Audi specific but they have the Audi experience to do the work I needed. Jaimee was extremely accommodating. He allowed me to re schedule my appointment multiple times during the crazy snow weather we recently had. They did an exceptional job at a fair price. The place seemed top notch.
