The customer service at Napa used to be amazing. They would help install wiper blades, which was a blessing to me because I don't know how to do very many things automotive wise. I went in the other day because my blinker bulb burned out, I asked if someone could help me put it in and was told "we can't do that anymore, but jiffy lube will" so...from now on I'll just buy my parts where I can get help putting them in. It just doesn't feel right to buy a bulb at one place and then ask workers at another place for help....

This auto parts store is critical to everyone living in the area. For the size of the autoparts store they are able to get you what you need in a reasonable amount of time and online ordering is effective and efficient. Sales associates look like they are a mix of experienced and inexperienced but still give the effort. I very much appreciate this long running establishment.

These guys and gals have always been able to meet my needs for any automotive part.I have had Fords , chevys and dodges and have rarely taken my business anywhere else. Awesome!

Rough parking lot but otherwise a good place for car parts/accessories. Helpful staff and delivery is usually available also. Oil and other fluids are definitely over priced here. Almost double what the same brands are at walmart and more than most other auto places

Went in this evening looking for simple items (Kroil and CV boot band clamp pliers). The guy that helped me after standing there for 10 minutes with a completely open counter was impatient and all around in-interested in helping me. Dude was completely checked out from reality/Had no interest in helping me.I asked for Kroil , which is a very common product that Napa carries. Dude just stared at me and asked me again what I was asking for. Both of his co-workers at the counter finally came to life and knew exactly what I was talking about and told him if it wasn t in the shelf that it may be in the back storage. Dude just stood there like a deer in headlights. I asked him if hee go back and look for it. Dude looked at me like I was Jesus and finally slow-walked his merry way to the storage warehouse.Dude finally came back no luck with an attitude. Didn t even ask me if I needed anything else.I stood there for a bit and finally said, yeah so I also am looking for cv axle boot band pliers . Dude says I don t know what those are but they might be in the shelf over there pointing aimlessly.I said so you aren t able to look it up and tell me if you have it in stock ? He says it ll be on that shelf over there .I just walked out after that. I m usually not one to waste my time writing reviews, but this place has been flushing itself down the drain more and more every week. Tired of people not doing their job.

Great location and amazing employees who had awesome customer service skills. Which isn't very common anymore. They were able to help me get what I needed and actually knew what they were doing.

The guys and girls here are so helpful and courteous. We're in the middle of Washington's Snow Storm 2022 and they are back and forth from parking lot diagnostics (pulling up codes) to helping inside.Thanks for your help for our community!! We appreciate all that you do. Glad to have your business here, stay warm!With your help, my parts are being ordered early and ready when I drop it off for repair!

These employees are always very informative. I've shopped at all the other popular auto part stores. And have had very bad experiences at all but one of them. NAPA has never let me down. Yes, the other guy just might be slightly cheaper, but you don't get the high quality customer service that NAPA brings to the table.1/5 Stars

If you call first to see what they have and they put you on hold just hang up and call the NAPA in Port Orchard or Gig Harbor. I can usually get to talk to someone right away. Their computers will tell you at which store the part is available. What Purdy doesn't have one of the other stores will and they can tell you right away. It's your choice whether you travel or they can have it for that afternoon or at worst the next day. Terrific having a parts store close at hand instead of automatically having to drive. They swap my wiper blades and have always been terrific to advise or help on everything else. Anyone who can't figure out a simple parts store run when there are great people behind the desk is reviewing himself more than the store. Thanks NAPA for having a local store with local people who have a great local attitude.

Absolutely the worst auto parts store I've ever been to. Every time I go here they have issues finding me the parts that I need. This time around it was a simple oil filter. Couldn't help me find it because I didn't have the "exact dimensions and details" of the filter itself. So ridiculous.

Misleading military discount! So I normally go to O'Reilly's because they are cheaper and give me a military discount, but since I was in the area and saw a military discount sign on the outside of this NAPA I decided to get my parts here. The reason I'm giving them a two star and not a one star is because while I waited for a good 5-10 min to be helped because they were busy. two workers went outside with their customers and went the extra mile and help the customers with the installation of the customers purchases. What bothered me is when I was checking out and showed my military card to the guy who was helping me who did do a decent job told me that they only give military discounts to active duty. So if they only give a discount to active duty then that means retired, the reserves and national guard, and others that I haven't named that are MILITARY don't get a discount. Which means with this location probably doesn't see a lot of active Duty military since it's not close to a base and that is why I say it's a misleading sign.

This place was absolutely packed however the service was great while looking in the aisle I was approached and asked what I was looking for taken to the item then the worker did everything speedily but not pushy to get me out and each thing was executed sincerely. You're not going to experience that in Tacoma,Seattle,Sumner,Puyallup, or Gig Harbor/ people just don't have social skills there and a very rude; right here at the purdy spit (purdy exit), that's where you're going to get people that enjoy their job and are happy to meet your needs . Thank you for all you do. Everyone is nolagable, helpful, and curteous. I have even seen them work together on things (bouncing ideas off each other until the answer is agreed on). GOOD GROUP OF GUYS!!! You know us women really don't get along as a group so be Thankful!?!?!

Arrived at exactly 5:00 pm. The door was locked but the employees were helping the last 2 cutomers at the counter. I only needed a bulb for a spent brake light. Employee let a customer out, but refused to let me in. Being a business owner myself, I WOULD NEVER REFUSE BUSINESS. I've spent hundreds at this NAPA, but I will never be back again.

I think the guys name was Brent (horrible with names)? He walked me through stuff and did some leg work on Google for me. So I could leave an knew what to do for my prissy vw gti .Hands down they hold up true to their standards

I guess you'd call it a "traditional" auto parts store. Maybe that alone should give it 5 stars! It's actually kinda small, it's one of several "Westbay" stores, all of them are pure autoparts places. The one about 5 miles away in Gig Harbor is a bit bigger and has a few more items and a bit more inventory from what I can tell.
