Honestly can't say enough about this place and their crew and customer service. On the cold spell a couple weeks ago I brought my old 2001 suburban in for an oil change. I was so impressed that then that today I brought my Acura in for an oil change. I have always had the dealership do the oil changes and service on my Acura.Even with an appointment I am there for over a hour. The service was quick, the wait time was minimal and the customer service was outstanding. I live on the side of Tacoma but will definitely travel this bridge just to come to this Jiffy Lube. Very impressed. Great staff, knowledgeable and great service!

Fast service and good costumer service. Odessa was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! Got an oil change on my BMW for a great price compared to the dealership and other repair shops. They are always more than willing to do quick repairs at any time. Have been coming here for years and will keep coming back!!

Girls rock! I had three girls working on my oil change and it was sooo quick! In and out in like 15 minutes. They toooed off my coolant checked all my lights! Bomb dot com! Thanks girlies!!!

Great experience at Jiffy Lube on Pt. Fosdick in Gig Harbor today! Got my oil changed as well as front and rear differential and burned out bulbs replaced. The whole crew working was extremely friendly and helpful and Andrew and Bobby were hilarious and super fun to interact with. I always appreciate good customer service and these folks go above and beyond. Thank you!!

Tech knew how to reset maintenance reminder in my car. I sure didn't. SO nice there. Another time I was there with a friend who had a dead battery--totally dead. Nice young lady on your staff not only suggested where we might find where to buy one, but called over to see if one in stock there. Thar is above and beyond. I will always go to Jiffy Lube.

Yes, this is the third time I ve been there and I am a loyal new customer since moving here to Gig Harbor the young guy there don t remember his name but had a great smile and greeted me with the quickest service. He help me with my Chevy Tahoe, gave me tons of recommendations. He s helped me with my old-school Van, And just amazing decent prices excellent work. Thank you so much young crew. Got to bring you guys some food and snacks next time promise

This location is great. On multiple visits I have asked specifics to better understand my engine and they have taken the time to educate me. Today, Odessa and Austin worked on my car (a standard oil change), but I m walking out even better empowered with information on car maintenance. Odessa even vacuumed out my floor mats (wow). Thanks everyone, great work.

I ve been coming to the Gig Harbor Jiffy Lube for about five years now and have always received great service. The techs here are always very nice and friendly, to me and to each other. Bobby, Ozzy, and Will helped me today and made me smile. They do a good job of moving cars through, and there s usually always some sort of coupon I can use. I ll definitely continue to come here for oil changes.

Odessa is amazing! Not every Jiffy Lube is the same. This is a completely different experience than I had up in Mukilteo.. It took hours for a delivery of something simple, and I had to go back to the next day.This place was so quick I didn t even have to get out of my car. Exceptional service from everyone, you can see the teamwork here .I highly recommend Jiffy Lube even though I live up north I ll come back this way for future service

Just had an incredible (frankly unbelievable)experience here. I was treated with respect AND kindness. I FELT the holiday spirit. The whole team were happy and working together like they ENJOYED their job. Will return. Highly recommend, what a pleasure! Met the manager and he's doing a fabulous job coaching this team.

This place is possibly the worst jiffy lube I've ever been too. The price was literally double what I usually pay. Ozzy and what looked to be a new guy Bobby were great. But there was this lady that works there and she is by far, the worst. Her attitude is so bad. She brought me my air filter and said it needed to be changed. It clearly didn't and I said no. She literally huffed and shook her head. Then she tried really hard to be nice to get a 5 star review. She needs to go. She is absolutely the WORST. Her attitude ensured I will never, ever be back. Ozzy was absolutely fantastic. If you go to a normal shop, you'll never pay as much as it costs here. It's a rip off and the lady who can't figure out how to wear makeup is just horrible.

Odessa was very helpful. Service was fast. I couldn't get a hold of my regular mechanic, and NEEDED an oil change asap. It was about $20 more than my regular person but worth it. Done in 20min vs 4 hrs. Service was explained well and not pushed upon me. Will return.

This place was awesome. These women working here are knowledgeable and definitely the skill set to raise the bar in the industry. They have the best customer services skills I have seen in the automotive service industry. A job well done. I would recommend to anyone.

I went in for a quick oil change and Andrew was extremely accommodating. He allowed me to come in 45 minutes before the shop closed without hesitation. Andrew also completed a headlight exchange that I was told would not be possible without taking my vehicle into the dealership mechanic. Andrew you are truly amazing. Thank you!

This location is outstanding! The employees were all so friendly, and I had my oil change completed in 15 minutes! They knew I was trying to squeeze my oil change in with limited time, and they were so efficient! The GM, Andrew L. was so kind and helpful! Every employee that helped me - Matthew O., Madison K., and Matthew W., was so accommodating! Definitely give these guys a visit for your next oil change! Thank you for your outstanding service!

Never thought I'd leave a review for a Jiffy Lube! I've been to a couple other locations, and they always tried to convince me to pay for a bunch of stuff I said I didn't want ahead of time while I waited in the lobby.This location lets you pull up and stay in your car, doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, and does a thorough job making sure you have everything you need taken care of.The 3 gentlemen that helped me were super professional, kind, and went above and beyond.Definitely recommend for oil changes, battery replacements, light fixes, etc. They have the basics covered, and let you know if they see something you might need a shop to look at!

I've always had a great experience here! They're all very nice. They do let me know if things are out or need to be changed (filters, bulbs) that I didn't initially come in for, but I never pressure or urge me to get them changed here.

Odessa and Austin helped me big time. I went in for an oil change on a truck that hadn't been serviced in a while and they found a rodent had gotten in the air system and glove box. They changed my engine and cabin air filter and walked me through how to prevent rodents. Luckily no wires were chewed on. They really helped out by giving me all the coupons they could find so it wasn't as monstrous a cost as it would have been. Thank you for getting my truck in great working condition .

I am very disappointed with the service and fees my nanny paid for a basic oil change today. We give her a car to use (2002 Mazda 626) and have the oil regularly changed myself or with a local outfit . I have been too busy to perform this for her so gave her instructions to visit this location and printed a $10 off coupon for CONVENTIONAL change. My nanny is not from this country but felt comfortable having this done. The work was done without anything remarkable , but what I saw her receipt they charged her for a premium synthetic oil change . How ever they used the 10 dollar coupon (not valid on synthetic ). This vehicle does not nor has it ever had synthetic used and the techs should have known that. Simple dishonesty on a young nieve person. It s the principle guys not the money . I reimbursed her the total amount but I would like management to discuss this with your team and be honest with folks. And no I won t return to this location for any other vehicles. Trust is earned not given and I encourage you to foster good relationships and clients .

Literally had one of these guys flag me down in a parking lot to let me know they'd fix my skid plate if I came over. They helped me out with no strings even though the thing has had it completely. I'm very grateful, as I'd already been a few places and they said they didn't have stuff to fix it. This guy didn't even know that. Excellent folk.

I wanted to express my immense satisfaction with my many visits at the Gig Harbor Location, run by Andrew Loving! They are all very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I am always greeted with a smile and called by name. I frequent this location every 3-4 weeks, and I wouldn t trust my vehicle s anywhere else. It is a very happy and eager to please team, who obviously value customer satisfaction. I will continue to recommend Jiffy Lube to all of my friends.Thank you for all the wonderful service!!
