Defenders NW has been incredible to work with over the last 8+ years. They've helped us with two different Defenders, one being a current full restoration. Brian's knowledge is deep, and he is incredibly helpful. The atmosphere at the shop always feels like hanging out with friends at home.The fact that you can learn about your vehicle and how to maintain it, not just drop it off (unless that's what you want to do), exceeds any expectation of a business, especially a mechanic. We trust Brian implicitly.We've had the opportunity to expand our knowledge of Defenders, as well as gain some offroading experience through several different events hosted by and promoted through DNW. Can't wait to buy a rooftop tent from them soon!I would NEVER trust anyone else with my Defender!!!

The order process for our new Airtop was seamless during this difficult supply time. Once received, the installation and explanation on deployment was very nicely done.

Great workshop. We received great help with adjusting the valves in our Defender 300 TDI and changing the oil. Thank you very much for learning how to adjust valves and for a very nice time .

Brian is super kind and does an awesome job at helping Defender owners become better at managing their vehicles! My trip to Alaska would have been a lot more challenging without Defenders Northwest there to assist.

They should improve their work. Their service is too ugly and a waste of money. I must believe what I read about them. So read reviews online before investing money in them.

Where to begin? Original parts or better, a wide and deep knowledge of all things Defender, patient teaching and quality workmanship. He has even met me late at night and given me a tow to his shop. Bryan is the center of the Defender community here in the PNW and I count myself so very lucky to have Defenders NW in my backyard! Can't wait to start my next project under his expert tutelage.

Tried to order some wiring harnesses from this company. I had to check in as they would never provide updates. After more than half a year they still couldn't give me an ETA on the harnesses. Finally asked for a refund and then they kept some of my money for restocking fee! They never had anything to restock as they never had anything to send to me. Poor communication, Poorly Run, just stay away and save yourself the headaches!

We made an appointment in advance from Germany and everything went more than smoothly. We received extensive help from Bryan the day before we actually booked.
