This was the best carwash we ve ever experienced. The young man came running to check us in. We used our coupon and he said, look at you guys saving money- way to go! Smiled so big and ran to the next car. The young men inside directed us in and both smiled at us and then started scrubbing down the front of the truck. The place was very clean, the wash entertaining for the kids with the different colors of lights and suds. We will be back and thank you guys for being so professional!

On 2/25 we had our car washed for the first time - at this location. A very nice young lady did an absolutely wonderful job on our car and we were so pleased afterwards. We will definitely be back - the next time we are in the area.

I really love this car wash. They are so friendly and attentive to detail. The price is affordable for the services offered and the monthly membership option is really nice as well. They offer oil changes and executive washes as well. My car is never damaged and always looks great after I visit Classy Chassis!

The Ultimate wash did a respectable job but didn't quite get rid of a winter's worth of grim. You should be sure to ask for towel dry for +$3.

I enjoy going to the carwash. The team at Gig Harbor is friendly and professional. My car always comes out of the wash in tip top condition.The staff are willing to help and when it comes to hand drying your car, It makes the car really shine and you can drive a way knowing you car is spotless.I am a Classy Chassis fan.HutchServices: Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Had a full detail done on my 2008 Nissan Versa that I'm selling. It was pretty rough inside and out when I brought in to Classy Chassis. 6 hours later, the car looks brand new! Chase, the detail shop manager, was very thorough before and after the work. Great results and fantastic customer service!

Always reminded of why I go here instead of anywhere else for car washes! Went to another car wash because I didn t have time one day (big mistake). I left that car wash with a dirty windshield! Anyways I went back to classy chassis the next day and told the young girl working what happened and she said she d make sure my windshield was spotless. She scrubbed it longer than usual and sent me through and my car was perfect! I even ordered the basic car wash! Oh and gotta love the free towel dry service at the end.

Used this place one time and my credit card number was skimmed for $700!! I never use that card so it was pretty easy to figure out where it came from. My bank will be in touch, thanks.

A lot of missed spots and areas avoided. I will only pay basic package next time. Had the premium package and had to go home and finish washing, cleaning and vacuuming. Other phots not posted of hood latches etc.

I got my car detailed and for the price and the efficiency the kids did a good job and I am quite satisfied and happy with the job. My car was rather dirty inside... No longer embarrassed to have some guest in my car....

When you exit the Classy Chassis Car Wash the car is clean and those hard to get spots are gone. I like the smalls towels they supply as they come in handy when cleaning door jams. (I always bring my own towel.)

I highly recommend this business, and I'll use it again!Originally I gave this place a 1-star review because when I used a credit card at the self-service car wash, my bank sent me a text of a $15 charge and later another for $5. But after Erik from Classy Car Wash contacted and responded to my review, I found out the $15 was just a holding charge, and the actual and final charge was only $5. That is inexpensive for the wash and time I got from it.I'm impressed that the owner or owner representative reached out and replied on Google Maps. They care.I'm sorry for having given them a bad review.(revised 4/12/23)

My family and I have been going to the Great Car Wash for well over 20 years. We trust them with our vehicles and have never had any issues. Great customer service and always very professional.

I used the self service vacuum.The suction is pathetic and the run time is extremely short. $0.50 didn't pay to finish one floor mat which wasn't terribly dirty to begin with.Other than that the place was clean. Equipment had easy to follow instructions. There was a line of cars out to the road for the wash stations Seems like a good place, but the vacuum needs work.Service: Vacuuming

From start to finish, I get great service every time. Today I'm getting the Rubicon detailed inside and out for less than $40. I get my oil changes done here, too.

The car is clean. Didn't get the wheel shine that we paid for, but we were in a hurry and they weren't dirty when we left, so not a big deal.

I had an amazing experience at Classy Chassis today! I went in for my regular oil change. Usually I did not find the crew very helpful or friendly but today I received exceptional service from Steve and his new crew. They were so helpful and efficient and made me feel like a very valued customer. I will definitely be back in for any other car services in the future! Joined for a monthly fee - unlimited washes. Have a large F series Ford with a topper and it cleaned it better than most quick washes. Hand dried by staff and wheels wiped down as well.

Car went in dirty and came out clean! Great service, great wash, thorough wash yet gentle on the car, I was also surprised because my wheels were filthy after a cross-country drive, and it seems most car washes don't do a great job getting off the grime but the entire car came out looking spectacular, wheels included. I will be back!

I have been getting my car washed at Classy Chassis for about 10 years. I have always been completely satisfied until today. The price has gone up like everything else. No problem. Firstly, the cashier was rude. Then the service usually includes a high pressure prewash by one or two employees. One young man began prewashing my vehicle and after about 10 seconds, the cashier told him to stop. Not sure why. I go through the wash and on to the hand dry area. The man there asked for my receipt. I wasn't given one. He asked what kind of wash did I get. Basic , I said. (like I have for 10 years). He said the hand dry isn't included in the Basic wash. If they are changing there policy, fine. Explain it to customers. Of which I am no longer one. P.S. I always tip $3 in front and $3 in back. So I saved $6 today!
