A big thumbs up to the folks at Westcraft RV for standing behind their work. I took my rig to them three years ago to have the roof end caps and edges repainted. For some reason the paint started failing in areas this year and I called to discuss warranty repairs. There was no discussion...they just said get it here and we'll fix it! This was a big/expensive job and they completely stood behind their work. You can't do better than a company with pride and integrity. The color match is perfect and I couldn't be happier.

These guys are really busy because they are popular, so plan on scheduling an appointment even for an estimate. This is far more important than at a car repair ship due to the size of rigs that are in for repair, and parking challenges. They did excellent work, they have a cool security system that goes inside your rig to protect it while it's there, and everyone there is very easy to work with.I hope you never need them, but if you do, I highly recommend them.

I had Wescraft RV repair, replace the front cap and repaired leaks to my 2016 keystone bullet travel trailer in 2021. Exterior work that was completed was not good at all. I had to take it back and have it repaired on two separate occasions after their initial repair. And now, after removing the protective cover (it is always covered) from my travel trailer, in June, 2023 I find that the emblems that they installed on the front of the travel trailer have now began to completely peel off! I paid a significant amount of money to Wescraft RV repair to complete these repairs and I can honestly say they were not successful. These are very nice people to work with And I had no complaints when I had to take my travel trailer back to them to make additional repairs because they had made mistakes on the original repair. I mean no ill will to Wescraft RV repair but I do want to let the public know that this is a result of poor craftsmanship for the repair that was provided to me. There are no original emblems on my travel trailer that are peeling off! Only the emblems that were installed onto the new front cap that was installed by Wescraft RV repair. I hate to say it, but I would not recommend my family, friends, or the general public to have repairs completed at this facility.Service: Water damage repair

I was referred to Wescraft by my insurance adjuster. Of course I thought yeah they would refer me to someone who ll save them money but then I decided to go to them although they were pretty far from where I was and I was not disappointed. My RV had a blowout and the tire pressure caused body damage to the side of the RV. I live in Texas and here in WA for vacation and I was due back to Texas a few days ago, so I didn t have much time to spend here anymore but the parts were going to take weeks. Wescraft technicians took care of me to get me going on the same day. They took the twisted metal panels and straightened them out and put everything back where it belongs securely and painted some of them in a couple of hours so I won t get stuck here any longer. It s a temporary fix but it looks good and you can t tell unless you are up close and open the doors. Thank you guys again and I really appreciate the quick help yesterday.

We wasted our time driving an RV all the way down from Seattle to Tacoma to get a $20,000 estimate for some fiberglass damage to our rear cap on a motor home....and no damage to jockey boxes.Wescraft was DOUBLE the price of Heiser. It's one thing if it's a few thousand, but double the price makes me suspicious that these guys are money grabbing. I have no tolerance for unreasonable bids. They were aware this was not an insurance job.I have 5 RVs and 7 box trucks in my fleet that work as rentals, so we need body repair every few months.Westcraft lost our business! If i were the owner, I'd be pissed at my estimators for overcharging.Boooo!

I chose Wescraft RV & Truck to handle an insurance damage claim to my motorhome that happened last November, 2022. I wanted a business that concentrated solely on repair rather than sales. I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau and on Yelp and most of the reviews were positive. The reviews that were not positive were at least responded to by Wescraft and I believe they were sincere in there explanation and adjustments. Some reviews on other companies were taken by me as a business to avoid. The fact that I had to wait a couple months for an appointment meant to me that they were busy. Busy to me is a good sign for a business in that people trust them and that they do good work. The work I had them do was extensive as it was a full roof replacement. It did take sometime to gather the parts. But, my new roof is in place and it looks brand new. They did an excellent job in my opinion and, knock on wood, I know where I will go if I ever need future repairs or even some interior remodeling. It's a roll of the dice sometimes to find a friendly, competent, and trustworthy repair facility. I feel like a winner to have found mine.Service: Body & Trim

I hit a deer last year in August. They got me in and got the repair done before it started raining! Repair was beautiful. Trailer looked cooler than before with diamond plate to repair the damage. Was pleased with how timely the repair was and how friendly the customer service was. Ladies you should note they didn't "little lady" or talk down to me. also they kept insurance in line.

I went to Wescraft last summer for siding de-lamination, because my roof had a water leak. After taking my trailer down to them they said the could fix it, then they called me back down and ask me what i wanted done, and I showed them the area water damage. they again said they would fix it, and 2 weeks later they called and said the could not fix it because of dry rot. so I had to paid 2000 dollars, and I went down and towed my trailer home. I notice that, they did not even but it all back together and put a crack in the side panel on my slide out. so i went and got a tarp to cover it, and fell off the step ladder broke my femur in 2 places, my pelvis and tail bone, and fractured my scull. after two weeks in a coma and 6 months of rehab to learn to walk again. i went to work on the trailer and could not find all the parts, so I called them and I still have not heard anything. I am done with them.Service: Water damage repair

We are full-time RV'ers and had no idea who to contact for the problem we had with our Class A motorhome. Two other competitors of Wescraft referred us to you, they said you were the best for our problem. The front windshields, both sides of our 2005 HR Push were coming out from the top, over a one-inch gap across. Randy is the man who handled our problem, reassuring us that he could, and would handle the problem and correct it. His estimates were spot on, and his ability to work with our insurance company GEICO and maximize our benefits was impressive. Nothing is 100%, problems did arise after the installation, Randy assured us it would be handled, and it was, and very expeditiously and to our complete satisfaction. The staff for Wescraft are all very professional, and very grateful for your business and the facilities are clean and very well maintained. The security surrounding the building gives you the assurance that your rig will be safe. We were very pleased with all aspects of Wescraft and would recommend this place for your service needs. Thanks, Randy, you are the best. Rob & Harmonie Race

Very pleased with Wescraft. Needed a new transfer switch, 20 year old one shorted out on our recent trip near Mt. St. Helens. Scorched the containment box, which meant no way I was going to attempt a DIY. They replaced it with only 1.5 hours of labor, meaning they've replaced many a transfer switch before.Back on the road, Anacortes up next week...Bob W, Seattle.

Took our RV in for delamination repair of the siding. Everyone was super friendly. They explained all our options, gave a detailed estimate and the final bill was spot on. Very, very good work. Looks like new. Couldn't be happier with the results. Will go there again and recommend to others.

Giving 5 stars as 11 are not available. Wescraft saved me today. Traveling from Oregon and my fridge and hot water tank decided to go on the fritz. Dropped in without an appointment (yikes) and staff, including Nick, were so incredibly helpful. Got all issues resolved and sent me on my way with no delays. Honestly, these folks are so professional and knowledgeable, it was a breeze. Loved this experience!

Unprofessional. Don't waste your time.I did a appointment 6 months ago to fix my awning. I showed up 1 day earlier to make sure the can order the parts . They told me the have to look at first at my appointment and than the will order the parts and this will take a couple weeks. I found a other rv repair and they ordered the parts and they arrived 1 day later.

We had an *enormous* repair to our 42' fifth wheel - the entire front structure cracked, and had to be cut out, removed, and rebuilt. This required everything to be removed at the front and reinstalled after the rebuild.Wescraft were fast, professional and attentive, doing excellent work. we had the expected teething problems which we communicated about, and these were resolved to our satisfaction. We are experienced (and technical) RV'ers who have been full-time for nearly five years. In the many shops we have visited while traveling all of the lower 48, we have only discovered only two shops with this level of aptitude and professionalism (one in Texas and the other in Kent at Wescraft). These folks to great work, and we would use them again.

This company does great work - I have been in business over 25 years and I can appreciate the level of service they provide. Over the course of the entire process I was not let down by aspect of the service provided. They have a lifetime warranty and keep their word. I admire the way that they conduct their business. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for your needs. I rarely write reviews for anything - I felt compelled to write this review because of the exceptional job they did. The staff all exhibited the level of professionalism I would only expect from the owners. DO NOT make the mistake of going somewhere else - you will get less value (across the spectrum of services) for your money.

Thank you for your wonderful facility! Your staff and managers are great! I've never had such swift, efficient or kind service and support. What you don't do in house (balance tires...) was referred out to another excellent facility/experience. Keep up the great work. You have a customer for life!

Absolutely unprofessional, apt a week ago to get our campers electrical repairs quoted. They said it should be a 4 hour deal, its been a full week and they keep saying they will call us back which they don't. If your under staffed then send business elsewhere instead of making empty promises to customers who trust you with their property!

When every other repair shop for our 5th wheel was going to take several weeks to get to I found Wescraft. So happy with our experience! In and out within 2 weeks! Since it is camping season we are so happy to have her back already! Repairs were great!Thank you to all of you at Wescraft!!

I notice a lot of five stars.. So far what I m seeing is far from that. My rig is currently at west craft and I m staying in a motel to get warranty and insurance work done. This was planned a month ahead of time and scheduled to be dropped off on July 13th. I m on the second week of staying in a motel and they still haven t written the quotes and actively dealing with warranty rep etc. I have made a few calls first week and first call came in at 7pm on Friday night 5 days after it was dropped off. It appears they are severely busy and only one or two people able to respond. I m feeling like I need to talk to the owner and or management to get this straighten out before this turns into a complete nightmare. I would hope a company has allegiance to its customers that planned and delivered and not taking on emergency repairs or people that came into after. I m waiting and need my home back hopefully fixed and repaired.

I had a blow out during a trip that caused some body damage to my trailer. I was hesitant to use these guys at first because of online reviews. After doing some research and hearing others recommendations, I gave them a try. I expected the repairs to take some time based on the reviews. Luckily, my parts were availible and the repairs were done quickly. Customer service was good, repairs were to my expectations, and I have no complaints. I would/will recommend Wescraft for those in need of repairs. They even handled an electrical issue that had been plaguing me! Thanks Wescraft I'll be back if the need arises.

So I have a 36ft rv and an insurance claim fiasco like no other. Everybody at Wescraft has been very friendly, down to earth and over all, a fabulous group of people. The kind of people you want near by when you need something. I needed some serious help with insurance fiascos and I feel like they are very customer service oriented and it appears that not only has customer service has not been forgotten, but it seems a constant top priority..

We brought our 2005 Alpha in to have the door repaired. The customer service was outstanding. I was do distracted by their customer service that I took everything else at face value. My husband discovered the key would not open the door so they said that the new door came with a new lock BUT they ran around and found the old lock and installed it. Then we noticed that there was no new screen door and they were supposed to install a new screen with the new door and the frame was still bent. They asked us to come back the next week and they would make some change in the price. The next week we went to pick it up and discovered a lot of the same problems existed. The service came out and fiddled around with it. Finally they confessed that the new door they ordered was not the correct size so they just put on some new skin for the door. Since there was no new door installed, there was no new screen door either. The frame was never worked on, we later discoveted. This was several months ago and we had just taken it back to storage.. We finally had the opportunity to take the trailer out just recently and have discovered the the door does not seal, the lock is a bit tricky, the screen door was salvageable and my husband works on it a lot trying to fix it. He had to make adjustments to the screen door because it was hanging up and way out of alignment, remounting the lock for the screen door handle so that the door and screen door move in tandem.. Because he had to drill, this leaves old screen door holes in plain sight and unsightly. Had to completely reseal the door. The frame is still bent and we cannot do anything to straighten it out but it is functional . Also, in the propane area, the hold down rod and connecting screw were missing and one of our three tanks were empty.BUT the customer service was great. I filled out all the comnent card with a great review, BUT I was so wrong, the work was shoddy and we did not get the results we were expecting or promised from a company that was recommended highly by Camper World. From a very disappointed customer

Their the best. Had a new flat screen tv and surround sound put in and the old tube TV taken out requiring some new cabinet work done. Wood matches perfect. We also had the shower door removed and a shower curtain rod put in for more room. Great job very happy with the work and the price.
