Three times I have needed to rent a hostler truck, three times they had a unit available on short notice, including during high demand Christmas season. Friendly and courteous staff with quick ins and outs.

It does take a little time for repairs, but that is due to part shortages. I just wish I could get a text or phone call when repairs are completed and not have to make calls for an update. Other than that, .the service is great

Love the shop at the Des Moines, Washington location. Billie Jo is great with letting us know our work order status with email updates. Really helps in knowing when our truck will be ready. Justin is our only mechanic on our truck. He knows his stuff and works hard at his job. He has also kept us in the loop on progress and ideas if needed. Justin is not afraid to call in his pro technician for assistance if needed. Together they get the job done and make things right!! Our truck will not go to any other shop unless we are completely out of reach of getting to this one. We have bobtailed over 1000 miles just to get our truck in to this shop. That's how much we like their work.

I have been to many Volvo dealerships across the country and I m always looking for excellent service. This is a challenge I am finding. Fortunately I came across this dealership and these guys mean business! I have never in my life experienced a better service from a truck dealership, ever! I highly recommend them. I had them replaced my transmission and did some Fixing of computer codes. Today I ve been driving my Volvo and quite honestly it has never given better. Congratulations on the great service you guys!

I had a great experience from beginning to end! I was greeted by The parts guy Mike Melvin from behind the counter as soon as I walked through the door, he was letting me know that he would be right with me as soon as he hung up the phone from helping 2 other customers. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to truck parts! he went out of his way to find the parts I needed... including calling the other stores to find one of them! I will definitely shop there again .

Stopped by to get a connection sleeve replaced on a radiator line, after I convinced the two Barbies at the counter it was a quick fix I was told how busy they were but a tech would likely be with me in a couple of hours. Three and a half hours later and two trips in to find out how much longer; no courtesy to let me know without my asking a tech came out, spent ten minutes looking and measuring then disappeared never to be seen again. After almost five and a half hours of watching trucks that arrived after me be taken care of I left for another shop and lo and behold, they're ready to fix my truck and he was even willing to stay late to get the job done, out of the goodness of his heart, I'm sure. I will never waste my time there again watching them walk back and forth while my hours burn away. Take a correspondence course and fix it yourself, it's faster. They don't deserve the star in my opinion, it won't post unless you give them at least one.

Great little shop, the prices are very affordable and way below everywhere else. The employee are very friendly and kind. I needed a couple parts for my truck and the worker there was able to help me find the best parts for my car.

Parts manager Slava unbelievable awesome. He fixing all the problems. I got super mad because one of their guys messed up but Slava involved and make it right and make it happening. Don't be afraid to ask their manager if you feel like you got treated right, Slava will make it happen

So far so good, these advisors are very attentive to the information i am giving them.Theyre attention to detail is great at my concerns. This is my first tme using this repair shop. I was concerned being away from my home area by days. These advisors made me feel comfortable with my business in their hands.

Purchased a replacement nox sensor. The parts person sold me the wrong one based on the error code coming from the truck, but I can't fault him. I later learned my code reader does not list the inlet/outlet bank numbers the same way as Volvo's does. Easy mistake. At least now I have a new inlet sensor for when it eventually fails on me too.

Working with these guys for a long time. They have friendly & knowledgeable staff. 8/10 they will have what you need. They offer Cummins, Volvo, Mack and some trailer parts (When I say some trailer parts it doesn't mean they replace somebody like Western Trailers).This particular location doesn't sell trucks. For that you would need to go to the Des Moines

This place deserves no stars. When you bring a truck in because you have an oil leak, they tell you it's the head gasket. They took a week the first time, the problem persisted, took 3 days the second time and now - the truck needs to be brought in again for the same problem. This is within a months time. Each time they charge for labor even though the repairs were under warranty. They don't seem to care about the owner operator/driver being down each time they take the truck in for the same issues that should have been fixed correctly the first time.

Took my mack here to get a diagnosis of cooling fan failure (constantly running) , was diagnosed as needing a new fan assembly , expansion tank as well as a turbo......After being told by Sarah the service girl that the warranty will cover the turbo only and I have to pay for the rest -per warranty request.... Paid for the expansion tank of course because I need my truck yanno. 3 days pass and I get a call from Trunorth (warranty) & they inform me that they may or may not cover a future warranty because they didn't scan truck for codes after repairs were done( which has absolutely nothing do with the driver). Not even two weeks later the engine starts to rapidly lose power and I barely make it to another Tec equipment about 150 miles from this shop. They run some scans and then they start tearing down the engine to solidify that one of my valves were broken (I did verify that ) and also because if that , my turbo needs to be replaced as well. So pretty these half wit Techs at this location failed to fix the cause of the problem. Now I can only hope the warranty will be honored. Avoid this place drivers or you will get taken$$$$.

My company lease a 2019 Volvo 13 speed they are great about preventative maintenance on the trucks take care of issues quickly as possible. Very small lot there so I suggest Bob tailing there no room for trailer.

They didn't have quite everything we came there for. But close. I would think that a business such as this one would have fuel filters for the specific trucks the services but I guess not.

Good staff here, got my truck fixed, even found some things that were under warranty that I didn't know about, saved me $1000.00 by doing some research. Had me Rollin $20.00 cheaper and half a day sooner than estimated.

The mechanic forgot to put back gasket, and now after this snow I have same electric problem. How can you forgot put the gasket back????

Better go to Seattle location, all good mechanics are there. Spent here 2 months to repair new truck. Nothing was done.

I usually go to this location for my Volvo truck servicing over the one in Drs Moines area. I like this place better for the prompt service and caring staff
