I appreciated the crew s honesty when it came to my windshield. It was not repairable and they decided not to try and upsell me on a replacement. The technician said it was cracked, but not likely to spread any time in the near future. He suggested saving the money and waiting for it to completely crack through. The windshield should stay in tact for a long period of time. It was nice of them to delay the process for me and save me some money in the meantime.

Don't ever try to use the service from this companyThe schedule of me when I come to the appointment. They said all of the glass park is not in the shop. You release casual. You did reschedule me for another week later date. Finally, they replaced the glass. I checked the glas, and the replacement was ok when I got home. I see the rear mirror is loose. It looks like a broken if you try to call them they don't answer the phone. The phone keeps ringing. No answer if you call the number the number you received the appointment notification. They say you have to go online and do this do that, and there's no one to answer. Then they give you a number you call that number. Then that person transfers you to another person. Then you can discuss your. Question with them If there is any issue with the replacement or when they're working, you have to call the warranty, and the warranty appointment is after two weeks

Got a call from a customer service agent from this shop. Safelite sent me a mobile tech to come out two days ago. No show. Called the office and they said the glass just came in yesterday after we were promised a mobile replacement of our glass. This company needs to get there s### together as the right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing. For instance, I called and gave them my Allstate policy number with the claim number and someone called me the next day and got the claims wrap on from farmers insurance. I then got an email from farmers insurance. Stating that Safelite would come out and do a mobile service and it would cost me my deductible plus $58. Not even the right insurance company. This service is ridiculous at best and his cost me time off of work which I will never get back. Unbelievable.

Had the tech out to replace my windshield and wiper blades on 12/11. The car was driven for the first time on 12/27 and the wiper flew off on the highway with my newly licensed 16 year old daughter behind the wheel. She managed to get to an Autozone and someone there helped her replace the missing wiper because it was raining and she couldn t get home without one. I tried calling Fife multiple times during business hours over the next two days and it just rang with no answering service and no pickup. I tried to email but have gotten no response. I tried the text option on their website and the autobot told me to email. I tried the live chat option today and the supposedly live person told me to call the shop or send an email for a warranty service. It was clear the live chat was not actually reading the text of my messages so I doubt it was a live person or they are totally incompetent.This shop did shoddy work, put my kid in danger behind the wheel and now it s impossible to get a hold of anyone to get a refund for the wiper they incorrectly installed. We live in Washington you can t be without a windshield wiper for even a day! Worst company I ve ever dealt with.

I have been waiting on my glass for several months. I have tried to call repeatedly and the phone rings on average 5 minutes and 10 seconds before it disconnects. They do not have a voicemail. I have no idea the status of my repair or even an ETA. Calling my insurance to have my appointment moved to another company. This review is specifically for the Fife location.

I had mixed reviews on this property. We brought our vehicle in to get our windshield fixed through our insurance, we had already got an appointment booked weeks before and once that day came we brought our car waited a few hours after getting a call back and turns out that they didn t have the windshield in stock, they asked to have our vehicle stay overnight. Later the next day they put a new windshield but it wasn t calibrated with the safety features for the vehicle, now we are looking to rebook another appointment. All the set back and back and forth could ve been avoided if they had checked with the inventory. Julie has been the most responsive person through this experience. She made sure to communicate with us. The first guy we dealt with wasn t that nice. Overall everything else went smooth after the second attempt. I waited 1hr and 30 for my correct shield to be installed with the correct calibration. Thanks to the tech who helped on the second attempt.Service: Auto windshield repair

Horrible. Don't ever use safelite of Fife unless you want to wait all day for a 2-hour job. Oh and then if that's if they get the right glass ordered the first time. Never will use these guys again. If I could leave a zero star I would.

Insurance or self pay coverage. Customer service was perfect from booking, confirmation call, and in-person interaction. Every staff member I came across were friendly and helpful. Easy to talk to! I got lost going there (hard to find -- in parking lot, drove past it) and the woman that answered the phone was very helpful & friendly directing me where to go (I was behind their building where all the warehouse trucks were). 10/10 would recommend this location (already recommending as a few of my friends need windshield repair from rock chips).Services: Wiper blade installation, Auto glass replacement

Windshield is fine, but they backed my car into a wall, took two weeks to "investigate" the incident, discouraged me from getting a body shop to look at it because they would "make it right," and finally told me that the damage was pre-existing. They are doing NOTHING to remedy the fact that they scraped my brand-new car into a wall.Safelite management is citing the opinion of their glass technician and some photos they took AFTER driving the car into the shop as proof that the car was damaged before arrival.I bought the car new and know every inch of it. I am certain that the damage occurred that day at Safelite. There was fresh dust in the grooves of the bumper scrape - I took photos before and after wiping the scrape and it was clearly brand-new damage. I noticed the bumper damage in my driveway after driving straight home from Safelite. I did not hit a wall on my drive home.Safelite has a great reputation, but I guess that's just marketing. I will not use a Safelite shop ever again. Mobile windshield repair at my own home seems much safer.I would rather have a cracked windshield than body damage. Brenda and Richard are amazing assured me that they would take care of my window it wouldn't roll up and it cracked when Richard finally got it up but reassured me that they would replace it and take care of me I am truly grateful

The location is a typical industrial area with little within walking distance. The staff/technicians were very helpful and fully explained the repairs in details.
