I had a great experience with Rolf s. I was previously going to the dealership. I felt like I got better service & better pricing. Peter was very communicative & informative. I will definitely be bringing my car here for future services as needed.

I got a vehicle check and an oil change for my Mercedes sedan. This is my first time going to a shop that wasn't my dealer and the quality of the service was amazing. The manager went out of their way to pick up and drop me off to my home due to my car being in service. The price range was also way more affordable than the Mercedes shop. The accuracy and quality of their service was amazing and I recommend this shop to everyone. I'm happy to have found this local business and if I could I'd rate it 10 stars.

Excellent communication regarding the services that were done. I had the timing belt and water pump replaced on my 2015 golf diesel at 120,000 miles as routine service and it was done quickly and correctly. They also checked the car thoroughly for brakes, etc.

Great job doing a PPI on the car I ended up buying! These guys did an in depth inspection of typical wear items, major systems, and even got into the ecu to check for irregular system codes. They take the time to review the entire report with you over the phone and were honest about the cars condition. We felt very confident in our purchase because of this. I would recommend this shop if you looking to buy a European car! Thank you for being so great to my husband and getting us in so quickly! We were really impressed

Louis and his crew always take the best care of me when I m in. Their prices are fair and the service is always amazing. They ve always provided updates on my car as it s being serviced. I ve only taken my car to Rolf s for anything from an oil change to changing my timing chain. Incredible staff with amazing customer service.

As usual service was awesome. Left our Audi after closing hours and was fixed and returned back after the first day Rolfs was open. Peter and team keep up the amazing service. I'v been a customer for years and plan on staying with RolfsThanks again.

I absolutely recommend Ralph s for service. They have always done such a great job for us. We ve had three vehicle which they serviced regularly for us they Are reasonably priced get the job done on timePeter and Louis are great to work with always professional and friendly

I was recommended to Rolf s by the Land Rover dealership. Not sure how smart that was for Land Rover because now I won t be returning to their service center, ever. I had an amazing experience from start to finish at Rolf s. The communication from Louie was exceptional. The written report after they surveyed my car was like nothing I ve ever seen from any car repair shop ever. It s like they actually want you to know about your vehicle! I felt completely informed while being treated and charged fairly. I m now a Rolf s customer for life!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection

First time customer they were outstanding.2008 ML550. Wouldnt give up on starting problem that no one could figure out. Listened to the history of the problem, together they got it done, car running good as new. Simple fix, Great value, great service. Excited to have a new home for my car.

Needed a 2nd opinion on an expensive VW dealer recommended repair. Tried calling several other area VW dealerships to get estimates to no avail (answering machines only and no call backs). Rolf s (Fife) promptly answered the phone and arranged to take a look very next day! Staff were very professional and courteous. Overall very good vibes from Rolf s vs dealerships and glad I found a new place to keep my VW CC maintained!

Peter is the man! Very helpful and communication is top notchRolf s technicians are very knowledgeable and experienced with European vehicles.I would recommend bringing your vehicle to Rolf s before thinking about dealerships.Get it fixed the first time!

They take good care of your vehicle. They send you updated reports with photos. It cost me half what the STEALERSHIP charged and gave 10Xs better service!

I've been a loyal customer of Rolf's Import Auto for five years. They send me reminder alerts to service my vehicle and offer rewards for the next time. You can also request a loaner car. They prioritize what is most important and offer suggestions. I feel appreciated and we'll taken care of. You even get a complimentary Brown Bear car wash. I actually wait to wash my car! If you like professional service I would highly recommend them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

So I love the professional atmosphere, the knowledge and the customer service is on point. I was treated well , not pressured and that is everything. The best part is they are not overpriced. I save money everytime I go to Rolf's. They are trust worthy and honest, that is a big deal these days! I recommend.

Big Thanks to Rolf s team! The clutch went on my Boxster. The pricing to change the clutch was competitive. The best part of the experience was I asked them to replace the IMS bearing while they were replacing the clutch. Most shops would have gone ahead and do the repair. They told me that by my cars VIN number and build date it could have been built with the updated parts and that the repair could possibly not be needed. After they tore the car down I received a call that, yes the car had the updated IMS and did not need the repair. WOW that saved me a lot of money. When I picked up my car it was clean and ready to go. Driving home was a blast.Thanks againTroy LinnellServices: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Rolf's was thorough and communicative. We did a diagnostic at BMW NW and Rolf's. Rolf's diagnostic was way more thorough and diagnosed the root cause to a specific assembly costing us $1300 instead of $8000. Their diagnostic was not only more thorough and specific but it was also way less expensive than BMW. They consistently reached out to us to give us status instead of us having to chase them. We are highly satisfied with their services and would absolutely recommend!
