Absolutely amazing job from the employees at moose radiator. I own an imported RHD subaru legacy, And parts for this thing are impossible to find. Apparently the radiators are out of stock all over the country. But one fifteen minute call to these guys and they sourced what was probably the only radiator in this country and had it delivered to my nearest location in two days. I will vouch for moose radiators and will do business with them again for sure. Thank you so much!

TOP NOTCH BUSINESS HERE!!! Been working with Moose for years and they have always gone above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us, so totally impressed with how they do business and Dan and Hoa and Heather are just wonderful people. Very grateful to be able to work with them. THANK YOU GUYS YOU ARE AWESOME AMAZING!!!!!

Dan and his wife have been helping me with parts for cooling and A/C systems for almost a decade now! They have always been great help, and genuinely feel bad if they can't get the part for you. There are not a lot of businesses that are run like Moose Radiator anymore. They are by far a staple in the Tacoma area for those hard to find cooling and A/C components! Keep it up guys! YOU ROCK!!

I ordered an AC condenser on Amazon and it was the wrong part. I was driving back to Washington from Seattle in 2 days and my entire car was taken apart. I spent four hours on Friday morning trying to find good part but all the major parts stores had to special-order it and would not have it until the following week. My Google search gave me the name of moose radiator which I almost did not call. When I called I was greeted by a very happy and helpful woman who within a couple of minutes was able to get the information from me to ensure that the part they had in stock was what I needed so that I would not needlessly drive 45 miles. She must like her job because when I arrived at quarter to 5 on a Friday she was in a great mood had my part ready for me to inspect and even gave me a little bag with candies to say thank you for using moose radiator. I've never heard of this business before but she informed me that they have offices all over the United States and to keep my receipt because my warranty is good at any of their locations. After 4 hours of calling, waiting on hold for 5, 10 or more minutes, it was refreshing to call Moose radiator and not have to sit on hold and have the parts Clerk work with me to ensure they had exactly what I needed. This was really Tip Top customer service that I rarely find in auto parts stores or any store that's not retail clothing.

I did some welding there today to repair one of their very tall roll around Warehouse ladders. They were very easy to work with very nice people and a very nice Warehouse full of radiator and hoses everything you need for your cooling system

Radiators today are sourced from all over the globe - usually south east Asia - most are freekin junk - but you wouldnt know because they all look the same and oh that low price !! These guys sell the good stuff - !

Attempted to get radiator parts (mounts, shroud) and was told they told sell parts, only whole radiator assemblies. This is not what their website states.Marked at three stars since I assume their radiators are fine.
