Worst experience I ve ever had. I took my 2020 AMG GT to get my exhaust checked, plus to check on a noise and to see why my check engine light came on. I was told the noise was a speaker issue, the exhaust rattling was normal and they replaced some clamps to fix the check engine light issue. So after they had my car for 23 days, on 9/29/2023 they called me and told me my car was ready. I went to pick it up and when I got home I noticed they had damaged my drivers side rear wheel, chipped my windshield & not to mention the noise from the speaker was still there, in fact worse. I immediately sent Monica ( the assistant service manager) pictures plus videos the moment I got home & noticed the damages. Then the following morning I dropped the car off (9/30/2023). Monica informed me at that time of drop off that the service manager would reach out by end day and it is now Tuesday (10/03/203) at the end of day without any contact from them. Also now I am down a car as I was not provided with a loaner. I have never written a bad review in my life but this is one of the worse experiences I ve ever had. Not the type of service I expected when dealing with a Mercedes franchise especially when I spent over 100k on the car. I m confident a technician took my car on a joy ride and carelessly handled the car considering they gave it back with an empty gas tank when it had 60+ miles left when I had when I dropped it off for service.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Exhaust

Customer service from Randy, Mike, and the rest of the staff is solid. Randy called me a couple times with updates on the vehicle. They were unable to get me a 15 passenger loaner but assisted me with a 5 , then 7 passenger vehicle while repair attempts are being made.The repairs however are a different story. I was informed my vehicle was repaired for the 5th time. I came in to pick up my Sprinter and couldn't even leave the lot. The vehicle was turning off and the Automatic van door broke within a few instances of use.Review update 2/21/2024I appreciate Randy, Mike, Kyle, and Brandon reaching out to me to get my repairs addressed. Mike and Kyle had a voice conference with me on the current symptoms and explained their approach moving forward. They reviewed the process that was going to take place to diagnose the problems with my Sprinter and I am currently on standby for updates the Mercedes team may have. I have a loaner vehicle from the team that is helping out right now, and I am hoping I can have a vehicle that I can rely on soon.

My wife took our car for a windshield replacement! The process was seamless, from ordering the product to getting it installed. Oscar is always on target, and his customer service skills are excellent. We are thrilled customers and can wholeheartedly recommend Mercedes Benz of Tacoma in Fife!

Nothing special and overall unimpressive. Staff was pleasant to deal with though :) This is the closest dealer to me but still over 1 hour away. Scheduled well in advance for a recall and an additional issue to troubleshoot. Even though I scheduled in advance they had to order something to go with the recall and the vehicle sat for a week without any work being completed. This is a wheelchair accessible vehicle and the only source of transport. Being without the vehicle for a week extra and no forward movement in repair progress was detrimental to my family. When we picked up the vehicle there was some confusion between staff and they were ultimately talking about two different vehicles. The recall work was completed satisfactorily but the additional troubleshooting was not fully investigated. We decided to take the vehicle home and find a local business to help.

After receiving service, I chose to pay with a credit card (which is how I have paid for over 20 years). I was then told that there would be additional fee of 3% added to my bill. This has never been added before and I was not informed of this change in policy beforehand. I find this practice of adding charges without prior notification totally unacceptable. In addition, the charge that was tacked on exceeds what the dealership is charged by the credit card company.

Brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Outstanding customer service. This is by far the best service I ve received in any dealership in my entire lifetime.They kept my in the loop with the status of my vehicle. Sent videos and pictures of their progress and if they seen anything that might cause for an alarm.They have earned a loyal customer.

Victoria was amazing. I always bring my 2021 Sprinter in and my 2010 Sprinter in for service. Each time, Victoria makes the experience run smoothly and only recommends what s needed. Definitely worth every penny spent because after each service, my vehicles feel like new again. I definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Tacoma to anyone.

I had the worst experience possible, my Mercedes would not start in my garage. I called and had the perfect person. Answer the phone, Alex . From the moment Alex answered the phone everything went perfectly. She let me know when my Mercedes arrived at the dealership, when diagnostic would be finished. And then, when the car would be ready to be picked up. La customer service, and the behind-the-scenes support work seamlessly together. I could not have asked for a better team I do have other places to compare, like Portland, Oregon. If, at all possible, I would make sure I used Tacoma Mercedes-Benz for any further service. Please give Alex a raise AND let her know you can t buy the kind of service she provides it s innate ( but try to replicate). I ll be back!

After being told over and over that my sensor issues were on my end and not a defective part, Monica stepped in and had a Tom (lead tech) run several different tests. After these tests, Tom ordered in the correct parts and got the issues resolved. It was a frustrating process, but if it weren t for Tom and Monica, I would have started taking my vehicle elsewhere.Thank you, Tom and Monica!!!

As I said before they are very special they treated me so special makes me always want to come back to Lawson of Tacoma Mercedes-Benz they are a great place to do business I will refer all my friends that need their service to them I am a Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma Lawson for life, this is the kind of place that if you never experienced that you have to go there and my agent who is Miss Davis treated me as if I bought a brand new vehicle thanks again keep up the good work I can't imagine if I had brought a brand new vehicle I couldn't imagine what the roadside service whatever they offer would would be like thanks again very very appreciative. well I have to take my car back to Mercedes for something totally different this time working with Miss Davis and her team I want to give a shout out to the mechanic or the technician that worked on my car he truly knows what he's doing he took the extra time to make sure that I did not go home with a card that was not working properly also Miss Davis and her team worked over late to make sure my car was fixed truly a commitment to the customer as I said before I will always bring my car back to that team and as well as having Ms Davis team work on my car thank you Lawson Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma what a Class ActServices: Auto side window replacement, Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Hard to get a hold of anyone in the service department. Long wait times in the service department. Left my car over night and when I called to check on my car status the service department kept trying to connect me with the person who booked my service appointment instead of just giving me the status on my vehicle until I asked for a manager, then they connected me with the person who originally booked my appointment. Everytime I was in the service department they always say they are understaffed. Someone should evaluate the service departments operational deficiencies.

Liz was amazing! My car was done on time, service was wonderful, and I felt really valued as I didn t have a great experience at the dealership I purchased the vehicle at. Definitely going to Fife for everything from now on.

Liz is always such a delight and renders exceptional customer service. I am also very pleased with work done by the mechanics. I took my vehicle in for an A7 service, and they noticed my brakes shake at highway speeds (can t believe I forgot to mention at drop off) They notated it their findings was not deemed a safety issue (pads were 10mm) but I have noticed a significant improvement since receiving the car back.

Aweful service! Was supposed to be a day job but took a week! Not to mention no one contacted me at any point to keep me updated. I called 20+ times throughout the week and it wasn't until I got someone in sales who physically went to get someone, did I speak to someone in service. Still took two days after that to finish. This does not make me want to buy from this dealership again, as everyone is sold me the sprinter no longer works there....so that says enough about the companies ability to keep good employees.Update on 3/20/24......tried to bring in my Car because check engine light was on again and they said they would give some free details for my past troubles, of course different manager again, Victoria McKinney now ofLarson Automotive Group, andI have been trying to get seen since January, she rescheduled on me 3 times at least, they still don't have loaner as promised, and she hasn't responded in over a month!!!We have paid extra from warranty and service package due to Larsons reputation and ability to provide loaner vehicles, even though 3rd party warranties were cheaper....at this point with all the time and money I have wasted w delays, I don't think it is anymore.Don't make same mistske I did....worse service I have ever had from any Car dealership, and this is supposed to be a Mercedes dealership. RUN!

I had my sprinter towed to the dealer ship mid July . My DPF needed to be replaced under warranty. I just got it back Oct. 26th there was collateral damage to electrical system. There was other electrical work I had to pay for out of pocket. I had to call to get updates on what was going on all the time. The DPF was not available any where in the country and was on national back order. Took over a month just to get a maybe about possible delivery date. I was offered no loaner for this time period. Mean while lm loosening hundreds of $ on not having my van for work I m a general contractor and rely on my van every day.I really thought Mercedes would have taken better care of me.
