It's an expensive brand and it makes some sense that repairs are expensive too. They are. We had an airbag/SRS light come on. The diagnosis (defective air-bag sensor) was $200. The service person gave numbers we thought were the total cost, but they were just incremental costs. The bill finally totaled out at about $1200. Drive an expensive car, expect expensive repairs, but they could have been more upfront about the bottom line once they had the diagnosis. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

Great service but they should you pay for it! They just completed a new renovation and the show room floor and service area looks amazing! I always get my work done here as I love my Lexus. I just wish it wasn t so expensive

I still can t believe how terrible my experience was. I took my car in about issues, and without even looking at my car was told there was no issue. Of course I called him out on it and he immediately got defensive and everything escalated from there. The man at the counter proceeded to help everyone else first before me, as I sat in the waiting room seeing many people come and go. I wasn t called until everyone was gone. Obviously he intentionally put me to the back of the line. Of course, I was told there was nothing wrong with my car. I wouldn t take no for an answer, and they took my car for a week and only figured out a couple of things.I took my car to a retired master mechanic from Toyota/Lexus who admitted my car didn t work well with Apple products because of the year, and this car is super buggy with my iPhone all the time, STILL. He also found another issue right away, and I corrected it. Something he found by just plugging in his code reader.I started taking my car up to Bellevue and it is a WORLD of a difference in treatment and diagnosis there. It s disappointing to go to a dealership and deal with such incompetence and rudeness for service when they should be experts of this, since they work on one type of car, and are supposedly a luxury line. It is well worth the hour drive up north to not have to deal with terrible service workers.

Been there for oil change and courtesy vehicle inspection. When the vehicle was ready to go, service advisor told me that my air filter and cabin air filters are very dirty (I replaced them myself 3 weeks before this service). I said it's impossible, but she was proving me that she seen it and it's very dirty (see pic). Of course I pulled it right after just to check - it was absolutely clean. Drove 40 miles away and after a 5 min park - spotted dripping oil under the car. Crowed underneath and found out that oil bolt was completely loose (pic attached). And this is not the 1st story I've heard about this place. So I'd recommend everyone avoiding this service department

Service advisor Ed Lee provided excellent customer service by communicating effectively and providing honest feedback. He focused on fixing the issue with the vehicle without pressuring the customer into unnecessary repairs. Ed's customer-centric approach ensured a satisfactory experience while I was in a different state and had my son take the car to Lexis of Fife. .
