Got my Audi service done today. They were there as a temp bases, but the service was great. Service Rep Dan was great and explained things well.

Waited 4 months to fix a cabin heating issue. Got home and the repair sheet said, turned on heat and it worked the end. Waited 6 more months for appointment #2. Dropped van off on a Wednesday night, proceeded to call and email them Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Never got a return phone call and never got a returned email. They then charged me $150 for another warranty issue that they then said they could not fix because I replaced the bumper but could not tell me what troubleshooting was done. I would avoid this place if I were you. I ll never be back. Huge red flag that they are backed up for six months in the service department but they are clearly making a killing.

Buyer beware!!! They are not equipped or capable of honestly servicing the sprinter vans they sell. Service advisers are nothing but failed salespeople and the so called technicians are first year apprentices at best. You will be taken for one hell of a ride and in the end will ultimately need to find competent service elsewhere. Be prepared to be overcharged and underserved. Also for commercial use vans be prepared to be unexpectedly out of business due to this incompetence.

Incredibly lengthy delays in vehicle scheduling - 3 to 5 months out seems to be common every time I inquire about booking. They have returned approximately 1 in 5 phone messages and rarely pick up. I'm seriously considering selling my van because of how difficult it is to get any maintenance done.

Since moving to the new location this service center has really gone downhill.Unfortunately it s the only one in the area. They do not answer the phone. If you leave a message you do not get a call back. There s problems with the service. There isn t room to park a vehicle with all of the endless recalls for airbags and emissions. They damaged the trim on my Sprinter replacing the airbag and I can t get anyone on the phone or get a call back.I would not buy another Sprinter Van based on the service at this dealer. And it is the only dealer even remotely close to me.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had the normal service done and because of the recall, that work as well. But this required that I leave my van/camper with them overnight. Well this turns out to be a bad idea. First they don't have enough parking for all the vans due for service, so many vans had to be parked along the road. Also it turns out there is zero security in there parking lot. As many vans got broken into while at the dealer. And there response was, sorry call your insurance. They did not report this to police. I had to. Luckily I had taken most of anything of value out of the van. But because of this the van was ransacked as they tried to find something of value. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of protection of these very expensive vehicles. It also appears based on evidence that the van was broken into days before I was even notified because they hadn't noticed. So this was frustrating. And besides a minor discount very little help from the dealer. I noticed a homeless camp with a trail of debris right next to the parking lot. So clearly this wasn't a one time thing. Whomever broke into the van had knowledge of how to do it without being noticed. So this wasn't a smash and go.I have also had issues with every time I get service completed there. They rotated my tires. All of a sudden the tire pressure sensor had issues. They said they fixed it the next time, still an issue again. Something that never came up before. The next service, all of a sudden my dash starts saying some lights have failed. They are working but the computer doesn't think so. And the part that makes this worse. To have them fix anything that showed up after the service, is the cost of them to look at it. Something that they appear to have caused they will charge you a lot for. This last time, besides the break in. They did not even take the time to reset my clock properly. Minor things one would expect with the cost to have service completed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you own a sprinter, then you know how few places are allowed to service them. Expect multi-month wait times and excuses like short staffed and recall issues. The service, once they got to it was fine. Everything worked. Personally, I'd recommend you go elsewhere. But there isn't an elsewhere. This is it. So, eh..

Canceled service on sprinter motorhome...security issue...would motorhome for a week...refused liability for any loss...too much time and risk. If they could protect our rig...I might come back...off to Wilsonville
