Great dealership, great staff, salesmen, parts counter people...I have a lot of Saabs and they have kept men going through the years

I came in for oil change and I had a 50% off coupon and I showed it the lady helping me at the service center. When I was about to pay, I was told to pay the full price and of course I had to insist and tell her again that I showed her my coupon. These two ladies are playing damn!On top of the very long wait to get the service done, this place don't have any water to drink. My 3rd time coming and I asked one of the ladies if I can get some water also when I heard one customer asked for water and she said that she is going to check in the other area if there is but she never came back. I am refering to the same lady from the service department. Horrible service!Service: Oil change

The service was great and complete. The service rep was professional and polite. The free car wash and vacuum was a added plus.Thanks

I called to schedule service for my vehicle that I purchased a year ago. They informed me that they won t do any courtesy vehicles , while repairs are being completed. They decided to change this as of last week. The receptionist said I should check with one of their competitors, to complete the service as they may have courtesy vehicles. This is extremely disappointing as I purchased my vehicle with Larson due to their good reputation.

If I can I would leave 0 stars. I always go here and I ask myself why I still come here, worst people ever and service and lazy people. Can never get ahold of service so I go there then sams excuse were slammed or busy? Well what that have to do with me when I made an appointment. Worst place ever even HONDA of fife treats and interacts way better. This is a same this is Cadillac of fife.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Got a change oil here with a reasonable price. And then even give you a free wash and vaccuum! I will definitely go back in this place for service.
