Went here on a whim with terrible credit and little money to put down. Was planning on trying to get a used car. My salesman Aaron Hanson went above and beyond, even to include holding onto the keys of my selection so nobody else could buy it. He also gave me regular updates as to where we were in the process. I was never at a loss as to what was happening. Ended up getting financing for a 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. Their sales manager Bob Villa was amazing, I don t know what he said to the banks but he moved mountains to get me approved. Once approved their sales Manager Derrick Dillon helped me collect needed paperwork that I had been trying to get on my own for months and I got it in 10 minutes. He carefully and thoroughly explained my warranty through their dealership ( 2 years or 25,000 all preventative maintenance covered). Once financing was complete I traded in my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 classic, which had body damage, and got a 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback, and my payment was $100.00 less per month. They are amazing here and if you are in the market for a vehicle this is the dealership to see!!!

Unbelievably horrible experience! We have purchased quite a few cars over the years and have never had such a bad experience!I went with my mother to purchase a vehicle. English is not my mother's first language. When we went into the finance the finance manager seemed to use her limited understanding to up-sale a warranty and withhold basic details about the sale. He kept offering us the same monthly payment with or without a warranty, without showing us the terms of the loan or the interest rates that made that "possible" so that we could not make an informed decision based on our needs (though we asked for this detailed information a number of times). Ultimately, we turned down the warranty three times, but he kept pushing my mother that this was the best option (without showing how). She did not fully understand and when I asked to speak with her alone he insisted it wasn't necessary and to "trust him" that he was giving us the best deal (again without actually showing us any paperwork with terms/interest rate to know if that was true!)My mother took him at his word and we purchased the vehicle. When we left the car dealership, we realized one of the two keys to the vehicle didn't even go to the vehicle. When we went in to get the correct key, they gave us the run around and we never ended up getting a correct second key.About a month after purchasing the vehicle, we went into the dealership to cancel the warranty they sold us. We were told it would be applied to the loan within 4-6 weeks and she could make the same payment and it would amount to making extra payments on the principal because the warranty was refunded and applied to the loan.A full 10 months later we called her bank just to confirm the warranty was taken off and applied to the loan and we discovered that it had not been removed. We went back to the dealership as soon as we found out and discovered they had NO record of me cancelling the warranty. Luckily I saved the piece of paper they gave us last time and had a photo of the odometer with a date/time stamp on it or I doubt they would have done anything. They said they would expedite the cancellation, but did not provide us with ANY new documentation that they are retroactively cancelling the warranty from 10 months prior. So my mother has been paying on the interest that has accrued on what was to be refunded 10 months ago, as well as not having paid extra on the principle.Maybe others have had better experiences. But every single dirty car sales tactic in the book was thrown at us. I want to believe that a dealership as large as this would have policies and procedures that protect the customer from near if not outright fraud and misrepresentation. I cannot in good conscience recommend using this dealership and would encourage any one that does consider them to be very careful and aware of these tactics.

They were so kind, helpful, and honest! They had the perfect car for me, and really helped work with me to get it home with me. The salesman Adrian was so nice, let my boyfriend and I test drive it by ourselves, and helped figure out a monthly price I could afford. The guy in charge of finances was personable, cracking jokes, and helping break down a lot of the warranty packages and was also extremely helpful. Their facility is super clean, the staff is all super nice, and they give you free oil changes and car washes for the first two years! Definitely recommend this bunch

Our salesman Chuck was great and Derrick in the finance department was awesome. He explained everything well, didnt try to sneak in anything extra, and was personable. We were in and out in less than 4 hours from start to finish. Definitely would buy here again.

Took my car in the night before for a 7:30 am appt for service Awhich he told me was changing fluids, check and reset message.Said he would text me when done, sent a text to check it was the right number, and verified it was the right number. I called 56 times yesterday to find out if my truck was finished. No answer, no return call. It is now the next day and still no answer on the phone, no return text..nothing! They shouldn't even get one star! And! Where is my van!!!!????

Watch out for false advertising. Found a vehicle online and when I asked about final pricing, they added 4k to their online price since I was out of state. I guess customer service and integrity with this group leaves alot to be desired.

I feel I was taken advantage of by this dealership because I am a young woman. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla. The price of this car was $24k. The financing department hid extra costs in my loan which ended up adding 11 THOUSAND DOLLARS to my loan. Unfortunately I was not aware of this until after I got mail from the bank stating my loan balance and monthly payments. Now I am stuck with a $45k TOYOTA COROLLA. Ladies, if you have a male in your life who is savvy about cars and financing, take him with you so you don t get scammed. Unfortunately for me I do not. I don t know how the salesmen and finance department can rest knowing they are screwing over young naive people. Beware of this dealership and make sure to triple check any and all paperwork before signing anything. The man going over the finance paperwork was going through all of it incredibly fast and taking the conversation off track, talking about restaurants in the area, Korean food, etc. He knew he was getting an extra $11k from me by only telling me the monthly payment and not the total of my overall loan.

Rory's service is and was fantastic! He stuck with us through the entire process and all of our indecisions. He explained the purchase process clearly and walked me through setting up the car. He was able to get us a new Prius even though there is a national shortage and called us right away when available. We also had issues with the tint/PPF which Rory resolved and made sure we were happy. If you need someone who will listen and work with what you need, talk to Rory Schulz.

Erik was wonderful to work with on the purchase of our new 2019 Tundra! Erik was very informative and full of answers. He took the time to understand our needs as well as wants and he even managed to fix a problem we had with our new pickup. Thanks again, Erik! You have earned our business for life. We will recommend you and Toyota of Tacoma for anyone's future buying needs!

I have purchased close to 10+ vehicles in the last 10 years, and Josh Weingart is by far the most honest, and hard working sales consultant I have ever worked with. Not only did he helped me upgrade from my 2018 Mazda CX-5 to the 2020 Challenger SXT, but he gave me way more trade in value than my car was worth, and worked his magic to absorb my $7k in negative equity. There was no back and forth negotiating BS, he gave me his best deal up front and because of that, I drove 3 hours one way to buy from him. If you are looking for a vehicle and want the absolute best deal you can get, this is your man. Best Buying Experience I Have Ever Had!!

I just got my dream car this weekend and was treated so well by everyone who made it happen. But huuuuuuuuge shoutout to my sales guy Jason Grandstand. Without this guy it would never have happened. I was in SLC for work all week and I put a deposit down to hold the car and then requested powdered matte rims and he made it happen for when I showed up on Saturday to pick it up. I am so in love with my car. Thank you Larson Automotive but especially Jason Grandstand you my friend have a customer for life. Thank you Thank you for making my dreams come true.

It was a very good experience buying a car it takes time but they made me feel comfortable. Me personally love the life time programs and to me is all about the service and the life time car wash. I want to thank the staff and my sales specialist Rokas.

I found myself on the search for a new ride after a recent car wreck. I used my USAA car buying service and Elias reached out to me. He helped me find the perfect Camry and helped me meet my financial requirements! Not only was he an amazing sales rep for me, he helped my mom get into a new car as well!!!! I recommend him for your car buying needs!!!!!

This place has poor service from start to finish. Bought a car for "22 and change" (apparently $995 is "change" to the sales guy). Then got upsold on the maintenance plan which is garbage; DO NOT purchase the maintenance plan through the dealership, you'll barely break even and the service center is absolutely TERRIBLE. Every time I've come in with an appointment, I've had to wait at least 2 hours, and there have been times when the maintenance people didnt even shut off the maintenance light, so i had to go back to in to get it turned off. One employee my wife talked to even said he wouldnt get his car serviced there. The most recent visit was over 4 hours and cost over $500 and they sent me a video of my inspection, where the car they were "inspecting" was a toyota 4x4 truck (my car is a camry). I thought they would be more reputable as a toyota dealership, but they very much operate as a fly by night shop.

We were at this location earlier today and helped by Dieauka! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made the process super easy! We left with an awesome car after having been without for 3 months due to an accident and struggling with our insurance! Would definitely recommend anyone go to him if you are looking for someone who is super friendly and easy to work with!

In and out of service in a snap! But even if I wasn't... there's plenty of new temptations on the showroom floor (Audi) to occupy me til my vehicle was ready.

Spent over 5 hours at this dealership trying to purchase a car. They added 14 hard inquires to our credit and then still couldn t make a deal. Useless waste of time! Then called back the next morning to say they d do the payment we asked for. By then we d met Michael at Auburn VW and he made it so easy. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Edit: The manager took great care in reversing the poor experience I had. Take that for what s it worth. The incident should not have occurred to begin with, but I m happy with the concessions made. Classic bait and switch! They lied and told me theft detect and brake safety light were included features with the price... two items I didn't ask for, have no interest in... AND THEY CHARGED ME WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! Not only that... they sold them to me twice!!! Yes, twice. Check box 2 of your sales agreement, you will find extras here that were not discussed.... they are also included in the silver package when they upsell you again. Shame on you Larson and Toyota! Do better!!!

After purchasing a pre-owned vehicle in May, we were so happy with the service that we returned to purchase a new Tacoma TRD from Nate Carbone and Rob Miller. Good guys and highly recommended. Have also purchased from their Audi dealership in Fife and service at their Porsche dealership next door, and also purchased from their RAM dealership in Puyallup.

Bought an MX-5 from here. The rear suspension went out 2 weeks after purchasing the car. After waiting a month for an appointment I was told they'd replace my suspension for free. Later I was told they had ordered the parts and would give me a call in 7 to 10 days to bring the car back in and fix the issue. 3 months later, I've received no updates and all my calls have been forwarded to voicemail.

I worked with Mario and it was such a great experience. The hardest part was the wait for the finance guy and even that was easy. Thank you so Much Larson's Toyota of Tacom it was definitely a great first time new car purchasing experience.

This company defines "car salesmen"...in the worst way. They had excuses all day long rather than taking responsibility for their actions. They sold a car and all the extras to someone who was not mentally stable and at the time unemployed, and then wouldn't service the car saying aftermarket work had been done....3 days after the purchase had been made. No work had been done. They also had signatures on document that needed a notary, that was not signed in front of a notary. I'm honestly not sure how some people sleep at night.

Larson Automotive GroupThis will start out sounding like a negative review but please stick with it. All in, my experience was remarkably positive, running completely contrary to the cutthroat car dealer stereotype. I purchased a 2022 diesel dually 4x4 Dodge Ram 3500 from Puyallup Larson Dodge in December 2022. I was replacing a Ram 3500 that has been carrying my 4500# camper for over 20 years. With recent media focus on pick-ups failing under the weight of campers, and my desire to purchase a new 5300#-5500# camper in mind, my salesperson helped me buy a truck we thought would do the job. But a couple of weeks after taking it home, I found a piece of folded paper in the glovebox that cited a USDOT camper carrying rating of 4655# for my new truck s specific VIN. Not OK. When I called Larson the salespeople seemed to be unaware of the USDOT camper capacity rating or of the document in the glovebox. To be fair, that rating cannot be found on Dodge s own site, nor could I find a table of USDOT ratings anywhere on the web. I did find that a 1973 law requires all pick-ups to be delivered with the USDOT document stating the rating for that specific VIN. It s easy to confuse payload with camper capacity. Payload represents the truck s total carrying capacity beyond fuel weight, which is already accounted for. The more stuff you put in the cab (like people and tools and groceries) the less you can put in the bed of the truck (unless it s a camper, which maxes out the USDOT figure for the bed-carrying part of that equation). It all has to add up to less than or equal to the payload figure. I m sure the payload figure has some relationship to the USDOT figure for camper capacity, but it s not obvious, and I couldn t find a conversion formula that would produce one from the other. I was stymied. I liked the truck, but it didn t seem like it would work for me, and I d had it for a month. I figured the dealership would play the let the buyer beware card. But they didn t. Daryl Richeson is the General Manager of the Larson Auto Group, and he patiently worked through the issue with me. He quickly understood the problem and was sympathetic with the position I was in. He researched the market for other models of Ram trucks and even other brands of trucks that might have the capacity I was looking for. All were commercial trucks, which come with other issues I wanted to avoid. In the meantime, I worked with an Idaho custom camper manufacturer to explore how we could get closer to the USDOT figure. In the end Daryl said they d do whatever I felt was fair, including returning the truck for a full refund. He also said they were adding awareness of the USDOT rating to their sales training. I decided to keep the truck. It ll carry the old camper and it looks like we can build a new camper close-ish to the USDOT capacity limits. My experience was remarkable. Larson Auto Group has my highest recommendation as a trustworthy partner in purchasing a vehicle. And my thanks to Daryl Richeson for his honesty and professionalism.

My boyfriend and I recently bought a car here, and I have nothing but great things to say about how our experience was! We couldn t have done it without Nate. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and easy going! He made the entire process seamless and got us a great deal. We ll send everyone we know who is in the market for a car to him. Not only did we leave with a car, but a new friend as well.Cynthia, the finance manager, was also beyond amazing. Signing all of the papers was a breeze. She helped us get the coverage on the car that we needed (thank you, again). She was fast, professional, and so very personable.A HUGE thanks to everyone here. We feel very excited and secured to come to Larson Auto for all of our future car needs.
