Hands down the BEST car purchase/leasing experience I ve ever had. This company knows what customer service is. There is no pressure, and You can truly see that they want you to find the car that is best for you! Customer service like this is hard to come by nowadays. I m going to make sure that I tell everybody that I know what an Awesome experience I had with this company. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, go check these guys out. Ask for Brian & Ben. They are the real deal!!!

Great service department, especially Donarius. He was able to fit me in, fix, and return the vehicle on a very tight schedule so my daughter could return to school on time after her spring break visit. Love them!

I dread the day I EVER have to take my car back to this place. Their customer service is terrible. They had my car for a month to do some pretty routine services. Their communication was awful and after having my car back the check engine light was back on in less then a week. If you can get to Bellevue I would definitely recommend it. You won't be happy with this dealer in Tacoma. And no loaner. supposedly I was 3rd on the list but they NEVER mentioned it again. The only time I got updates on my car was if I called them. I would give 0 stars but that's not an option.

The staff and sales team are very professional and helpful without being pushy. Not only that, their cars are gorgeous. When I get ready to trade for a new Land Rover this is the place I will be going to. If you want to save thousands on a Land Rover, drive down to Fife when compared to the dealerships up north.

Great service! Donarius is just the best advisor you can get ever! He s so knowledgeable and all about customer service! Not gonna lie, I ve heard bad reviews about the Land Rover service and was scared to come to a local dealer, however, it s not true! Land Rover service I received for my Range Rover here in Tacoma is by far best service I have ever received at any dealership I ve ever dealt with! So my recommendation is: it s a for sure go get your repairs or maintenance service done here!

After trying multiple car dealers, I went with land Rover tacoma because of their personal service,persistence and professionalism. Charles stuck with me for nearly 9 months while I assessed all the options and finally got organized to get a car. Then after I had been dragging my feet for so long. He got a car special delivery in for me from interstate and had it ready for a dash run on my way home from the airport. He had all the paperwork ready. I walked in signed on the line and walked out again. I would work with these guys again.

I had a piece of the cover under my car get caught on a cinderblock and was dragging the ground. I called to see if they could repair or replace this piece and was told yes by a really friendly service advisor. It was pretty important to get done because it was not only unsightly, and unsafe but it was my birthday and I had plans. So once I got there they completed a look over and took the car to be repaired. I decided to see if they also could do my annual service which they were able to do. I didn't wait long and they saved me from having to return later in the week. I was very happy with the outcome....I would recommend this location to others.

I recently purchased a 2021 Land Rover Discovery Sport from Landrover of Tacoma, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I would have rated 5* but the long duration my car stayed at the dealership was stressful and costed me business. Kindly advise clients that their car will stay with you for a long time so that they can get alternative means of moving around.

Dealership is nice and personnel are very friendly. Last two service visits have been questionable and ungodly expensive. Told I needed new brake fluid when it was just changed a few months ago, but missed that the coolant level was low. Changed air filters myself because JLR charges 250 bucks for 30 bucks in parts and 10 minutes. Car was fine for a week after replacement. Took vehicle in for the rest of the service (oil change) the car had a horrible smell of gas in the cabin after service. Took vehicle back and was told my filters needed changed. Was not given a reasonable explanation as to why it was fine before the service and bad after. Was told something must have gotten on them during service. While they did wave labor charges, still had to pay over 100 bucks for new filters because you couldn t drive the car as the fumes were nauseating and for me to order new filters myself would have taken another week or two. Things that make you go hmmm . Gonna get their money one way or another.

**Updating Review**Though I had bad luck with their service department, their sales department was awesome. The Land Rover I mentioned below ended up needing a lot of work done but I brought it to the dealership and was able to trade it in for something way more reliable. Clarence spent all day with me finding the right car and got me an awesome deal.I have called the service department several times over the past two months. The concierge has answered each time promising me a call back. This most recent time I expressed my frustration and the woman apologized and assured me I would hear back. It's been a week and a half and still nothing. My range rover is about ready to break down so I'm forced to find a local place and hope they can service Land Rovers. Don't waste your time.

I left my Range Rover at Land Rover of Tacoma for a heater repair. This is what was being returned to me. My vehicle was vandalized twice on their lot and they took absolutely no responsibility for it. They also didn t communicate that it had even happened the first time nor did they file a police report. Not the service you would expect at a luxury car dealership. Sadly, my insurance totaled my car and I was left looking for a new car in this poor market. My experience was unbelievable.

Save yourself. Don't buy a Land Rover. More issues per vehicle than almost every other vehicle in the US. And when you have an issue, don't expect Tacoma Land Rover to give af. Even if you're under warranty, they will avoid you. Worst purchase of my life.

Special ordered a 2023 Range Rover Sport at Land Rover Tacoma. Other dealerships in the area were just marking these up insane amounts and trying to push what they had on the lot over new builds. Ed Robinson was our sales rep and we had an excellent experience! He really took care of us, wasn't pushy and I respected his honesty. Car came in early and they were able to expedite the process to get it ready for us sooner. Both Ed and the dealership held up their end of the agreed price and it was a smooth and transparent transaction. We were also to get a fair price for our trade in. Go see Ed at Land Rover Tacoma if you are looking for a new car!

I am a manager at a local business that try s to business here but seem to ever get any good help call them constantly and goes to voicemail order parts drive clear up there and I m told we are short on the amount I ll need to order more and again I ll need to drive clear up there to pick them up moving forward I will never work on another Land Rover jaguar because of this issue this is not the only time this has happened this has been numerous times

Initially I would have given my service experience a 1, but the customer service I received from Donarious really shows the impact of great customer service. My first service advisor transitioned out of her role while working on my vehicle and didn t following through on multiple items submitting warranty documents, not returning calls, failed to get loaner, etc. my car had been at the dealership for a month and zero progress had been made. In the midst of this, my family experienced a significant loss in our family which exasperated the situation. Long story short Donarious stepped in and went above and beyond to fix a mess he did not create. He made it a mission to make things right and he did. He communicated regularly to provide status updates, followed through on everything he said he would do, did his due diligence to ensure pricing and service were accurate (which resulted in my service being slightly cheaper) and did so in a way that was filled with compassion and understanding. He shifted my thinking from, I m filing a formal complaint and never coming back to I ll be back as long as Donarious is here. There were still some service frustrations after the fact (unrelated to Donatious), but I feel confident I will get it all resolved based on my experience with him. Honorable mention to Shinee who has been extremely helpful in assisting with the aftermath service needs.

Absolutely one of the best dealerships. I've owned almost every brand of vehicle, and have had horrible service and quality issues almost everywhere. LR stands by their vehicles, and take care of issues should any arise. I bought a used leased vehicle as my first from Land Rover. For the first time I honestly feel like I am getting the quality and service expected.

I don't post these kind of feedback online but it seems that everyone else is getting service except for us. We bought a brank new range rover and never quibbled about the price, had everything added and have always had issues with the vehicle. This last time it was in the shop for almost a year and the service department never came through with a loaner even though that is what was in the purchase contract. We didn't make an issue of it. We even bought another land rover (from a different dealership of course) because we have loyalty to the brand. We finally got it back from service after all this time on Friday. Got it back with some scuffs on the passenger side and with only 24 mile range of gas, thanks service department. Then drove it to work and had to pull over for all of the same issues; wouldn't shift into second gear, HDC not available, Gearbox Fault, Blind Spot System not available, Stability Control Not Available, 2 Wheel Drive Only, Parking Brake Fault, Camera System Fault, ATPC Not Available, Check Engine alarm, back wiper goes on unexpectedly. After all these months. This is more than alarming for this dealership.

The finance department is horrible. I have been trying to contact them regarding the purchase of the additional equipment and have been unable to reach the . That to me is horrible customer service. I hope no one else has to deal with them the way I have had to. If you are not able to be there for your customers who spend a lot of money. Maybe you should work somewhere, were you don t deal with the public.

Came to buy a certified land rover, and the salesman was backed by the super-rude financing employee! After we were fed all lies from salesman, we learned that the car was not certified and it had been in an accident before being noted in the carfax, and the AC was not working and car had a major electrical repair. Also, we were told it had two years warranty left but then found it was 10 months only!! Discrepancies were discovered only because I decided to take my time and read before sign. Luckily, I evaded a $50k scam from a prestigious dealership. am certainly sure that people need to know this to be careful not to blindly trust the fake overalls. This dealership best interest was only to sell their cars at all cost. It was a waste of excitement, time, and run credit reports results in big hit dropped 22+ points from score before we walkout the deal.

The service has been terrible! We are STILL waiting for our car back, almost 5 weeks and counting! We have to call weekly (instead of them calling, since theyve busted there timline), after being told, the window of repair was 1-3 weeks! Everyone we talk too (service manager included), as late as yesterday, changes the time frame, and this is all WITHOUT A LOANER CAR! We are having to pay out of pocket weekly for rental cars, which is terrible! I was so sure that getting a landrover would set the bar High with quality and customer service, I got better service and customer care when I had my KIA! All I wakt is my car fixed and BACK! I'm concerned that I won't have my car next until next year!

I went to have service work done on my vehicle but they were out of the filters. The technician did not reset my clock or the temperature unit after programming a component on the vehicle. It was Fahrenheit when I took it in and Celsius upon being returned to me.

Vanessa was a pleasure to work with when we dropped off our vehicle for service. She made sure we were taken care of quickly even though we were a walk-in customer without an appointment. She was training in a new position and still handled everything in a professional manner and explained everything to us along the way. Nice job Vanessa!

Land Rover of Tacoma hit it out of the park! The General Manager, Ben Minshall, and sales associate, Charles Morgan, made the purchase of my new Defender quick and easy. Dealership is clean, modern and welcoming. Don't waste your time going to Seattle or Bellevue, Tacoma Land Rover has them beat hands down! Thanks guys!

Great customer service and follow through on a high demand vehicle.Alex was very accommodating and made the LONG process bearable.Moreover, this dealership agreed on a reasonable price and committed to their oral agreement, even though demand skyrocketed and MSRP premiums increased 5x.I will absolutely buy my next Range Rover with Alex and this group.
