Jaguar in Fife Wa has Great customer service in their Service Department! I hope they don t change! Three months later new review: my representative was lazy on communicating the status of my car. I asked for an estimate to get other things fixed, she decided it was best to wait until the car got on the shop floor before doing it which would have been fine if it didn t take them 5-6 weeks to repair! During that long wait she could have got the estimate done and sent it over to me. Heck the warranty company needed proof of the repair. During that time the shop could have done the estimate. And even then I had to call and write to see if she got the estimate done. I told her, it would have been best to get me the numbers sooner so I can decide on rather I want the work done before it gets on the shop floor. But no she waited. Matter of fact I didn t get the numbers until after the car was repaired. Very very bad business decision! Her way was more important than the customers and it cost the shop revenue and possibly a customer ( note: why wasn t an estimate done during that 5-6 week wait). If I say no ketchup the waitress doesn t say: ketchup is best then have ketchup applied to my burger. To their credit, the new manager did call and apologize and said once I m ready to get the repair done I won t have to wait. I should add. It took two months to get my car seen. Then 6 more weeks before it was repaired. Mostly to blame was the extended warranty company. I think!? The friendliness of the staff was still great!

My husband was kind enough to take my car in for service today. It was our first time taking our vehicle to this location and it will be the last. The car needed an oil change and an alignment. There was no communication throughout the process and after waiting for over three hours, my husband went to the desk to inquire how much longer it would be. He was then informed that there were several vehicles that needed an alignment and only one machine to do so. The additional wait time was going to be another hour and half. If he had known, he would have only agreed to the oil change and scheduled to come back for the other service. Incredibly disappointed that this was his experience. I sincerely hope that in the future, the service department will recognize the importance of communication, and ensure that customers are made aware of the estimated wait time.

I called at least 15 times today to try and get a part ordered- from 10AM-1PM no one could even answer the phone. The only person i was able to get ahold of was the receptionist, who I am pretty sure ignored more than half of my phone calls (Amanda). Transferred to GM, no answer. Emailed parts department and got a reply saying they could not help me and that I needed to call the parts department for help. I have no idea how this company makes any money or helps anyone when they cannot even answer their phones.

The purchase of a new F Pace was completed flawlessly with Charles. Charles exhibited a personal and professional demeanor throughout the entire process and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Likewise, my interaction with Shine� provided me with a positive outlook of the Service Department and that I could be assured of a satisfactory outcome should an issue arise.

I had a simple key fob replacement and recall issue. Michelle M. was outstanding.She sent the vehicle to be washed and then walked across the street personally to deliver it. Really great service.

I wish I can put no stars .When someone call the parts department they should get someone to help them .Instead I got put on hold 3 timesAnd after waiting over 5 - 10 minutes. The call dropped.Wow what a service .Then I call from a different number asking 5o speak with the parts department manager .And guess what ?The call got transferred again to the same agent who have put me on hold and dropped my call .So if you have a $100k car looking for parts for it .I advice you to go sell the car is faster than calling the dealership .No customer service . No courtesy no call back.Do not go to Jaquar of fife .Have a good day at Volvo in Lynnwood or BMW of Seattle .At least they treat you better

Dunarius in service makes me feel like I m their only customer every time I come in. The service reminds me that owning a Jaguar is the top of the line and I don t have to worry they ve got me covered. From little things like a new battery in my fob to programming my key or a lose piece on my car from the snow every time I m told it s no problem, you own a jaguar .The GM, Joe did a great job make sure I was satisfied.

First off our 2018 F-Pace is a great car that my wife loved and still would if there was support. What we don't like is that it spends 4 months a year at the shop over minor sensor issues. Even oil changes need to be booked 2 months in advance. Last time a sensor went out they lost our keys and it has been almost a year without replacing them. It has been in the shop now for a little over 3weeks for they same sensor they changed last October(DEF quality). The car cannot be driven when this happens so I asked if they wanted to make an offer to buy it back. The answer was no reply. Think about this, Jaguar won't even make a low ball offer to buy a jag during a time of low inventory. So before you buy just plan to walk to work for at least 4 months a year. And never drop off a car with your only key.

All I can say is WOW! First of all Vanessa took care of my wife and I, we were on the way to work at 6am, and had an unexpected coolant leak. Drove straight to Jaguar in fife and got helped by Vanessa and the manager were able to get us in. My car took about 6 weeks to fix, and between my warranty and GEICO I was hearing nothing but bad news and found out I had to pay out of pocket for majority of everything. Now fast forward to today, Vanessa not only called me to tell me the good news of my car being fixed, but instead of paying out of pocket almost $4k, I had to pay $2500 instead and that included getting my oil change!!! Such a blessing. From start to finish Vanessa has made this horrible experience a better one with all they ve done for us to squeezing us in the schedule, the honesty with what all needed to be done, and the unexpected price drop made me so much happier now going into the holidays. I would not only recommend this service center for jaguars Land Rover etc, but I recommend working with them overall. The manager and Vanessa are a solid team. Welcoming with open arms, phenomenal communication & I couldn t ask for more.Thank you guys!-Tay and Ky

Alexandra recently helped us purchase our model 3 Tesla. She was amazing! Very relaxed, answered our questions and did what she could to get us comfortable in taking home our new Tesla! We came for a long distance to check this Tesla out and we are not disappointed.Great work.

I had a very positive car buying experience. My wife and I had to drive over from Yakima to look at a used car we were very interested in, so I called ahead and spoke with a salesman named Dwight Haughton. I explained that I didn't want to drive all the way only to be surprised by a defect that wasn't made plain in the pictures. He personally inspected the vehicle and disclosed a tear in the seat. No unpleasant surprises awaited us when we arrived.We got a great price on the car, and the financing process was very efficient and quick. Additionally, the facility was very upscale and had a nice waiting area to hang out in until it was our turn with the financing department. Staff was all very pleasant, including Edward Robinson, the salesman we dealt with upon arrival.

Nice folks, but service department is clearly understaffed. Called repeatedly and kept getting kicked to the consierge department where my messages hit a dead end. Eventually found out the service department weas booking out 3 months and my service couldn't wait (or my prepaid maintenance package would be voided) so I had to just show up and intrude on the mechanic's time. Service desk was understanding and managed to fit me in, but they clearly need more support. Also masks would be nice, especially for the sales rep whose coughing fits echoed throughout the floor.

I love the online service booking, so convenient and easy! I brought my 2014 XJ in for 80k maintenance on 8/25 and from start to finish, the peeps at JoT are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Aubrie was my service advisor, she was really great with helping me with a couple things I have planned for my XJ. Donarius was the advisor I met the first time visiting JoT a couple months back. He was very helpful in informing me of the upcoming maintenance schedules and all that they entailed. He always remembers my name which makes the experience there at JoT feel comfortable and familiar. Thank you all again for the wonderful customer service!

My first experience taking advantage of the Elite Care for my Jaguar. From a service point of view it was everything I could have hoped for; efficient, clean, and helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to my service advisor Jacquelyn. She did everything she could to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Definitely a cut above what I am used to from a service advisor (this includes Toyota, Ford, and Genesis).My only complaint has to do with the customer waiting area. While nice and new following their recent remodel, it was spartan at best. Especially when compared to the Volvo dealership on the other side of the street that is run by the same ownership structure. Volvo has coffee, water, and snacks. Jaguar/Land Rover....kind of coffee and that is it. Now I know that sounds more than a little entitled but if one dealership in an ownership group offers an amenity, all of the dealerships should. Just saying. :)

The worst dealership experience!! I had a high expectation from this brand's dealership. Few weeks ago, I called the dealership and made an appointment to see Charles to test drive a F-pace and my wife and I drove all the way from north of Seattle. As the first impression, we felt the associate is less than interested to give us details on the car or talk about features, etc. Finally, we found out the car is not for lease after all while the website was clearly giving us the breakdown of the payments. Charles did not mention in the phone that this car has more than 5K mileage and it is not for lease. I decided to contact the manger and although their website says "... Please contact me (Joe) directly if you ever feel we could have done better ..." Joe, the manager, has not provided any contact info and when I tried to contact him through their website, never received a courtesy response.

I Always receive great help from the people at Jaguar of Tacoma, and this visit was no different. I messed up by scheduling an annual visit, but they pointed out that I wasn't actually due. Instead, they checked for any recalls and when one was found they corrected the issue.They verified the date to bring the car in for the next annual check and sent me on my way. I took off and had just come to the second stoplight when the "check engine" light came on. Turned around and scooted back to the dealership, and while I was still in the car was greeted by one of the techs who noted the light and sent me off to the customer waiting room. It wasn't very long before my regular tech came to tell me what had caused the light. I wasn't really that concerned, but she was so very apologetic about me having to come back for the adjustment.Great customer relations!

I waited months for a simple part to come in (a small roof panel that came off during a windstorm). When it finally arrived, I wasn t informed that it arrived until I contacted Jaguar. Then they told me it had to be painted to match my car which took another 2 weeks. I made an appointment so that I wouldn t have to wait. I arrived for my appointment and waited more than THREE HOURS for a simple part to be installed. They told me that there was some sort of defect but never offered me a courtesy vehicle until it was repaired. I was only checked on a couple of times an given more excuses. Worse service I ve ever received for a Parts & Service department. I bought a Jaguar because of the prestigious and quality service. I did not receive that today.If you are expecting quality and prestigious service for your Jaguar then I certainly wouldn t recommend Jaguar of Tacoma/Fife.

Every service that I receive from Jaguar of Fife is an amazing one. All of the service writers are knowledgeable and willing to help and if they do not know they will get back to you very quickly. I'd recommend this service department to everyone. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for all that you do to get our vehicle's in and out. Also, if you're looking for a Jaguar or Range Rover I recommend this dealership.

We just purchased a Jag from this dealer and can say it has been my best car buying experience so far. James the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike most other sales people I have dealt with in other dealerships, he wasn t pushy and didn t play games. Hope my experience with their service department will be as pleasant.

The service representative at Jaguar of Tacoma, Justin, was excellent. He was attentive to my special requests, kept me well informed of progress on my vehicle and thoroughly reviewed the results of the work done with me. I have been going to this dealership for 16 years, have purchased 3 vehicles through them, and intend to continue to do so for years to come. An honest team of folks and highly recommended.

Arrived at my scheduled time and they were expecting me. They knew what service was needed and asked me only to verify. Provided comfortable waiting area with WiFi, TV and refreshments to extent they could based on COVID restrictions. My car was ready in the approximated time and upon leaving change my key bob battery free of charge.

This dealer is the absolute best!! This is why I have been going theresince I bought my first new Jag from them in 2002. They do great work and they are fair in their pricing. They provide what you need but do not sell you what you do not need. They are a rare car dealership.They keep their employee's. I have worked with Ben as an example since 2002. It is a pleasant experience when they know you by name as a customer and you know the people working on your car.

The oil service for our F-Type was performed quicker than projected.The price was very reasonable and also the info sheets on the multi inspection was understandable .The service rep was knowledgeable of this vehicle and answered all our questions an more.Was our first visit ,considering the construction to their facility and covid 19 conditions their staff handled the interaction professionally and safely. I felt my safety was always a concern as all wore masks and kept excellent social distancing.I am sure that when the new facility is finished that it will only be better
