I gave it 2 stars only because Ron was great. There were flaws in the Jeep (dent in front bumper, very faded trim, no carpets.) We asked if the price could be negotiated. When the Mgr came he showed us the bluebook price (which wouldn' t include the issues) and how we could finance. We asked for a price drop. We got some run around about the internet pricing wouldn't allow it to be lowered some etc. He asked my husband for a price. He gave them a number we knew wouldn't work but we hoped the Mgr would have made some counter offer or concession. The yr and condition didn't make the asking price worth it. We had financing or had the cash to pay. The Jeep had been sitting on the lot for 6 mos. The Mgr let us walk for at least a $500-1k price drop. This amount would cover some of the things needed if we were to purchase. We went to a different dealership down from them. Bought a newer, nicer, less mileage for the less than the price of the Jeep. ( they gave us a price break) because they really wanted our business. Too bad Infinity you lost a sale. And the Mgr needs to work on his salesmanship. My husband and I didn' t feel he cared on way or the other about us as customers.

Not impressed. Said don't need brakes .done. they did um. Replaced drive motor in overhead under warrenty. Beige Overhead now littered with dirty fingerprints. Inf.qx60. Need I say more.

Expensive, but all car service is as they use the same book to figure hours and pricing. They up sale a lot as well. People are friendly and polite.

This place is where I purchased my car and it is a nice place! Be sure to get the warranties if you aren't able to afford to maintain a luxury car.

Still excellent service and satisfied with the services n repairs done if there is. Oscar has good customer service assistance. Always bring my infiniti.
