Charles is hands down the most wonderful salesman EVER! I told him everything I wanted in a vehicle, and he showed me the perfect truck it was everything I wanted and more. I am beyond happy with the purchase. Charles is super friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. This was the best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle. He made the process as fast and painless as possible. Thank you Charles!! 10/10 go buy a vehicle from him right now!!

Simply the best experience I've ever had at any dealership; and I'm not talking about just cars. They have a great selection of vehicles at unbeatable prices. My fiance and I found a few that we wanted, then left to compare to other dealerships we hadn't visited yet. Mercedes Benz of Tacoma had horrible customer service. Basically they had no customer service because no one even came out to greet us. The salesmen just kept walking around talking with each other while two other couples and we were needing to be helped. So we left and went back to I-5 Motors and got the vehicle we were comparing. We had no leads to visit this place. We simply we're driving around and came upon it. Many great things throughout history were made by accident; including the person reading this!

So I was in the hunt for a Honda S2K and you would think that being in Southern California, there would be a boatload to choose from, but there was nothing that fit my bill close by. So I started expanding my search and found an example at I5 Motors. This wasn't my first time working a deal on the phone and Bill and Summer at I5 made it easy. There was a snowstorm in the forecast that I was racing against, but made the trip up, handled the purchase and made it back to SoCal in time to celebrate Christmas with the family. Could not recommend I5 enough, they have a great selection of cars, I call them Unicorns, and are great people.

Everyone was friendly and professional, but Garry is our representative, he is the one you should ask for. He was patient, kind, accommodating, and a genuinely good person. As soon as we got out of our car, Julian walked towards us and answered the most important question we had, so we didn t look like a lost couple . They have excellent clientele and quick too. They re funny and know how to hold interests for customers. We made our offer and the rest was history. It was the quickest and shortest car purchase, probably much less than 2 hours. I remember buying a car at a dealer can be like half a day to almost a full day long.

I-5 Motors is known for always having an inventory of luxury/high-end vehicles which often make most discerning car enthusiasts drool as they enter their showroom.I purchased my first BMW from I-5 Motors back in 2004, the year after they opened for business. Since then, my family and I have purchased a total of six pre-owned vehicles from I-5 motors, including four BMWs, a Honda, and a Tesla. I am incredibly impressed with their operation.In August of this year, I purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 with the help of Elena Artugue, a member of their sales team. Elena was attentive and took the time to ensure I found the right vehicle for my needs. She was personable, empathetic, a great communicator, and didn t have an ounce of high pressure during the sales process.At the time of sale, Elena scheduled a time to have me return to have the windshield replaced due to a small crack on the driver s side, as well as replace two proximity sensors which weren t functioning on the front bumper. All taken care of and paid for by I-5 Motors.The day after the repairs, the check engine light came on. My heart sank. It turned out to be camshaft issues, but Luke Wilson, the co-owner, stepped up and took care of the repairs. Immediately after getting my X5 back, the engine light came on twice more, necessitating the replacement of fuel injectors, and worse yet, the catalytic converter. Luke agreed to absorb the cost of having those repaired too. And, when one of the electric rear-hatch shock/spindle drives failed that same week, Luke paid to have them both replaced, when he was clearly not obligated to do so. Color me impressed.I want to thank Luke, Elena, and the sales manager, Danny Ventner, for going far beyond their obligations to ensure I remain a satisfied return-customer. If you are considering a pre-owned vehicle luxury vehicle, I enthusiastically recommend giving I-5 Motors an opportunity to earn your business. I think you will be more than pleased.

Do not come to this dealer. The deals Maybe Fair but they failed to follow through on your commitments when there's damage to their vehicles prior to purchase. I purchased a 2003 Ford Thunderbird with 28,000 miles. This is a great find I won't lie about that, however there was damage to the trim and various mechanical issues which required maintenance due to its age. I purchased the vehicle as is but negotiated at the very least the repairs needed to the emergency brake boot the trim above the front window inside the vehicle as well as the chrome trim above the front window as well. The tires were also completely bald. After I addressed my safety concerns I-5 Motors did swap out the tires from the original stock tires however put on winter radials? Not my first choice, however at least they were functioning tires. They also prepared the trim on the inside of the vehicle. In good faith they committed to fixing and restoring the other components they promised with the sale of the vehicle. THEY DID NOT. When's the sale at the vehicle is complete they did nothing to follow through with the remaining pieces they committed to. Gave me a song and dance about a play on words rather than the handshake and verbal commitment as well as a handwritten note on a yellow notepad paper about their commitment to repair the car. In the end you need to be wary of anyone who doesn't hold true to their word. In the last two weeks since I purchased this car I had to pay $1,600 for new disc pads rotors for my brakes, a transmission flush and brake flush as well as repair several different Linings in the vehicle due to age just to ensure the car was roadworthy. I also had to spend another $800 on new tires since they gave me winter radials. #not trustworthy # lemon vehicles #Danny& Jeff kisserarenottrustworthy

They were friendly, and the car was a good price for the miles and only a couple minor issues I could easily resolve myself- however the guy that sold us (ny sister and I) the car , lied to us about why the ABS light would be on. I don't appreciate the dishonesty. And the car wasn't detailed when you guys have had it for over a month. I won't go back to buy another car because of the dishonesty and do not recommend.

Jesse and Craig were great. Knowledgeable, low pressure and they let me pick what I wanted. A few test drives later and I was out the door and they handled all the paperwork. No buyers remorse.

I worked with Greg, a sales manager and he made sure to get the right car to the right person. I-5 was able to help me with my specific needs to make sure I obtained my dream car. The buying process was easier than I expected with no hidden fees or tricks while working with my detailed needs as I made this major purchase.Even if you are not hot in the market for a car, I would recommend you check out their diverse and extensive inventory. I was really impressed.

I called yesterday and spoke with the sales rep Jesse. I explained that I was looking for an anniversary gift for my husband. He was great and assured me that they would take care of me. Within a couple hours he called back with great news. They were able to work with my not so perfect credit and got me a great deal. My Husband and I went down today and we love our new car!!! I was really pleased with the whole team from start to finish. The owner Luke came out and introduced himself while giving us info on the car. Tim in finance was great as well. They made our experience quick, simple and worry free. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. They re a great group to work with.Thanks - A happy customer

We purchased a 2015 F-350.The whole Group at I-5 motors spots were amazing!!!My wife and I were very impressed with Charlie and Tonya. They were very prompt, polite and with no pressure at all on buying a vehicle. I had a great car buying experience here at I-5 Motors. My salesman was Preston who is very motivated to please. He had all the information I needed and even after my purchase he found more things and emailed them to me. The whole process was seamless from dealing with Sales to manager and then finance. I had a top notch experience and I will be recommending friends and family to them for more business. I feel there car prices are very fair.Thanks Guys!Russ

Honest Business, Great Value and Keeps their Word in Putting Customers FirstI only have great things to say about i-5 Motors and the owner Justin. We bought a used BMW x1 earlier this year and my whole purchasing experience was incredible from the sales rep, Bill, to the finance manager and even meeting the owner. We never felt pressured to buy and we had a hard budget, and the manager and finance manager helped us achieve our goal. We all have that prejudice of car dealership for dishonest tactics and not keeping their word, but my experience with i-5 was completely opposite.I can honestly say they are a trustworthy, honest and fair business because after taking the car home the car had a few issues. i-5 Motor kept their word of putting the customer first and owning up to their warranty and fixed everything without hesitation, no questions asked, "just bring it in and we'll fix it" at no extra cost to me.They also convinced me to purchase the extended warranty, which if anyone has any experience with extended warranties, they're like scams, you buy them and then they won't cover anything when you actually need to use them. But they convinced me that this warranty is excellent and if I have any problems that they will step in and talk to the warranty to help the customer.Once again they kept their word because I had some brake caliper issues recently with my BMW and you know warranties don't cover brakes that are normal wear and tear. Took it to the shop where estimated repair is over 2k! But the warranty was willing to cover half of it because of a faulty caliper and the warranty company was actually surprisingly easy to work with.However, they were not willing to cover rotors because that's normal wear and tear, but I would argue the rotor got damaged because of a faulty caliper so not due to normal wear and tear. I decided to call i-5 Motors again to ask if they could step in to talk to the warranty company on my behalf. Without any hesitation the manager Craig said they will help cover some of the cost to the rotors! I was amazed with such expeditious and great customer service. I wanted the warranty company to pay for it not the company, but i-5 just wanted to resolve the problem for me and made it so easy!I'm truly surprised with any bad reviews because my experience with this dealership has been excellent. Their staff have come across as really decent folks and I believe it's because the owner Justin upholds his business to high standards that prioritizes the customer.I definitely would recommend i-5 Motors for its great value, and truly living up to putting the customer first. They truly go out of their way to help the customer.

Charlie Joyner is by far the best car dealer I ve ever worked with. I never felt pressured to buy anything and went out of his way to work every deal possible.. I looked at multiple vehicles until I found the right one to make my trip cross country back to Georgia.. I highly recommend him

From the moment I arrived Charlie was eager to help. When I said an option didn t work, he didn t push (like most do) he listened and was attentive. Buying portion was easy. If you are in need reach out to him. He even takes time to respond on days off. You can t find that much anymore. 10/10 recommend. I love my new truck!!

Found a great Subaru Crosstrek here! We actually went in for another Subaru when a woman traded the crosstrek in, when we showed interest we were seamlessly shifted into purchasing that car. It was detailed and checked over for us and we were lent a car in the meantime.RC was an excellent salesman! The car runs great and we re very happy with our purchase!

Charles was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Not only did he find me a car but he did not pressure me into something I didn t want. He dealt with all my picky requests and everything I wanted. He also did not strike me as an actual salesman rather than a customer advocate. He listens and communicates, he makes sure you get what you want without hesitation and does all this with a smile. Thank you so much!!!

I was incredibly pleased with my shopping experience at I-5 Motors. They let me test drive the car to my heart s content and I never felt pressured to buy.Both Craig and Scott were top-notch salespeople and never tried any sleezy salesperson tactics on me like at other dealerships. Everything about the price was legitimate, including all the state-required fees. My experience in the finance office was also the same no pushing of unnecessary features or add-ons. Everything was straight forward and quick.I would recommend I-5 Motors to anyone looking into purchasing a car.

Wanted to wait a little bit before posting a review on this place as I've been bit in the butt buying a used car before. However after 6 months I feel the times right. I purchased a 2002 bmw here in October of 2021. Since then I've put 10k miles on it and this car has not skipped a beat. The sales team were super professional and even fixed an oil pan leak I had! They made the process of buying the car painless and I would not hesitate to purchase another car from here.

Purchased my first Porsche here and my experience here was very pleasant. I ve had walked out on many car dealerships before, but this is the friendliest dealership by far. After owning the car almost 2 months now, the car is still running great. I would definitely buy from them again.

Great hospitality. Very friendly staff, easy to work with. I especially want to commend our salesman, Matthew Burris, for making us feel welcomed and a part of the family. On top of that, they had quality vehicles with the best prices in the area. I would recommend I-5 Motors to family and friends back in Montana. The owner, Luke Wilson, really knows how to run a top quality car dealership. Can't wait to use my new Jeep Cherokee and put on some miles. Thank you I-5 Motors!

Where do I even start.....we were not car shopping today, stopped in and left with a beautiful new Cadillac off the showroom floor!! We never felt pressured once. Steve (salesman) was welcoming, honest and approachable (not at all a "pushy car salesman"). As always, they did amazing work with our trade-ins. We have purchased cars in the past from I-5 motors and the great service & great prices keeps us coming back!! I would highly recommend you check them out!!
