My 2004 Honda pilot that's been very well maintained it's whole life has been going here for maintenance for many years. Most of time they have done great services. One or twice it was questionable. First time minor error that was corrected. The second time which was the most recent time, my car was majorly screwed up as it stopped functioning. I took it back and it seemed fixed but left airbag light malfunction on and my vehicle broke again. I towed it back 2nd time and they repaired it 100% . My vehicle is working great now!! What worried me at first was being told they are not sure it will 100% fix your problem!! Since they have a top professional mechanic there, it should be and stay 100% repaired with zero problems!! Time will tell but so far, my vehicle is working great with zero problems!!

I appreciate and anticipate excellent customer service .especially if I m paying for it. Alijah didn t disappoint me. He greeted me when I walked into the service department, asked how he could assist me, and then proceeded to do so in a professional, friendly and caring manner. He pulled up the car fax to check previous service records (I had purchased a used Honda from a different dealer) and shared with me the information he observed, and provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be serviced. He guaranteed me that he could have my car ready in time for an upcoming appointment I had that morning. Not only did he have it ready, it was ready 45 minutes earlier than he originally quoted. Thanks to Alijah and Brooke, I left Honda of Fife Service feeling secure in my decision about taking my car to them for future services. What a great way to gain a new customer!

Took advantage of my grandsonCharged $189.00 for an oil Change and he bought the car there.Also no Military Discount.Will not do any business there.Talked to General Manager. He was backing his Mechanic.He told my grandson not to come. Back..

Isaiah (Service Dept) stepped up to acknowledge me waiting at the door and gave exemplary customer service when I was not acknowledged with even eye contact from the others. (One asked if they were my rep person and when I said no, they walked away.)It was a little disappointing that my "rep" said my car would be done before 5pm. (I called 7 hours prior to pickup time to ensure it would be done. It was not.) I had to wait another hour twenty minutes.Communication needs improvement. Everyone's time is important. Your and mine.

Used 20% off labor coupon which made price same as discount oil changers. Have good service and free car wash and multipoint inspection which is better than other places.

It has been easy to get an appointment and the time that we had to tow are vehicle here, they got to it in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent communication as well. The only knock is that while waiting for the service someone from sales always tries to buy your car from you and put you in a new one...I get that it's their job.

Auto care workers have a tough job; cars are almost an extension of every individual and necessary for those with irregular schedules. Fixing cars in a fast, efficient manner and with excellent customer care is a must, and these men and women have both in spades.Even when I have had some pretty big walk-in asks, they've worked with me to find the best solution that fits my schedule. I appreciate it [and them] immensely.

Amazing service. Go see Kamryn Gee in the service department. She takes the time to go through what service is needed and when. She is very professional and makes you feel like a valued customer. Even though I went there with an appointment which I made a week ago. And checked in right on time, after 3 hours, they told me that they can't fix my car because they are too busy and I needed to make another appointment for a later date

Honda of Fife service was quick and easy and professional. The best part was they didn t try to upsell me at all. If you re looking for an honest service department that will treat you fairly, this is it. One downside though is that the car wash they did was not that thorough. There were still some dead bugs on the front of my car afterwards.

Typically they do a great job. Not this time. Did not fill my car with oil for my oil change. I went to leave and my oil light was on. Apparently they don't double check the dipstick or check the dash when resetting the light.

I have been a customer of Hinshaws Honda in auburn since 2016, only to find out that I have been paying more for services the whole time. Everyone here is very friendly,very professional.

I came here to get my car checked. We agreed on a price and he put extra charges on my bill.And offered me an oil change with 60% oil signal left on the dashboard. Then weeks later I went to another Honda dealership to get checked for the same thing and other things on my car and it was 3times cheaper. This place overcharges,lied about the price and changes the price during payment. Fraud,Scam,Greed,Dishonest enviroment. Dont take your car here.
