Horrible customer service. The guy at the front name Albert was no help. I ask to talk to the manager and he said manager was not there and didn t know when it ll be there, he also refuse to give me the last name of the manager and how to contact him. We were in there because my dad s car was pounded we didn t get the letter the next day but 5 days after so we had to pay a thousand dollars for not picking up the vehicle the next day. I explain that we didn t get the letter and they didn t care and told us that if we wanted the vehicle we had to pay full price. The guy was no help and the lady at the office was only being nosy and listening to our conversation. I call the number at the door to see if I can talk to anyone besides Albert and the lady in the office answer my call and was so rude again didn t wanted to give me information on the manager or how to contact him. Horrible people, horrible help, horrible company.

The first two I got charged for 1 -1/2 hours of a tow when Fife Honda is 15 minutes away from my home. Second tow I was charged for 1 hour because I followed the driver all the way there in another vehicle. They charge by the hour. First charge was around $300.00 . Second charge was $170.00. What's up with that when my home is 15 minutes from Honda of Fife??

They towed a vehicle we sold 2 years ago saying my report of sale was incomplete (though the DOL gave me confirmation it went through) and I had no way of knowing we could still be liable. Owner of Fife Towing wouldnt hear us out or talk to us even though I was willing to negotiate and still pay something. Other tow companies let you pay impound fee and then sign it over to them and you dont have to pay storage. These guys told us we could do that, said to cancel our sale and then when I brought paperwork they went back on it and said we had to pay the full fee. They knew I couldnt fight it in court if I cancelled sale and made us pay every last cent. The forms we received were postmarked a week later than the date on the form causing the $100/day to add up faster than we could respond. Finally they told me to sign on a line on the affadavit that was supposed to be for explaining why i didnt have the title. I had to argue that it made no sense for me to sign there as that wasnt what the document was saying and my notarized signature was on the other line. How can such predatory people live with themselves?

They really milk the clock. I mean the driver took the long way and stopped for gas and when they finally got my car hooked up they got outside the parking garage just to unhook it and put it in a flat bed even though my tires were fine. All because they charge by the hour. $148 an hour. Daaamn so I told me I only had $280 and they brought the price down. The flatbed driver was nice eye candy and gorgeous blue eyes.

Absolutely the most horrible service and attitudes at this location. My daughter just went here to pick up her car after being retrieved after being stolen. The staff tried to accuse my daughter of being an ANGRY BLACK WOMAN and they tried to refuse service by saying I had a BLACK WOMAN ATTITUDE~ You are racist and unprofessional and highway robbery with your fees and charges! You clearly need a new job, you are dealing with majority of people who have had their cars stolen or broke down, have some empathy for the people you serve and stop treating them like the criminals that put them in your office in the first place. You took your own sweet time to complete the transaction, even after she explained that she needed to return to work ASAP, you took 2 hours to do something that should have taken about 30 minutes!!!!I will also be reaching out to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as well to let them know how you are running your business.Service: Car towing

They charged for more time then it actually took, to leave there lot get our vehicle, then transport it to the repair facility and return to there shop, followed the driver the whole way except for from the shop to us but drove it anyway just to see, total time even with the driver taking twice as long to unhooking it then it took to, hooking it up , total time was 46 minutes start to finish got charged for 2 hours. will not recommend or use anymore, can't trust them, use to be my go to towing not now.Service: Special vehicle towing

Friendly employees. Picking up my stolen recovery pickup was made as painless as possible. Only negative part of the experience was the further knife in the chest of having to pay $388 for roughly 36 hrs of impound. But they gotta make their $ too.

Tis the muddy season here in the PNW.After days of rain and picking up our 41' 5th wheel from the shop, I swung a tad bit too wide onto the farm access road and ended up stuck in our field, a mere 150' from its parking spot.So close but so far away.After calling Fife towing, and a round of pictures sent in, the driver showed up faster than I expected with a rig appropriate for the job. He was able to tow me and my 22,000lbs combined weight out of the mud like it was nothing. Needless to say the hiccup only set us back a couple hours. Without the speedy response from Fife towing, and it would have taken longer to get a response from AAA or Good Sam, we would have had a long night ahead of us. Thank you Fife towing for your exceptional response and your love for helping. You truly are local heros.

Charged me $565 for the pleasure of stealing my car for 4 hours and driving it one mile down the road. Now I have to figure out how to make it until the next paycheck. Thanks!

Fife Towing shows up & gets the job done! I am so grateful! Dispatcher Jessica L sent a truck out & kept in contact making sure I was taken care of. I had a big grocery store truck. The tow truck operator was the best

At first the driver seemed super frustrated because the location was a couple hundred feet from where the dispatcher said, wasn't my fault.. Other than that after he relaxed a little bit he was super helpful and friendly. We all know a tow truck cost a lot of money but he broke it down the best he could and what he said was pretty close to the price it turned out to be. I had my family member who was at the drop off spot text me once the driver showed up so I could compare his time to see if he was trying to milk money and it seemed like he was in and out pretty quick. I would recommend again

Called to tow a broke down jeep. Said they would be out in 30 to 60 minutes they arrived in about 27 minutes during rush hour even. Driver was professional and had it loaded quickly. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. But hopefully won't need to.

Driver was very unprofessional, asked me to hook up car because he didn't want to get in the mud. Poor driving skills drove off driveway in several locations. Did damage to vehicle.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Stephen (or Steven..sorry if misspelled) came to tow my wife s minivan on their flatbed and he worked in a safe manner and knew what he was doing. No BS work ethic which is crucial with this line of work. Quick and professional. Hourly rate was $165 + tax for anyone wondering of recent rates.Thank you Stephen.Service: Car towing

Not sure what all the bad reviews are for. I called in to get my car towed, was given a price and someone was at my house within 20 minutes. A gentleman named Mike ( I believe ) helped me. Got my car on the truck in no time. Was super professional and helpful with any questions I had. Not only would I use them again I would recommended them as well.Service: Car towing

Let someone borrow my car and they totaled it. It was towed from the freeway on Saturday night. I was out of town, and tried calling Monday, once they answered which took forever, they put me on hold, when I told them that I was trying to get information on the car, they never picked up again after an hour...twice. I called again Tuesday and same thing happened, so I was forced on Wednesday morning (got back Tuesday afternoon and they were closed)to go in and they had a sign that said they were closed and that I needed to call....WHAT? I was just about to leave and another customer pointed out the small writing that, said due to COVID I could go to the window for help whichwas on theoppositesideofthebuilding. They were very nice about what I needed to do as long as I took care of the bill, but purposely forcing you to go in without ever getting any information over the phone seems intentional, to add as many fees as possible for people that in some cases, may not have the means. I wouldn't recommend them, but they have a contract with the Highway patrol, so unfortunately you may not have a choice. It certainly seems like they are helpful if you have money, but I wouldn't want to deal with them if I was in a circumstance where I couldn't afford it.

This is more like a 2.5 star review because although they were immediately available to tow my truck after I broke down and everybody that I dealt with was congenial -- I felt the pricing structure and urgency to get my truck to a mechanic was absurdly unfair.$125 to pick up my vehicle and get it somewhere.... fine. But since it happened late and no mechanic was open, I had to get it towed to their shop for overnight storage. That tacked on another fee. Whatever, I had no choice.Since I live in Olympia, I wanted my truck to be towed down to a local shop that I use regularly. Everything was arranged the next morning and I was told that they would leave between 10:00am - 1:00pm to avoid traffic. Great, because the mechanic said they could get it done that day. Well I call at 3:55pm since I hadn t heard a peep from anyone and I was told they left 15 - 20 minutes prior. I promptly look at Google Maps to see what the traffic looked like and how long it would take the driver.... 40 minutes. Not a single sign of traffic. So I'm preparing for a 4:20ish drop off. So much for getting it repaired that day.I finally get a call at 5:15pm that the tow driver arrived. Huh? How? Why? Traffic was ridiculous he says. BS.They charge $125/hour for round trips -- so they charged me for 1.5 hours to get down there and then charged me on the assumption it would take 1.5 hours to get back.Highway robbery. But what can you do?Even if there was traffic (which there was none) -- we shouldn't be held accountable for it. They need to charge by the mile, not by the hour.Otherwise we are just going by their word. Furthermore, they should offer a discount if additional towing is needed. If I would have "conveniently" broken down during business hours... I would have avoided an additional $450+ in general -- but no, I had to pay for the 6 mile round trip tow back to their shop -- and then again to have it towed someplace else.Moral of the story -- make sure you have AAA or your insurance covers emergency roadside services. Towing companies are predatory in nature.

Very rude to my son when he was in his first accident. He had to walk to their facility and was 1 minute late getting there from their closing time so they would not allow him to get his cell phone out of the car that he accidentally left in there. They also wouldn't allow him to use their phone to call anyone for a ride. Then when we went back to get the car , which their towing fees are outrageous compared to others, they only allowed the registered owner to ho back to the car. Other tow companies allow other people within the family to go to the car. Super glad to find this out after the fact. Didn't have a choice using these people thanks to the police but I wouldn't recommend them.

Excellent. Amazing. Tried Effinity, after over 2 hours of waiting and hoping a cop didn't pull up(parked illegally IN FIFE, no less) I called up Fife Towing.Whoever answered the phone there was extremely kind, and very understanding of my lack of a voice(Voice almost completely gone, I have an extreme cold.). He worked with me without any frustration when I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times. He told me 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, not only was there a truck there, but my truck was already being pulled up onto the flatbed.Onto the driver, himself. Extremely polite, extremely professional, very nice and willing to have a friendly conversation, and an awesome sense of humor. He took amazing care of my baby(my truck). His name is Joe, truck 19. If I ever break down again, I hope it's in that area. I know exactly what company to call, and I can only hope that I get the same driver. Thanks guys, you let me see some light in one of the darkest days I've had in years.Not to mention, they were cheaper, too.

I cannot day enough good things about this company! I was on my way to work when I got a flat tire, and immediately panicked. The woman who answered my call was super nice, and gave me an accurate ETA for the truck driver. The truck driver, Steve, was super calm, kind, and super quick - loaded my car up in 5 minutes and answered all my questions, towed my car to my destination and then drove me to work - to make sure I was safe. What a wonderful company!

Overpriced beyond belief and they impound cars after a wreck with no option of towing straight to your house so they can make money off you. Had to pay $500 in total and my car was only with them one day. I was told one price at the office, and higher price from the driver. My rear bumper received extra damage after the accident when it was in their care. Only thing I'll give them props for is their drivers can accept payments with card unlike other tow companies.

I was rescued from the side of I-5 by Fife Towing at 7pm last week. They are open 24 hrs which most other tow companies are not. They came within 15 minutes of me calling and were extremely friendly over the phone and in person. Their tow truck was a flat bed and extremely clean and comfortable. It took them less than 5 minutes to load my SUV and they let me ride along all the way from Tacoma to Lacey/Olympia area with no problems. Plus, they took me home which is not their job, but I did live close by. However they could ve left me at the auto repair shop alone and in the dark, but they didn t which was a huge relief. They have fair prices and I highly recommend them.

This towing company has a really nice and honest system. They were up front with availability and costs, as well as ETA. If I need to I will definitely use them again.

fast, friendly, my driver was knowledgeable and pleasant. their equipment was clean and in shape. I am a commercial driver myself and was impressed.The cost was a little on the high side, but was worth it.
