This is my first 1 star review but they earned it. My Tesla has minor front end damage, my vehicle is drivable, but due to a flap hanging over the passenger tire, I wanted to tow it in rather than drive it. I was told they don't accept tow-ins due to the assumed extensive damage that would come with a vehicle that can't be driven in. So I asked if I were to zip-tie the flap and drive it in, if they would then take the vehicle. I was still told no, with some annoyance that I would dare try and find a work around to their rule. I tried to show pictures of the minor damage so they could see it wasn't extensive at all but they weren't interested, they just don't want vehicles towed in. I have to assume based on the reviews, it's because they just aren't competent at fixing anything much more than minor scratches. After the interaction with the front desk lady, I have never been happier to take my business elsewhere. According to the other reviews, they do poor work anyway so maybe she saved me a headache in the long run. If you read reviews like I do, trust your gut and go elsewhere.Attached is a photo of damage that is too complicated for this shop to manage. I mean if this is too much for them, do you really want them doing ANY work on your $50k+ vehicle??

We chose this business to help us fix our right rear-end bumper area due to a rear-end crash on our Tesla. We dropped off the car in January 2023. At the time of this comment, October 9th, 2023, we still do not have the car back. To our understanding, Tesla was very slow to supply parts but that the parts were received in July 2023. With that said, it's been 4 months of straight repairs on their supposedly one rack. They were the only certified Tesla auto-body shop near us, and that's why we chose this business. While the staff there is kind, they do not have a streamlined communication or documentation process. This was clear to us when they'd tell us something has been done but then at the next follow-up, they'd tell us that the same thing has yet to be done. Our car is supposedly done, but because they have not finished bookkeeping the repair list, they are not able to release the car yet... which who knows how accurate this information is.We are frustrated by the whole situation, and we are fully aware that some things, like parts delivery, were out of their control. However, we feel completely lost in the dark sometimes and at the end of the day, we just want to know that things are moving along and that we'll one day get our car back.I hope to update this review upon receiving the car back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

To keep this abbreviated, they are very poorly run. The most grievous event in my dealings with them was they scratched the rear seat floorboard and would not fix it. They claimed that they do an extensive review of the vehicle before they release it to the owner, but if that is the case, why did we have to come back twice: the first time there was a dent that occurred while in their care, and some of the vehicle s sensors where not installed correctly. So much for an extensive review. Also, since this is concerning an EV, it helps to charge the vehicle so the customer can take it home. Take my advice, find a different place to have your vehicle fixed. They really just don t care about yours.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They have had my car since August 15th, and it is now December 4th. To their credit, it seems like they are trying their best, but unfortunately the fact of the matter is they have had my car for a quarter of a year to fix what I understood to be mostly cosmetic damage. Very inconvenient.

I would definitely NOT recommend this shop to any Tesla owners.Everything started with false time assessment for repairs. I contacted the shop in October and was told that my car would be in for repairs by the end of January. I was assured that I would not need to do anything, all communication with my insurance and ordering parts will be handled by the shop. I did not hear anything back for two months thinking that everything was under control and when I contacted CCNW in December I realized that nothing was done - their estimate was not sent to my insurance, parts were not ordered and now my estimated time of repairs shifted to March.I had to do all the "leg work" call my insurance, make sure checks were received, parts were ordered to AGAIN hear about a delay until the beginning of April. Now my car is at the shop and they "discovered" that they need to order additional parts. Just to be clear I have a dent in the back door of my Tesla Model X, there should be no other damaged parts discovered. What I think happened is either the shop is trying to get more money by ordering unnecessary parts, or they were not competent to know what to order in the first place.I have to call every week to check on progress, otherwise it seems nothing is moving along. Please stay away from this shop and look for other options where the estimated time of repairs might seem longer. This shop will not make the repairs easy for you.

Poor customer service. As a certified Tesla collision repair shop, they are very busy. Certified Tesla sanctioned shops can not keep up. Be prepared for 1 or 2 months to have any shop in the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellvue area get started on your repair. This particular shop was 2 weeks just to get an estimate for a repair to start over a month away. They don't need your business. And that is how they talk to you. I have no idea of the quality of their work. I'll drive an hour away for a smile and a polite "hello, how can I help you?" I can drive my other car in the meantime. I found a workaround for my issue.

We had to find somewhere certified to work on Teslas after someone hit our Model 3, and Collision Center NW were very helpful the whole way through the process. They also worked with Enterprise for us to figure out our rental car while we were out our Tesla. The repair was projected at 3-6 weeks and we got it back in 10 DAYS! would definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Completely unreliable!! They lie and lie and lie. It has taken 6 months to finally get an appointment to fix my car- they promised to have it done quickly. They promissed the repairs would take a few days. Now they say the repairs will take more than 3 weeks! How can I ever trut them to make a repair if I can't trust them to be honest with any sort of estimate.

Had our car for 15 weeks for a simple job that should have taken at most two weeks. Could not get a clear answer on the status of the car when I called, and when I stopped by in person they didn't even know where the car was on the lot.

Terrible experience. Dropped off my car in mid December, it is still not ready as of today (now the end of January). They call twice a week with a new problem every time. Parts aren't in, parts that had previously come in but just discovered it was damaged (you don't inspect parts when they come in?), it's always something. "We don't control shipping" is the most common excuse I've heard. At some point I could drive down and get the parts myself and deliver them and maybe that would save time. Halfway through this process I'm told that someone broke into my car while it was sitting on their lot (you don't lock the cars?). This was the only body shop certified to handle my kind of car, so I used them. Next time I will drive the extra time to go elsewhere.Update: we're now into mid-February, and my car remains at this shop. They emailed me stating they had known about the fender for over a month (which wasn't true based on previous calls, but hey whatever makes them feel better).Update 2: We are now into March, and I *still* don't have my car back. They received the last part they needed over a week ago, but they continue to not have my vehicle ready. I requested that the detail (which is valued at 500$ according to them) be skipped and deducted from my final bill. This was refused by their company.

They are so unprofessional. Couldn t even do a simple task. So I called two weeks ago to schedule an estimate. When I called today, they told me I didn t make the appointment?! Clearly, the girl who helped me didn t actually do anything. What a waste of time! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I waited two weeks for nothing! Now I have to find another place and wait probably another two weeks. No thanks to you guys! I wish I could give no stars.

Let me say this I drove from Seattle because they are that damn good! This is my 2nd time coming back to this shop for repairs and let me tell you they are the BEST in the Northwest for BMW Owners. You ll know instantly your in the right place when you pull in and see 99% of cars here are BMW s & MINI cars. They repaired my MINI cooper back to factory standards and it looked fantastic they repaired the stuff I didn t see and I have full faith and trust in this shop. I m back again because my new X5 was hit so a no brainer to bring it right to the experts! Moses was fantastic he kept me informed along my previous repair and Robin at the front desk is amazing she got me in asap and made the whole entire process easy this entire staff is amazing! Thanks again team for being excellent!

Called them to ask for the work process and try to make an appointment. The lady is a little impatient, when I am checking my schedule, she cut me off like "Make the decision or call back, I have other customers waiting..." Apparently she didn't treat me as a potential customer. OK fine, bye...
