They did an excellent job replacing my windshield. The installed the right one with all the safety features (HUD, rain sensing wipers & lane departure). They were fast, communicated well and did the recalibration onsite. I am extremely happy with the service and the results.

April and her team are live savers! She got me in during the busiest time of the year to repair our windshield before the rain hit. Her entire team, including techs, are outstanding to work with. I will never refer friends or family anywhere else!

Best auto glass shop in the Northwest!! Took my car in today and it was done in 90 minutes. Great/friendly customer service, nice waiting area with treats, and they have an unbelievable warranty. Discount for your local insurance too!! They even fix rock chips for free.....yes FREE as long as you own your car. I can't rave about this place enough....it gives me hope for the future of local businesses and humanity in general. Thank you Cascade for showing me the light!!!Service: Auto windshield repair

After my sunroof broke from above me, I was able to get a crash wrap and quote done by Cascade. They asked how I was doing, provided refreshments, and consistently checked in throughout the whole process. The crash wrap was done well and their clean up of glass in my vehicle was an 8/10, They even beat their own predicted turn around time and within a week, my car s sunroof was replaced. I would highly recommend the Cascade Auto Glass team to anyone I know!Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Bryan Hoops was amazing! He replaced my auto glass and did an excellent job. He was quick and efficient, and he made sure my truck was safe to drive. I felt really good about the whole experience. Bryan was also super friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their auto glass replaced. 5 stars!
