Chris at the service department at Audi did a great job! I recently bout a used Q5 PHEV this was my first service at Audi. He informed me the vehicle still had a service plan and went ahead and performed a 40k service.He went over the inspection with me, told me when my next service interval would be. Informed me of additional service plans. I felt that I left a more informed Audi owner than before I had the car serviced.

We came in looking for a Mazda CX-5 we'd seen online and were lucky to be greeted by Miguel who took us on a test drive and then helped us through whole purchase process once we were sure we loved the car. The whole process was great, not pushy at all just genuine and helpful. We're so happy to have gotten a car we love with Miguel's help and will be recommending our friends do the same!

I highly recommend d Audi Tacoma and in particular our sales associate, Norman Dalthorp. We have bought two Audis with Norman shepherding the way all the way through. He found my car in the factory, arranged to have it transferred from another dealership when it arrived, and kept me informed of progress all along the way. Norman even sent me a video when I couldn't figure out how to turn off driver assist and a copy of the proper plug-type so we could get our garage charger hookup ready. We love our Q7 and our e-tron GT! Thanks to Norman, we are very happy customers.

We got our new Q3 here and we were so glad Spencer was our Sales guy. He was knowledgeable with the car.He explained, showed me and my wife how to operate the electronics features that comes with the car clearly and patience as we asked all kinds of questions.Our experience with our purchase was great and Spencer made sure we were comfortable made us feel at home and important. Saw a listing for a S5 that they posted online that they just received. It had no pictures so I emailed about it and immediately the next morning Michael Sierra got back to me with photos and videos of the car. Given I was going to fly in from California to get the car, Michael was super accomodating and even picked us up from the airport to test drive the car. The rest of the staff at the dealer were super friendly as well.

I got an Audi Q5 2024 plug in hybrid at Audi Tacoma. Steven Gill were exceptionally helpful, providing clear and detailed answers to all my questions. What I appreciated most was their thoroughness. They went through every detail of the car and the paperwork with precision, ensuring that I was fully aware of what I was signing up for. This level of care and attention to detail was reassuring. Steven was energetic and patient throughout my stay. The team meticulously went through all the paperwork, making sure I understood every detail before signing anything. I'd definitely recommend Steven to anyone looking for a new car.

Zak in the service department was excellent during my $4800 predicament with my timing chain I was wondering what the heck was the next best step with my Q5 that had essentially become an extra vehicle after starting a new job with a company car. I was planning on selling it. Until I had the timing chain issue and brought it in. The $4800 fix had me disheartened and made me think I should just donate, scrap, or sell for pennies on the dollar.He walked me through some different scenarios on fixing the vehicle vs. My 3 previous thoughts. I paid the $4800 and now am happy I did because I still have my great little Audi, and I know that if I would have donated, or sold, I think I would have ultimately regretted my decision.Zak took the time to help me see all angles instead of trying to rush me through the decision. It's excellent customer service. I appreciated it, and I feel so much better about having fixed it, even if I am $4800 lighter. I think it was the best choice that I would not have come to if I had made a quick hasty decision which was where I was heading.Thank you Zak! I hope you will be commended for your customer service! I wanted to make sure I got a review out to communicate my appreciation.

I ordered my Q5 Hybrid on December 1, 2023 and received it on April 1, 2024. Audi expert, Steven Gill, met me online and guided me with all I was looking for in my new car. When i physically stopped by at the Tacoma Audi, Mr. Gill treated me like family. Steven stayed in touch with me in each stage of the production of my car. I would highly recommend Steven as a Professional Audi expert, knowledgeable, and has outstanding customer service.

We recently purchased a 2024 Q3 and had a very pleasant experience. Our sales person was Norman who had a very personable and knowledgeable way. He took us for a test drive a few weeks ago and answered all our questions, and if he didn't happen to have the answer to something (he knew just about everything) he was willing to say so and to get the right information. He wasn't pushy but he respectably did his job of helping us find the right car for us. When it came to price negotiation he and his team were willing to eventually meet us at an acceptable offer, and they offer a large range of service and protection features to choose from. If we were to purchase another Audi at some point we would definitely be willing to work with this team again. Thank you!

Always have to keep coming back. I feel like they don t properly diagnose or inspect the entire system. Only what you complain about. Everything should be checked. When the light is on. Always another problem after I leave the shop.Also yesterday 10/23/23 I came to the repair shop. Because I couldn t find my wheel lock key on the 3rd of this month my car was in for repair and the brakes were checked. Well instead of them replacing the key. I was sold a used one these are the photos. I was charged $50.50 by Kyle Huston the parts manager. He later changed it to $40.00. This is B/SAfter spending thousands of dollars to this place. And they were the ones that didn t return my key and I was charged for a used one. They wouldn t even check the garage to see if it was there. I will never bring my car back to Audi of fife. Because they are crooks and unfair. This could have been an easy fixWe all makes mistakes.This has been the only place that I have taken this car since I bought it last year. He should be reprimanded for his behavior. Telling me to take my car to Costco or somewhere else. I m a Military Veteran

My first visit to Tacoma Audi was a really good experience. Service manager Chris went out of his way to help me solve an issue for me and it turned out to be a very easy fix which made my life so much easier. And salesman Josue spent time giving me information about my 2021 Audi Q3, and informed me about an app that I could use on my phone to connect to my car. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly and courteous. They even washed my car at the end of the service. I highly recommend Tacoma Audi.

Very clean and helpful service team. The lounge is clean and has wifi and coffee. The team was able to save me money by not doing unnecessary maintenance which is a testament to their integrity. Had slight issues with their communication and delay in service of the vehicle. I will bring my Audi back here when needed.

Horrible dealership.If they say they will call back they won t. My temp tags expired and they never gave a call to say they were delayed. When I called they said if you get pulled over, just tell the cop they are delayed, don t think that is how it works but whatever.Worst communication, they will tell you one thing verbally and then another in writing. When I went to sell my car back I asked if the price included warranty refunds the sales person said yes that is as high as we can go, then when I talked to the manager that price did not include the warranty refunds.For getting my refunds I got an email to sign something that I had already signed and was a chain of 3 people on their side who apparently couldn t figure out they already had it.Ceramic coat is a rip off $2000, they never called to set it up and everytime I tried to call to set up I was unable to. Then they would not refund even though they never did the service when I sold the car.Car max gave me $4k more than Audi offered to buy my car.

My wife bought a used Audi Q5 and what a great experience!! Norman Dalthorp is highly recommended. He knows the Audi products well and was able to explain all the features during test drive. After the purchase he stayed and helped my wife get the car set up to fit her needs exactly. Great dealership with fantastic people.

I would give Audi Tacoma zero stars if I could with the charging package issue that remains unresolved with my Q4 e-tron that I drove off the lot with Memorial Day Weekend 2023. Both the sales associate and sales manager communicated to me that my e-tron was receiving 3yrs complimentary fast charging through Electrify America, they helped me upload the app and showed me how to use it. I was shocked to discover just over a month later that the app seemed to have exhausted its available complimentary charging.After reaching out to the dealership, I discovered they had misrepresented the charging package with my EV. I have in writing from the sales associate, sales manager, and general manager, acknowledging the misrepresentation that led to me signing a contract. There is not a question about what was communicated to me, yet they have not agreed to a solution that resolves both the lost value and convenience of the 3yr charging package. The sales manager communicated that the 3yr charging package is worth the approximate equivalent of $4000 with how quickly I used the initial 250kw, so their cash offer of $750 doesn't cover even a quarter of the lost value. Their offer to charge on the dealership lot also does not resolve the lost convenience of being able to charge at Electrify America stations across the country.I'm disappointed and appalled by Larson's Audi Tacoma unethical behavior and lack of customer service. I even reached directly out to Larson Automotive Group with no response. The uncooperative and insulting communication from the dealership in addition to Laron Automotive Group not responding demonstrates that they do not take customer complaints seriously or respectfully. Audi of America also told me to call the GM to resolve this with the dealership despite my repeated efforts to reach the GM via call since Memorial Day weekend, he's yet to take or return my call.I would highly recommend not purchasing or leasing vehicles from Audi Tacoma or any other Larson dealership as there is zero accountability for misleading customers into signing contracts.***12/27 UPDATE***If you re looking to understand what it will be like to engage with Larson s Audi of Tacoma, please see original�review above and Audi response below to understand my frustration.Despite acknowledging in writing again they misrepresented my e-tron charging package, they still aren't providing a reasonable solution that solves both the lost value and convenience of a 3yr unlimited charging package through Electrify America.As already stated and then�repeated�by Audi as an "unprecedented offer" -*$750 cash does not cover the thousands of dollars lost over 3yrs of unlimited charging*Charging on a Larson lot does not solve the lost convenience of being able to charge across the United States*The vehicles mentioned as "replacement options" which was yet another solution that I proposed, 3 of the models have the SAME 250kw only charging package and leave me in the same charging predicament. The other two are more expensive than my Q4 e-tron. Audi, are you offering me the mentioned 2023 e-tron GT/RS e-tron GT (valued at $143k+) as a replacement with 3yrs free fast charging through Electrify America at no additional charge to me?This unprecedented offer does not solve the problem created directly by Audi of Tacoma and continues to show their lack of respect, customer service skills, and ability to behave in an ethical manner.

Absolutely loved these guys! Very professional & friendly. I bought a 2021 SQ5 Sport- I honestly couldn t love it more & so much room for my kids Devin, in finance was awesome to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions.I felt like I ve known him for years! Spencer was my car guy! Awesome to work with too..very knowledgeable and super attentive. I ll definitely be referring all my friends, family & business partners to the guys.

Great shopping experience at Audi Tacoma!I was working with both Shawn and Brian to purchase a new 2021 Audi Q5. Experience with both exceeded my expectation. One of those days, we were the last to leave the dealership and Shawn stayed behind to make sure everything went fine and didn't leave until after we did. There was no pressure and no back and forth during the negotiation. Worked with Brian when I picked up the car. He's super funny and went above and beyond for me. Thanks Brian and Shawn for a great experience! Will refer my friends and family to Audi Tacoma as well as Brian and Shawn!

If you re an African American woman stay away. I drove an hour to get to my 11am appointment. Walked in and not one person greeted me. There were at least four representatives sitting at their desks with no customers totally ignoring me. It wasn t until a Caucasian woman came in about 10 minutes after me then someone pointed out that I needed to be helped. The rep told me I would be there for 2 to 3 hours. I had no one to pick me up so I decided to wait. After 3 hours no one said anything. So I went to the front desk to ask how much longer. He told me to give him 30 minutes and he ll go check. Not sure why it would take that long to check but I said okay and sat back down. After about 30 minutes he came over to me and told me that they hadn t started yet and that they would need to keep it overnight. And they weren t willing to give me a loaner! I couldn t believe what I was hearing. So I called my husband and he also had to drive an hour to get there ( after just getting off work). He spoke with the rep and suddenly it took only 15 minutes. I spent over 5 hours there watching everyone else come in after me and leaving before me and I had an appointment! The way I was treated versus everyone else was unethical and very disappointing.

COLE is the man! If you are looking for a low pressure, laid back car shopping experience look no further. My husband and I had been in the market for our first ever luxury car. After visiting many competitors of Audi. We truly not only fell in love with the Audi brand, but the over all shopping experience. Cole worked with us for about 2 months, we gave him our list of our must haves. He didn't hound us with just any car that had one thing on our wishlist, like most car sales man do. He truly looked out for our best interest, and only sent us quality cars that he knew met our needs. He was patient and understood our no rush attitude and respected it. We are obsessed with our Audi Q7. Cole kept his stand up attitude in negotiations as well, and didn't break the nice guy act one bit. Like some tend to do once negotiations start. BECAUSE he truly is a nice guy, with your best interest in mind. Amir, Coles manager always made us feel a priority and addressed any and all concerns.I will say our experience with the financing portion felt a little pushy, and not quite my cup of tea. I could definitely give more detail on that. But I don't wish to take away from the overall positive experience that the rest of the Audi team gave us. Including the General Manager Darren, who was helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us assistance even in areas where his team was already working on it. Truly a stand up team of people.
