So speedy! Gave me earliest appointment of day:) Beautiful but complex job involving front windshield cameras etc!!! You are the Best & only place we will ever use with free rock chip for 1 yr too!

We were very impressed with Speedy Auto Glass. We needed our rear passenger window replaced so I called them. They were able to locate and order the window and it was delivered to them in 2 days just like they said. They replaced the window quickly and even took our car a little earlier for the Appt time. They live up to their name SPEEDY! My husband said they were very nice to him too. Thanks, and we will be sure to come back again if we need another window replaced in the future.

Cars get broken into all the time and it sucks but speedy glass has always been helpful and fast, as their name states. Great customer service only complaint is that there was glass lodged in one of my window tracks so my window screeched every time I rolled it up. Otherwise great service .

Originally had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday with a quote of $270 to replace my window. I get a message saying that they can't make it until Thursday. I decide to wait due to the price. When they show up on Thursday they tack on another $30 fee for mobile and another $30 for tax. Had I known that the quote was not all inclusive I would have got my window done sooner elsewhere. Work was fine. If you use them make sure you get the total price. Experience felt very misleading considering that they said they do mobile service but never mention that they charge for it.

Mr Langer the Manager and Mr Muche are both respectful, professional and give customers a impression of completing the work with no hesitation and to expedite needed repairs. I recommend this store to everyone who appreciates a professional team working as a unit to accomplish the Mission.

The staff was amazing! They were able to get me in for repair within 24hrs. The repairs took less than an hour to complete. They even cleaned up the broken glass for me in my car. They far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

They did an amazing job. I showed up early and they had me in and out of there in less then 45 minutes. They were understanding and had great patience for my special needs 6 years old and even gave her some stuff to color to help keep her busy. Extremely satisfied will be coming back, and i will also be sending their cards to my neighbors. Best thing was that it cost exactly what they quoted no hidden fees or recommended fixes that cost more then what was quoted. We used them for a windshield replacement. The entire process was very smooth and pleasant. Kuddos to the shop for making the appointment scheduling so easy. They also had no problems running everything through our car insurance and obtaining the OEM replacement windshield from the dealer within a couple of days. They were equipped to run all the calibrations for the safety system and did a great job installing the new windshield. The appointment itself took less time than what I was quoted. I barely made it home when they called me that the car was ready. Looks good as new.

I had an awesome experience here. They're friendly, professional and efficient. Safelite installed my driver's side window twice and both were flawed. I called in the evening, they 3 way called and handled the insurance, appointment the next morning, super friendly, extremely fast and did an awesome job. Had my car ready an hour early too. Highly recommend that everyone should call this office!!!

Very helpful, relatively cheap, and very speedy. They saved me a lot of money by keeping it real and telling me to order the part myself rather than them doing all the ins and outs that would have cost me more money and i appreciate that.

Honestly I expected to be waiting for a while like other auto shops, but nope. Literally a half hour & my car was done. Also, I didn't have to wait days for my window to come in either. It was all done same day. The price was decent too. I'm totally using Speedy Glass again. Hopefully I won't need to Service: Auto side window replacementService: Auto side window replacement

Our 2020 Kia Soul had a passenger window smashed out yesterday in the early hours of the morning. I had called one of their competitors and they couldn't get the window for 2 weeks. I called Speedy and not only did they get the window yesterday they were able to install it by 3pm. This is Incredible Customer Service! I would recommend them to anyone who needs the vehicle glass replaced. The young lady at the counter was professional friendly and courteous. They are definitely our place to go to from now on.

Wow, this place was great. They replaced my passenger side window in no time flat, and everything was perfect! Window was completely back to normal and worked 100% with no issues. They were done with the repair before I even had time to walk to the store and back. Great service, very fast just like their name. Just a heads up for anyone out there looking to get their window fixed, I called ten other places in the area l, but speedy glass was only 1 of 2 shops that even got back to me about finding a replacement window, and they called me back within minutes. Hard to get reliable customer service these days, and Burke the manager took care of everything, I had no issues, everything went smooth as can be. Great service! Fast and professional. My insurance referred me to Safelite and said I would have to pay to have my windshield replaced with original factory glass. I am an insurance agent and I used to recommend my clinents to this shop. I know there are good reviews here, but most of my Asian clients don't have good expericen these days. Not sure what was chagned. Hopefully they are nicer to the customer whose first language is not English. I understand it is very streesful if there is language barrier.*** udpated ***someone from the corporation called righter after submitting the review. I feel like they are working on customer service. And recently I spoke with employees for my clients, they were pretty nicce. So I changed my review.

Very cool team, very good-natured and quick-witted. My office is nearby. By the time I got to the office, I had already received a message that my car was ready. well done. Yes, the prices are not great. thank you so much . I recommend to everyone. It's bad when the glass is broken, but when you meet such a cool service, I want to say thank you. many times. Love the customer service here. I needed a specific window from my dealership who does not install. Speedy went out of their wat to pick up the window and replaced in 3 days. They gave me an early appointment and I was in and out. I have also used them for windshield repair. Windshield install was great. Unfortunately they didn t vacuum out the debris from the install. Interior needed to be fully vacuumed

Jackie helped me get my insurance claim info so I could have new glass installed. She is very knowledgeable in her job and was multitasking almost the entire time I was there!!!
