Best Les Schwab in the Puget Sound. Their professionalism and attention to detail is well above the other stores. I will drive miles just to have my vehicles serviced here. That should tell you plenty.

I did my ball joint here when I was on the road. After 17000 miles they are loose because it appears it's not the good size of ball joints said by 2 mecanics on the east coast. They want me to drive to the store to "take a look", it's 2000 miles away ! It will cost more of gas+time than paying another mecanic here ! It don't make any sense and they won't find any arrangement for you

I had a blown out tire and had to stop at a random business. They are 20 minutes away. Now, I had the tire.....but go go gadget jacks given with your vehicle not lifting it high enough. I used two jacks and a piece of wood.Jack gave out.Gave Les a call....I had 100 in my bank account. They came out in 15 minutes and changed my tire in 15 minutes. For under what they charge. Even aired up my other tires. I can't say enough good things about the manager and customer service. Love these guys and will come to them for any and all future problems. Thank you all.

Excellent service!!!!Was today at this location, the employees was amazing! Helped me so quickly and did everything excellent! I was worried was closed to 6:00pm and didn t know if the car will be fixed, but they fix it very good and quickly and I appreciate a lot your dedication ! Thank you so much !!!

Very helpful, professional, kind. Had a screw in a tire, brought it in for repair. Rolling it towards a bay, employee came running out, eager to help. They called within an hour, repaired and ready to go. No charge. I'm not a previous customer, never been there before, and they didn't try to sell me anything. All-in-all, a rare experience in 2024, turned a stressful Saturday into an easier day. Will most certainly be back. Thanks!

I arrived before my appointment to have my Les Schwab tires rotated. Due to the cold weather, people were coming in to have air installed to resolve error lights. I waited 27 minutes, and I asked if the shop was running behind. They stated they were doing air checks for people. I asked if they had an appointment. They stated no but did say it was easier for them to do air checks. Do I have to wait for non-appointment customers because they have an easier task? They put my car in 33 minutes after the appointment.It was disappointing to watch people drive up and Les Schwab focus on them vs a Les schwab customer who had an appointment.

I stopped by today to check my front tires and to honest u was ready to buy new tires because i thought my tires are no good but this guy checked them and took the car for driving test came back and informed me that no need for buying new tires and they fixed some issues with it my thoughts is any other business will try to bush me to buy new ones but i really appreciate their honesty

My daughter brought her Civic in for tire repair yesterday. The shop was able to plug her tire at no cost - just great customer service! This shop has been serving our family vehicles for several years now. With out a doubt, the best prices and customer service around!

Worst tire experience i ever had! I had to get car towed due to flat. I called ahead of time to ensure they had a particular brand of tire i needed they said they had it so i got car towed there. Then when i got there they said they didnt have it the guy i spoke to said he never said he had the tire he lied. He was extremely rude and sarcastic. They charged me $56 to mount tire. Thats crazy everyone else charges $25 at most. When i got car back the coutside of the tire looked rubbed and the tire and rim was filthy with tire lube. My rim looked horribly dirty and tire was over inflated. I wish i never had car towed there for service but once it was there i had no choice. Les Schwab is usually a great place but not at this location in Fife they are rude they lie to get you there and take no pride in there work

Limped in with a flat and a spare that was stuck in the winch. Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to cut down the spare and then patch the flat. Can t thank you enough Doug, outstanding service here

Les Schwab has always provided me with excellent service, and the Federal Way location was no exception. The tech patiently described my options, did not make me wait even though I was early for my appointment, and the work was performed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely return for any future tire needs.

I got off work in downtown Seattle and my air pressure lift went off. I pulled over and sure enough a nail. Costco on 4 avenue south could not fix my tire they were busy. I took my chances and it in the freeway home to Tacoma. As I drove home I remembered there was a Les Schwab on 16 Ave S off the 142b Exit in Federal Way. I called and they said come on in may take an hour or two. I settled in the lobby and 1 hour later the tire was fixed and I was on my way home to Tacoma. I work as a first responder. It had been a long day and I had to be back in Seattle early the next morning for another long shift. Thank you thank you thank you for fitting me in and getting the repair done quickly.

I purchased a battery in 2022, it died we took it in to have it checked. They said they would call after they checked it out and no call. Next day, went in to pick up and asked a few questions and they implied it would be the car and not the battery. They don t even know what car it is and the service is just terrible. They clearly don t care and assumed we were trying to get a free replacement. We have 5 cars and there s zero chance we are simply trying to scam for a free replacement. The time and effort alone isn t worth it.This is the 3rd time I ve tried to give this location a chance. Last time I came in to get a quote on tires for another vehicle and they quoted me thousands (no joke) over competitors for Michelin brand tires. I wanted to like this place since most reviews are good but I would steer clear due to the lack of service and flippant attitudes.

Do not waste your time scheduling an appointment for service here. You are treated like a walk in with or without an appointment. Prescheduling does nothing for you.

Super Friendly Staff puts you in a good mood from the jump. They fixed my truck & it no longer squeaks down the road. Oh what a relief!! Thank you!! GH could use some of your customer service skills. If your busy you can still be nice to customers & acknowledge them. Federal way gets a Gold Star from this customer. Thank you!! Ingram & Gust

Staff are kind and helpful and always working hard. I have hilariously bad luck and my tires seem to collect screws and nails, and I always come here to get patches. I'm always in and out in less time than they quote me! I recommend them to everyone.

One of our plumbing trucks had a flat tire when at a customer's home. One of their service techs came out to the customer's home to check the tire on site while our plumber was working in the home. When he determined the tire needed to be replaced, Les Schwab got the truck in as soon as the plumber was done at the home and replaced the tire within 30 minutes - all within my plumber's lunch break.That kind of service is not only rare, it's practically unheard of! I've always been impressed with Les Schwab's service, but this was really above and beyond. We've always used them for our trucks, and now they've got another customer for life in myself and my husband.

I had a punched tire with a nail and a loud metal scratching noise in driving after I changed the brake pads by myself.I estimated the bill would be around $500.00 to $1000.00 to fix my problem. I had the tires from the COSTCO but it told me I need to set up an appointment to fix the flat tire.Les Schwab fixed my problem in a couple hours. I was surprised to hear that they didn't charge me for the services.I would say that it has the best customer service these days in the business. Definitely I will be its next royal customer.

I highly recommend this site in Federal Way. They were so nice helpful and most importantly... HONEST with the process. As soon as I walked in , I was acknowledged and greeted even though they were busy at the front desk. Definitely go here for any car tires / brakes issues.

Not what I remember Les Schwab being like. Got an estimate for tires, went to check prices at Costco then came back to make an appointment. Was met by a man at the counter who proceeded to ask where I'd gotten the cost amount I told him. When I showed him my estimate, he took it out of my hand and tossed it. He proceeded to give one word answers and had a flippant, condescending attitude toward me. I was polite, made my appointment for the next day but called and canceled. Whole experience left me very uncomfortable. I'm writing this as I sit at Discount Tire where I'm getting better tires for the same amount and the service here is awesome. Done with Les Schwab and hope they hire better in the future. Lose the attitude, customers like me pay your paycheck.

Beyond happy with the service here. I went to dealership for routine service and was advised that I needed front breaks and rotors done. They quoted me a price I figured was going rate for a dealership.I called Les Schwab for a second opinion and the quote they gave a a bit less. I set up appointment and brought it in. I got a call shortly after letting me know that I did NOT need what the dealership recommended and they did not want to do the service just to do it.Integrity at its best. What an awesome way to handle business. Beyond grateful for the honesty and for overall services.I did need some other services done and between the service advisor and myself, we came up with the best solution for what my needs were without having to do any EXTRA work for no reason. And the pricing was excellent as well.Les Schwab has gained a long-term customer in myself and family. I will also recommend to any and everyone!!Great job!!

Great job! We had an unexpected blowout, the staff made all the difference. I couldn't even get the competition to answer the phone, and when I did they couldn't help me today. Les Schwab realized I was in need of help and got it done, they were friendly, helpful, and low pressure. Almost every other tire buying experience I felt pushed to spend more than I had, here they gave me the options and price and allowed me to decide. Thanks I'll be back.

I was on my way to work, and my flat tire indicator came on stopped here to see if everything was OK. Turns out I had a screw in my tire. They were completely booked for the day, but told me if I put my name down they could try to get me in. I drove down the street after filling my air in the tire, hoping that would last went to work for a couple hours came back and turn off within hour. They got me in. They patched up my tire and I was able to finish my and get home safely. Thank you to the wonderful workers of this fine establishment and all for free this was a courtesy from them.

Hands down best Les Schwab experience I have ever had! They worked with me and got my rig back on the road same day of incident! The two gentlemen that were working the front desk really were extremely helpful and went beyond what they had to to make sure I was safely and quickly back on my road trip!
