I took my 2016 Honda Civic here to get the AC Compressor replaced.Pro:- Best Price- Able to fix issueCon:- Communication- Parking- SchedulingPrice: Hands down lowest cost for this service by hundreds compared to next lowest competitor quote out of 5 quotes from highest rated services around.Communication: It took a few calls and texts to get the actual quote, and it was more diligence on my part to get things moving as I gave a week in between calling back each time.Parking: Very small parking area. Reminded me of bumper cars from the fair. There are so many vehicles in their small area, It was difficult for my pickup ride to find a spot, and they had to wait at the 76 gas station attached.Scheduling: Once I decided to use KDI for my repairs, I was able to schedule my service two days later at 9 a.m. on a Thursday. This worked with my work schedule as I was told 4-5 hours of service. Once there, and able to find parking, giving the keys over and transition was easy. Thirty minutes later in the wait room, I was messaged to set up my schedule for the requested work. I texted 'my car is already in their hands, and I was scheduled for 9 a.m. that morning'. They apologized and said 'there was a glitch in their system', but nothing else came from that. I left the shop soon after. I called around 2:30 p.m., as I haven't heard from anyone, and was told another 1-2 hours to finish. I scheduled my ride and arrived at 4:30 p.m. My car was still being worked on. I was told an unknown amount of time to complete as the mechanic was having difficulties. After another hour of wait past closing time, 4 people tag teamed the work and finished up around 6 p.m. (A total of 9 hours). Estimated to be done by 1-2 p.m.Wait room: There is a couch in the front office for 2-3 people and a coffee table. A home sized coffee pot and tea available for customers. There was nothing to write home about, but it was relatively clean. Not a room to do work related meetings or long-term computer work from.Language: I did have problems getting info directly from the mechanic (Eastern European, perhaps Russian language speaking), but the front desk was able to translate. He was able to communicate, but at first, I believed the mechanic told me the work was just starting when I showed up to pick the car up at 4:30. But after talking with the front desk, I was informed he was just trying to finish bolting and installing the final items.Take away: For a small shop, this place is good. The price was great, and the vehicle issue was fixed. With the issues above and inconveniences as a negative, the price made me feel better about the decision. I would go here again if I had a high-priced repair and time to wait. Even though there were bad estimates of time, they worked an hour after closing and said they would work until it was done that evening, so I had my car the same day.

I got my car serviced and detailed here. The price was great. The job itself was amazing. My car has never been cleaner or shinier before. 100 percent recommend

The owner of this shop can tear down almost any engine(including complicated German models) and put it back together with his eyes closed! Sarcasm aside he and his crew are very gifted mechanics!They are also very experienced with Mercedes/freightliner turbo diesel sprinter vans. I took my sprinter here many times
