Had a horrible experience with the previous management and shop team screwing my brakes up, costing me another brake job and a rental on top of that with no interest whatsoever in making things right after giving them thousands of dollars of business with prior staffing.Firstly, that manager at that time and those technicians are not there anymore.The new team went ahead and promptly got ahold of me about the issue and not only refunded me the full amount to fix the brakes, but they also compensated me for the cost of the rental.They were a great shop before the momentary lapse of poor staffing, and are back to being a high quality, affordable, and honest shop.

Wish I could give a worse review than this.These guys screwed up my brakes so bad I had to pay another shop over $1000 to fix what was not only imploded drum shoes but also literally missing hardware, which was less than Glenn's Auto even charged. There is no possible way that brakes could fail like this without using cheap knock off hardware or doing an incorrect job not by the book.My truck was not even driven half of the milage under "warranty", but because it was just a month or so out of their "monthly" warranty, they wouldn't bother taking any responsibility for the absolute garbage and quite frankly unsafe job they did, let alone offer any compensation of any kind after weeks of reaching out.Due to broken hardware bouncing around in the brakes, my rear tires locked up a few times. Incredibly lucky I was only in a parking lot when it happened and not on the highway.This is my first and only Yelp review I've ever written but this experience was so horrible, especially after giving them thousands of dollars of business prior, that I had to warn any interested customers. For brakes and chassis, just take your stuff to Les Schwab. They have triple the warranty and will actually take responsibility if they screw something up, which so far has never happened to me with them.

I had a my SUV towed to Glenn s after hours, parked in front and dropped my keys in the drop box. I received a text message at exactly 8am stating that they had my SUV. Talked to Jeff a little after that, which he is GReAt! They were able to fix my brakes, change filters, do an oil change and sent my SUV out for new tires by 4pm same day. I picked up at 4:30. Great experience!

Tow truck driver dropping off a vehicle, was met by two different employees with disrespect and borderline hostility for not parking a runnable vehicle in the right spot. Just shows how little work there willing to do. Can t speak on there quality of repair, but customer service is seriously lacking.

I brought my Lexus LS in for a complete controller arm + bushing replacement. This was by no means an easy job. Jeff and Maury made sure everything was copacetic and provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond when they didn t have to! I am beyond appreciative and will be recommending Glenn s to all my family and friends! Thank you again!

My go-to mechanic. Highly recommended for all things car related. I have had them rebuild a Honda engine, redo breaks in a Toyota, tune up some other vehicles over the years, and I have always found them to be honest, fair priced, and the work high quality.

These guys are amazing. I have an Audi A4 Quattro so just to find someone that is good and willing to work on an Audi is amazing in this area. They are fast and very clear! They send you your diagnosis over text as well as your quote for repairs. They said that they were going to do and didn't deviate from it. And they were very timely. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLENN'S AUTO AND TRUCK REPAIR!!! THANKS GUYS!

I recently experienced the misfortune of transmission failure while commuting home from work. I was able to make it to the closest auto shop and I couldn t have been more fortunate. This is my only experience with this company but Jesse turned one of the more stressful situations I ve encountered into at an extremely pleasant experience. Not only did he steer me in the right direction, which wasn t even to have it serviced there and cash in on my extended warranty, but he spoke to me in a vernacular that I could understand not knowing much about cars. 10/10 one of the most humble well informed mechanics I have come across. Thanks again Jesse!

Had to make a stop there today with tire pressure lights on. They are very helpful & didn t charge me a dime. Even when I offered to tip them they did not take that. Such great customer service & amazingly friendly staff willing to help where possible. Thank you for making my day today! God bless you!

Mark and team at Glenn s auto were absolutely fantastic! I had my car towed in, and unfortunately they found my engine needed to be replaced(huge bummer). Mark spent a ton of time on the phone with me(multiple times), explaining all of my options, researching replacement options, and gave me an honest opinion and a realistic quote. In the end I took his advice and decided to sell my vehicle, so they didn t do any repairs, but their honesty and willingness to speak with me carries all the weight in the world. I ll be taking my new vehicle exclusively to Glenn s!Service: Engine repair

My husband and I have been coming to Glenn s for several years now for the care of our cars. We love their friendly + honest + efficient service and their rates are very reasonable. I brought my car in this afternoon for a new starter and they had the part ordered, delivered, and installed super fast like within 2 hours (not even long enough for me to get home and take a full shower ). Always super happy knowing Glenn s is taking care of my car!

Great people, very thorough inspection, was able to quickly diagnose an issue that the Mercedes dealership said would take an ADDITIONAL 2 hours over the 3 I was already there. I recently had cause to make sure of Glenn's Auto Repair when the lower Control Arm on my 28' Class A RV became detached when driving near Tacoma. The guys at Glenn's were extremely helpful during a very stressful period - patiently explaining the work that needed doing and helping us get through a difficult repair (rare parts needed sourcing/replacing etc.).My overall experience was excellent and I would readily recommend Glenn's for your RV mechanical repairs.I would also like to make a specific shout out to Mark (our main contact at Glenn's). I cannot say enough about the incredible service I received. I drive a Ford F-350 that is my work horse for my business. On my way to work I noticed a loud grinding sound coming from my brakes. I called the shop and they told me to bring it right in. Even though I was a first time customer, they stayed late to get my truck finished up and I was back on the road the same day. I had a flat tire emergency and these guys took exceptional care of me and cost me about 15% less than going to the dealer. I have been bringing my car in for all my auto needs and services ever since. Overall I am very happy with the staff, the time it takes to complete (I work full-time) tasks, and love how much they educate me on every step of the way.

First time using Glenn's Auto and I gotta say, they blew away my expectations. I thought I had a bad clutch but they informed me that it was actually a cracked motor mount. Kudos to them for being honest and not just replacing my clutch then charging me for the motor mount! Honest and forthcoming, my experience with the staff was great, they went above and beyond to keep me up to date on my repairs and made sure I left happy. I am going to have to schedule my next oil change with them as well!Services: Transmission, Engine repair

These guys did a great job! Two of my cylinders were misfiring and they took care of it the same day as diagnosing it. Mark helped me out a lot and even helped set me up with a third party to do payments on the repair job. The cost is reasonable for the work they do. I had Glenn's auto do a timing belt replacement on an Acura TL. The timing chain job was done but they didn't burp the cooling system correctly. Driving the car to work a few days later. The heater was on while driving to work. After about 20 minutes It immediately started blowing cold air. I returned the vehicle to Glenn's after work and they filled the water reservoir and 2-3 months later I had a blown head gasket. They didn't want to warranty their work when I explained the issues. I haven't taken another vehicle their since. Be careful taking your car hereService: Engine repair

I have taken my Jeep here on a handful of occasions. The staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I very much appreciate that they always give an honest assessment and get the work done quickly. If you are looking to get your car repaired, you can't do better than Glenn's!

I came to Glenn s on a Saturday morning, sure that it would be a long wait to get my oil changed. They got the job done quick! The entire procedure, from the time I got there to the time I left, took 20 minutes. The quality of service was excellent, and thanks to Glenn s, something that I had been dreading became something very easy and painless. Glenn's is definitely my new go to!

We were in town on business for the day when we noticed our truck started leaking fuel really bad. We found Glenn's Auto repair on google and drove the truck there. We needed to get the truck fixed that day so we could head back home to Yakima. The gentlemen at this fine establishment immediately diagnosed our problem and ordered the parts locally right away. They had us back on the road in a few hours. Life savers 10/10 would recommend ! Mark Is the man !Service: Engine repair

Was recently having some care troubles and some lights were on in my Jeep. A co-worker recommended Glenn's so I checked it out. They were able to resolve my issues at an affordable price and was released to find that the warning lights were due to a faulty sensor which they fixed right away. I was happy to know they didn't try to charge me for something extra because of the light. Greatly recommend the good staff at Glenn's.

Good service, if not a little pricey to be honest. None the less you get what you pay for here which is good service so I'm fine with that.The man at the service desk was personable and offered excellent customer service. My only gripe is my car took a day and half longer than first quoted. I'd recommend this place.
