I paid about 1,400 for my car to be fixed. They kept telling me the car was good to go, I would bring it in every other day because I kept experiencing the same thing, and supposedly they have fixed the issue. And they charged me for things I did not even ask for to be done to my car. Now it s in a different shop and was told something completely different. Firestone could have denied service to me if they weren t sure what they were doing. Definitely do not recommend coming here.

Quick service done in 2 hrs when I was expecting at least 3 hrs, signed up for credit card and got a sweet discount! Also Pam must love her job she is full of energy and always smiling she seems like a happy person. Firestone you better keep her and give her some credits!Only downside is a small space for waiting area, good thing I came on a weekday and went someplace else while I wait.

I came to this shop Today and I asked for a Quote of my bmw brake pads and stuff even though I had inspection from bmw dealership on my hand and he ignore my speech and didn t do the work what I told him and he has zero customer service , then the guy I don t know his name he charge me for a Quote and he disrespect me and he was too rude I never recommend this service for all Americans Citizens.

The mechanics were not careful when changing my oil. Some how the managed to get oil all over my engine. They blamed the last place I changed my oil, BUT how is it if the car is lifted to drain the oil and take out the filter does it get all over my engine and a flimsy "it will burn off...no big deal"? You have now shorted the life of my engine creating a scenario where my car catches on fire or my engine blows because all the gaskets have been doused with oil. They did not even attempt to clean it with degreaser and rubber conditioner . Your "quality" is non-existent. "Not my fault" is your motto. You place all customers behind so you can get a bigger sale. My appt was for Saturday but you keep adding services to customers ahead of me and not rescheduling for another day to let those of us with an appt actually get it done. Your staff are then hurried and sloppy. Your business plan is terrible. And for this trouble I get to pay $140.00

I'm giving this three stars because I took my daughter's car down to get an alignment done after I fixed the passenger side suspensions parts. Control arm strut tie rods sway bar link. Ect. I wanted them to also rotate the tires and check the air pressure. And they were really fast at doing the alignment which was awesome. But when they came to give you my paperwork they told me they didn't rotate the tires because I needed new tires in the front and it's best to have the good tires on the back and my car is a front wheel drive not a real drive not a all-wheel drive. And my car is not like a pickup with an uneven balance of weight. And the office person told me this. I just wanted to know if they were taught that? Or did they think I was a girl that didn't know anything about fixing cars, I would have just appreciated them saying they didn't have time or something to do the rotation.

I was not treated respectfully during the service on the past Saturday. I was BANNED from coming back to this location from the store manager due to I was wearing gloves and helping the technician to find what the problem was on my vehicle. I was just showing the technician where the noise is coming from and what does it sound like. I did not physically worked on the car. I felt extremely disrespected. He was being a jerk to not only me but other employees as well. I have been in the before with other manager and I never had a problem. I'm not unreasonable and I was just expecting some simple respecting manner. I did not know what to say so I left. It is crazy to me and I do not believe that is how the company wishes to conduct business with valued customers.

I enjoy working with the manager (white guy, tattoo sleeve down his right arm, glasses) but the rest of the desk staff can be thrown out with the trash and wouldn t be missed. I went to get my car yesterday and the woman (black, very short hair, attitude a mile wide) was not only not helpful, but was downright rude. I m seriously considering taking my many, many years of business and going to Les Schwab or somewhere.

Recently moved to the area and they were easy to work with. I have a lease plan service vehicle they were able to take in with a couple day notice and complete the maintenance and have the vehicle back next day

Got there later then i was trying to and experienced excellent customer service specifically from "Miguel"! He deserves a raise! Stayed late to honor warranty and get my car safe again! Will definitely be a returning customer! Thanks again!

Brought the vehicle in for brakes. Knowledgeable, informative individuals at the desk. Kept me informed of what was needed. Completed the work and let me know when it was ready for pickup. Brakes seem to work great.

I went to Firestone for a complete auto inspection. The service was supposed to be about 1-2 hours. It turns out that they only had 2 techs that day and I ended up being there 4 and 1/2 hours. That really was unexpected and kind of messed up my one day off from work. Other than that the staff was very courteous and professional. If the tech staff was better I would probably rate them with at least 4 stars.

This shop has really gone downhill over the last few years. I had them install tires for me several years ago and had a good experience. Fast forward to last week when I picked a screw up in my tire. I called on Thursday to see if they had time to fix it. They didn't but schedule me for an appointment on Sunday to bring the car in. I limp my car along for 3 days until the appointment but when I arrive for the work I'm informed they don't have anyone on shift that day that can fix the tire! Why was I told I needed to schedule an appointment for work they knew they couldn't do?!? Never going back to this shop again. The least they could have done was let me know they didn't have anyone on shift and rescheduled my appointment before I wasted an hour driving there and back. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to find a shop to fix this tire because no one else is open on Sunday! Definitely not making the mistake of going here again!Service: Tires

Went in to get my smart car checked up and an oil change. I mentioned that I would like my horn wiring adjusted and rear tail light replaced, as it was out. After 6 hours of waiting I received a call telling me that they are unable to work on my car. I received a $130 oil change, and a simple diagnostic list. Driving away with an nonfunctional horn and my tail light still out.Customer service was fine. Was hoping for some peace of mind, but I guess I'll have to go elsewhere for that.

Had an unfortunate experience here, came in for a brake flush, that s all I wanted, they rotated my tires as well which I didn t want, never asked for and wasn t informed until I saw that they were rotated. Took the vehicle to discount tire after since that s where I was planning to go anyways for new wheels and tires, in the process they found out that one of the studs was now broken. Discount tire will be covering the cost of the fix. Disappointed in the service and seeing the technician working on my car sitting on their phone and eating while doing my vehicle, I work in the industry and I m too lazy to do my brake flush but didn t expect someone else to feel the same for my car lol. The upselling of the Firestone credit card was a little odd as well but I get it.Service: Brakes

I originally set up an appoint online and was then called telling me my appointment would be cancelled due to "Us closing" and that the break tech got off at 3 PM.Decided to set up another appointment at 2 PM and arrived for them to tell me 4 other cars were ahead of me and "It would be a while" to be seen. When I enquired how long, a customer was also in the store said "I used to work for Firestone, and it'll be a while" while smirking and laughing.My appointment came and went and I received a call at 4 PM stating that my break change was going to change from $350 to almost $900 dollars.I explained I wasn't interested in that cost and returned to get my car. The lady upfront who's name I forget honestly needed way better customer service.She kept calling me "Mr. Paul" (first of all, I'm Paul or Mr. Last Name here.... not Mr. Paul)I returned to get my keys and she didn't say a word to me when I returned, handed me the keys and just had this look of disinterest.What a complete waste of my time. I hear about auto body shops all the time trying to scam people and have a terrible reputation. I just wont go back to this place ever! My first time here and 100% my last.Terrible Service, Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Everything....Like Donald Trump would say (And I'm no fan of him) "Your Fired!"

I've had the most lovely experience with this shop. They treat you with the upmost respect, and are extremely honest about everything. If you go anywhere for an alignment, wheel balance, wheel mount, or anything else it should be here at Firestone in Federal Way.To begin, I tried going go the one in Burien, where I was treated like my appointment was a joke. I went in saying I had an appointment at noon, and they laughed at me saying "no you don't". It was very unprofessional how they went about telling me they weren't able to service me, due to their alignment machine being down. I then asked how long it'd be, and they laugh more saying until someone from corporate fixes it. Which no actual timeline was given, and it seemed like they had high doubt that it'd actually be fixed. I figured I won't ever go back to that location again.I then scheduled an appointment with the location in Federal Way. As soon as I did, Patrick gave me a call to verify what exactly I needed done, and quoted a time for how long the process would take. With my situation it's a little more different than probably most. He allowed me to leave my set of wheels, and a set of tires in the showroom while waiting for my service. I wasn't able to fit everything in my car, so I had a friend bring over the tires for me while I stuffed the wheels in my car. This was a huge convience. As I waited for my car in the lobby, Patrick updated me as my car was being worked on by giving me updates on how long of the process was left. It really seems like they genuinely care about the customers who come in.At the end of the day, I want to go to a shop where they are personable, as well as honest and respectful in any situation. This is IT!

I have been a customer of firestone for over a month now. Have a lifetime warranty for wheel alignment. Customer service is professional, had to come here for wheel alignment 3 times overall (was working on suspension of my car), 2 initial visits were good, but the last visit was yesterday, my experience with technician stuff is terrible. Once I took my car and was driving back home, there were weird knocks, the car was pulling to the left and also the steering wheel was not straight. I returned back and asked if they could take a look at it, they took my car for test drive and then I was told the reason was because of my worn tires, so they had to adjust the steering wheel according to that. I left the place and same problems still persist it s impossible to drive the car. I am not a technician, but how come the initial visits wheel alignment services were great (same old tires) but this time they suggested me to buy new tires and then they would be able to fix that. Doesn t make sense.

I have been using Firestone for years. I am now disabled and I can't bring my vehicles to Firestone myself anymore. My daughter Rachel brought it there this morning. Lincoln and Randy at the front desk are taking very good care of her. Thank you Firestone for being a reputable company. You have never once let me down in at least 20 times I have used your company. I will definitely continue coming to your place and now my daughter Rachel knows to trust you folks instead of going somewhere else. I have to admit these last couple times you have let me down. My daughter decided to bring the van somewhere else to have the shocks, struts and half shafts done. You got upset at her in my opinion when she came in for an alignment because she spent her money somewhere else. You told her the van needed new tie rods when I inspected them and the people that put the shocks, struts and half shafts in inspected them and said it didn't need to be done. At the rate of $1,100 you still replaced them. Then you tell her the camber bolts can't be aligned so she has to go back again today at the rate of another $250 just to replace camber bolts. You quoted her $1,800 for shocks, struts and half shafts and now you have made almost that money ripping her off for things the other shop said it didn't need. Very disappointed in you Firestone. I clicked on Service not listed because they didn't do anything for us when it came to dropping off our car. We had an Appt at 12:00 pm and dropped it off early too. I get a phone call from manager 5 hours later He (Jeremiah) tells me Tech hasn't even looked at it yet. They said Tech had emergency and had to leave work but he said they would look at it next day. I wait and then call next day only to find out it won't be looked at at all because Tech didn't come into work. They said no one else could look at it and fix it because they didn't know what other Tech has done. He did nothing to my car so another Tech should of looked at it for us. This was our first time using Firestone and it was a bad experience over all. Very disappointed. Now we are going with someone else who will treat us better/fairly. I can't recommend Firestone at all!!! They can't guarantee that your car will get fixed at Appt time or later either!

Customer service was not pleasant. I scheduled a 9am wheel alignment and oil change. The store closes at 6pm which is when my car was put on the lift for the alignment. So I know there wasn't a road test after because he would have noticed my steering wheel wasn't straight. I made a same-day appointment and dropped my car off late in the morning and they had it fixed before they closed, even though they were quite busy that day. The blonde guy at the front desk did a good job explaining what the issue was and how they fixed it.

Lincoln at the front desk isn t welcoming and doesn t understand what customer service should look like. I also called the store 12 times trying to see if the tires I wanted were in stock. They couldn t tell me over the phone so I had to drive there just to talk to someone. I get there and it took 5 minutes for someone to walk out to talk to me. Then I go back 4 days later for my appointment and Lincoln was working the desk and I told him I was there for my tire change appointment and he says well I hope you plan on having your vehicle here all day in a very rude tone. I then told him I wanted my old tires put in the back of my car and he says why would you want your old tires. Also in a very rude tone. First off why do you care there not your tires. Secondly, because I asked for my tires. He the says well don t try and come back 6 months from now and try and have me get rid of your old tires . None of this would have bothered me if he could have just said everything nicely instead of acting like I was bothering him when I just spent $800. I won t be back to a Firestone if that s how they talk to people.Service: Tires

I really appreciate the front desk young lady I believe her name was Kylan and my mechanic Jeremiah was so honest and just very detailed about what I did and didn t need. This place is TERRIBLE. Don t even think about bringing your cars here, just a waste of your time and energy. My dad brought his car and waited for an hour before they took his car. Without them even doing anything they said his subframe was messed up and they can t do anything. He tried to talk to the manager and they just dropped the paper and keys at him and said you re done. Wouldn t even talk to him. Terrible customer service!!!

The guy at the front desk knows little about customer service. I should not have to wait 20 minutes for a quick drop off of my car yet I kept the time for the appointment. If I over thought I'd say I was being discriminated on, but I do not want to go there. If they cannot show basic courtesy to me, how can I trust them to take care of my car?

If there were 0 stars I would rate them that.Worst auto business, tried charging me $1,083+ for a rear brake job. Took it to a trusted mechanic the next day and he quoted me $306. Calipers are not seized. Thanks.
