Prepare to be greeted nice and the robbed when you wave you car bye bye. Lied and said it took them 1 and a half hours to tow my car 6 miles from my home to the shop across the street from them & back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

We have been in contact through phone and my husband's email. Constantly told we will get a quote the next day, no one has called or emailed a quote back it's been well over a week. We have to have the bus moved no later then this Wednesday morning. These guys will try to rob you on your bill , charging by the hour and will try different excuses to inflate labor hours. Disgusting service. They gave me 100$ price on the phone, their guy came did the job in less than an hour , but on the bill he put 1 hour and 25 minutes and used a stupid excuse for that. Shame on you

This is the worst experience I ever had. money gauging and terrible customer service at it's finest. I paid to have my car dropped off and when I complained about their money gauging the office manager contacted his driver to get my car back and transport it to their dispatch office. I had to call and argue with this crew regarding their business practices and it is really sad. Please save yourself the trouble and find a quality towing company that has customer service skills and compassion for their customers. This place terrible, staff is terrible!!!!Service: Car towing

Horrible. The woman who answers the phone has a huge attitude problem. I called them Friday the 22nd to put on a donut, and they charge an exorbitant $150 - my warranty only covered half. It takes over an hour for them to get someone to Federal Way. Then the guy incorrectly places the jack and my car slips off with no wheel, axle smashing into the ground. I have to wait for a 2nd guy to show up to get it back together. He tells me that the owner will contact me in a few days regarding the damage. In the meantime, I called to ask for my $85 back, and the horribly rude woman who answers the phone just yelled at me and was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. She just sent me to the boss's voicemail. Late, terrible job, rude secretary, lazy boss. Wish I could give 0 stars.

. So my brake went out and I found myself stuck in a Taco Bell parking lot in Milton WA. The first company I called quoted me $265. I thought that was high so I called another company, they asked a million questions that I thought were irrelevant to getting a quote.The next company, Fife Service and Towing quoted me $135 which was far from the first quote of $265. Anyway Joe the tow truck driver was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions.I think the person with the first tow company tried to take advantage of my situation. He probably thought that after a brake failure that I would be upset and desperate ( I was not ) and not have the presence of mind to get a few quotes. Ladies always stay calm and get a few quotes.

Was trying to get tires put onto my car at Costco...those dingbats at Costco and said I had to get my car towed home due to one of my brake drums being stuck onto my wheel. Joe was local in Auburn and was about to go to bed but came and got me. Charged me less than what they quoted me because he was home. The dispatcher knew my car needed to be on a flatbed because it is an AWD vehicle. Joe was professional and quick about picking me up.

After many issues with other towing companies my insurance was trying to use, I got fed up and called Fife Towing. They had a truck out to my location within an hour. The driver was professional, courteous, and upfront about charges. I would recommend them a million times over, and they will be my go to service provider for towing. Don t waste time with other companies that promise a time and then delay you hour after hour after hour. Call Fife towing and get it done. Thank you!!

Driver showed up on time and was knowledgeable of his job. He was nice and extremely helpful. Price was reasonable for the service.

I dont like this place at all. I left a note in my car window saying that it broke down and id come the next morning to get it. And it wasnt in the way of anything! They didnt even give me 8 hours! F them!

They gave us one price in the beginning and when the job was done they charged us 50$ more. For 3 mile ride we payed 150$. Never will use their services again.

The dispatch person was more interested on asking about what mechanical issues the car had and if it was running rather then asking for an address and giving an estimate

Never try to hire them. They tell you one price and at the end you have to pay double. Very disappointed.
