Peter and his team are incredible at what they do. I have brought my Audi s to European Auto Clinic for over 5 years and have no complaints. Peter and his team go above and beyond each time to ensure my car leaves with no concerns. Oil changes are quick and efficient. I recommend European Auto Clinic to anyone driving a German car. You won t need to go anywhere else. 10/10!!

Professional European Auto repair shop, I got my vehicles repaired there multiple times and they took very good care of them all the time, they do accurate diagnostic with check engine lights and other maintenance check ups. They work on Japanese, domestic and import cars. Highly recommend. Excellent service and honest advice. I brought my Jaguar and Chrysler Crossfire (Mercedes engine) in for service and repairs. I was always more than satisfied with the work done and the fair price charged. I researched online, read reviews and decided to choose European Auto Clinic. Called to schedule a service appointment and spoke with Arturo, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Brought my car in today, and they did not disappoint. Arturo was just as friendly and professional in person, as he was over the phone. They got my car in right away and in under 2 hours, I was on my way home. All services were explained to me up front, as well as pricing. I also received estimates on repairs that need to be done at a later date. I did not feel any pressure to make a decision right now. I will be bringing my car back for any future repairs that need to be done. Rare to find an honest and in my opinion, reasonably priced auto repair shop. I had a failed oil change at another ship that caused oil leak, European Auto Clinic diagnosed the problem and only charged me for a oil change. they're knowledgeable about what they're doing, also they probably won't upsell you anything like dealership..

These guys have been fantastic! They are genuine, and honest. I've never been surprised with extras that "needed" to be done, or extra costs. This is our shop!

Honest service, clear communication. Same price as the dealerships but service next day instead of 4-6 weeks like the dealerships. Only stopped coming because I moved up north, otherwise would still be going there

Extremely good customer service. Fast and efficient. They price very well. We were traveling back home to Oregon when we had problems with our serpentine belt. They were so friendly with us and took great care of our car. Since they knew we were traveling they worked hard to get it done quickly and we got it back the same day. 5/5 highly recommend! Great shop!!

Arturo and the team are always friendly and sure to keep you involved and informed of the progress on your vehicle. Clear communication (phone and email), easy scheduling, transparent and accurate estimates!100k mi service for our Range Rover, was a fraction of the cost of the dealership.. and they were able to get it done within a week, instead of scheduling 6-8 weeks in future. And ended up $100 less than what they initially estimated. Amazing. I will definitely be a repeat customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I had a great experience at European Auto Clinic. They made it very easy to understand what needed to be fixed on my 2009 BMW and what they were going to do. I brought my Prius to this shop for an alignment and some routine maintenance, and I couldn t be happier with the service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they took the time to explain everything that needed to be done to keep my car running smoothly. They even provided recommendations for future maintenance to keep my Prius in top shape. The alignment was spot on and my car driver like new again. The person that took over the calls was disgusting and vulgar. He sounded lazy and disgusting. His behavior was revolting, and his mannerism nearly extended to lying. I don t recommend this company to anyone, and it s a travesty that they have such a great name. There really should be a law against that. Sincerely, JessicaBellevue, WABooo! I ve been to many different auto shops. Some good most bad. This is by far the best place I ve ever had to tow my car to. Arturo and Paul have been nothing but helpful to me. Every problem every question they were able to answer and estimate on the spot. My transmission replacement went smoothly, along with a cooling system repair. Beating out all the competition in customer service, price, and time. I take my cars here for every service. I will be coming back in the future. Brought my BMW M6 for an oil change. Arturo went above and beyond to get me scheduled on a busy day. We ll be bringing my M6 for all my maintenance.New service on 3/23 - my BMW got a cylinder misfire check engine light. I brought it back to my favorite mechanic shop. Arturo got right on it and fit me on their schedule. They fixed the issue in no time and I drove out of there with my car running like it was brand new. 5 STARS again!!Service: Oil change

I had my spark plugs changed in mid july of 2022 and in November my spark plugs busted. I took the car to the MB dealership and they explained that the mechanic shop who installed the spark plugs most likely did not use a proper wrench to install the new spark plugs which cause the spark plugs to fail only months after being installed by this shop. Expensive shop comparable to the MB dealership with shotty work. I don't recommend this spot try another spot if you can.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I go to this shop whenever I have an issue with my BMW. They always take care of me and are very knowledgeable about European cars. The environment is welcoming and customer service is superb. It can be hard trusting people with your car but at European Auto Clinic your car is in good hands. They are great at explaining what is going on with your car, what issues are urgent and what others you can wait. Their prices are affordable and I would take my car to any other shop.

I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. Whoever Paul sold this business to is rude and obviously doesn't want business. Instead of treating customers like dirt educate them, it brings them back. I'm honestly devastated.Edit 2020: New owner has been commenting on my reviews almost a year later that I was never a customer there. I'm now updating my reviews to include a photo of my last invoice from when Paul was there. I was a customer and my review not only stands but I'm driving the point home. The new owner is not good with people and lacks basic customer service skills. Be nice and respectful and you won't scare away customers.

I would highly recommend this shop, the way they do business have saved me a lot of headiche. We went step by step and got to fixing the problem with out replacing too many unnassisery parts and that saved me a lot of money. I think I m in better hands here than at the dealer. Best of the best. I was on a road trip 1200 miles from home. I got up on the morning to drive back home and once I entered the highway the vehicle went into limp mode (car lost majority of its power, but was still movable). I safely pulled off the highway and called the European Auto Clinic. It was about 8:30am and they answered promptly. I explained the issue and they indicated that they were fully booked though would find a way to slip me in to see if they could help me get this issue figured out. I took the vehicle there using slow back roads and finally arrived. The shop was very busy, though the staff took the time to really help me. The problem was identified, repaired, and tested in short order. I was able to get back on the road only a few hours later than planned and made the full 1200 mile drive with no issues. Thanks to the terrific team at European Auto Clinic! If I lived close to this shop, I would have them service / repair all my vehicles. Extremely knowledgeable, clean shop, personable, and most importantly: honest. All I can really say is: WOW... thanks again!!

Peter and Matthew were so awesome! I stopped by at the end of the day with no appointment with my Audi, because my car said it needed oil. They went through some system checks and topped me off right away. When I asked them how much I owed, Peter said not to worry about it. That s just cool. Thank you for being amazing when there was nothing in it for you!

A friend recommended this shop. I researched it before going, and saw that others had a high level of satisfaction with their experience there. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I have a 2000 Mercedes S430. My rear suspension stopped working, so I had it towed over to this shop. When I went in to drop the keys off, the guy behind the desk took my keys, yelled after me on my way out, "go rob a bank." I'm not sure how else to take that remark, except as an assumption made about my heritage. I waited and heard nothing back from the shop for five days, so I gave them a call. Paul said my car needs so much work, it's giving five or six different codes and his scanner can't even read all of them. He said they needed to start swapping car parts to try to figure out the problems, and that I had an oil leak. It all struck me as dishonest, and a way to try to unfairly charge me for things my car doesn't need. I told him not to do any work on my car. He claimed 2.5 hours of work had been done on my car, and expected to charge me $200 for "diagnosing" my issues. Understandably, I was not willing to pay, as they did not truly diagnose my car, and I did not pay. All told, I wasted $250 towing my car to and from this shop. What a terrible experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PLACE!

Awesome, simply awesome. We had dropped off my e28 BMW and got an assessment on what it would take to repair the shift linkage. Originally my husband assessed it would be the bushings which is a common fail point. They discovered that there was a broken weld in a plate that holds the pivot point. They gave us an honest quote and worked with us and kept us informed. The first time we dropped it off he was not upset that we could not afford it and would be back, we returned the next month and they started work the minute the car left the trailer. We were very satisfied and the car performs better than when we bought it. Thanks a lot guys! You are amazing. This truly is a no pressure, customer first business.

These guys are top notch! Brought in my mom's Saab,(it's already super hard to find anyone to work on a Saab), they gave it an oil change and an inspection, didn't end up finding any problems, but they still waived the inspection fee!These guys are FAST and they do a great job for a very reasonable cost. I won't be taking the Saab anywhere else.Thanks Arturo!
