Great experience. Todd was great in helping me find a good deal on new tires within my budget. I knew my car was going to need some mechanical repairs as well. The team there went over everything thoroughly so I was able to get a good breakdown of these along with quotes. Brianna at the front desk was friendly and SO helpful! She took the time to help me prioritize my needed repairs so I could come up with a plan to get them done! I highly recommend the team at Federal Way Eagle Tire and Automotive!

I appreciated the customer service I received yesterday and having Todd explaining to me in words I could understand about the car.Since I really do not know much about cars. One thing I did not appreciate is when I went in my car both seats were tilt back -all the way back the radio was blasting Spanish music when I turned on the ignition and the steering wheel was filthy, even though its all black in my car when I got home and washed my hands a lot of the dirt came off, whatever it was, I also had to wipe near the door handle for this was dirty as well with black dirt, they used to have paper down below to cover the carpet as well, don't they do this anymore, I like to know that my car was kept cleaned and nothing was touched on the inside but obviously this wasn't the case, please pass this on for I do not think its O.K. to play around inside customers car.

Eagle Tires and Automotive is a high quality, honest and friendly place to have my car repaired. I always get excellent service and everything is explained to me before any work is done. I've only had excellent service on having my car repaired. The personnel are friendly, helpful, courteous and patient.

Recently I had my 2010 Ford Escape in for transmission work. I was specific in the repair work I wanted done, and my still charged a $175 diagnostic fee. The technician found the same problem that I had already previously stated. I asked if the diagnosis fee could be applied towards the cost of the repair and was told "no". They charged me another $800 for the work they performed, which did not fix the problem and left me still with a broken transmission, just a "shinier" band-aid. These guys are conman, just trying to make a buck. Definitely do not recommend and lost a customer after years of business with them.

Either this shop or Pacific Motor Companies straight up lying to me and my insurance company. Picked up the car this Saturday after 2 repeat visits for a persistent issue and they blamed it on PMC changing 1 tire yet their notes to my insurance company don t say a tire was replaced. Luckily I have everything recorded even the persistent issues and everything I was told. We will find out who is lying, which shop, soon enough.

Had my car for almost 2 months and never called me. Had to go there myself to see why it was taking so long. Then they told me that they were waiting on me to order parts. Why would I have to order parts??? They also never sent any information to my insurance so I had to basically take care of that myself. Finally got the car back and 2 of the wires running to my spark plugs weren t even hooked up, my emergency brake was broken and held by zip ties, and the trunk lock wasn t even installed properly. Don t go here. Bunch of clowns

Manager and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to squeeze me in on a weekend, and their customer service was top-notch. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my car up and running in reasonable time. Will definitely go back again.

This place. What the...I paid them $1600 to fix my car and they didn't do anything. They fixed something that wasn't even broken. Tried working it out with them but this serge guy screamed at my girlfriend and accused me of not knowing how to put gas in a car. Smh. Now my car is broken down again with the same issue and they took all my money to not fix the car. Absolutely the worst car experience in my life. do not do business here. Theyre going to do the same to you. Not trust worthy and wouldn't actually do anything to fix the car despite missing multiple days of work, having to walk miles to and from their shop, waiting countless hours broken down on the side of the road, all because they don't want to do a job they were paid good money for. $1600 is no small amount of money. I heard the guy who used to own the place was a good man. Too bad I can't say the same for the new owner.

Came in just before closing needing a tire mounted on a wheel they said i was to late. Then the same man followed me out and said give me the rim and tire i got it for ya. I really needed this done and he was a life saver and took his time to do the job right. When i asked what i owed him he said ah dont worry about it. So i gave him a tip and told him to take his wife out for dinner. He tried to refuse but one good deed brings another. Thank you eagle tire you got a new customer tonght.

We are a couple of Canadians that needed unexpected repairs on our camper van while traveling. The gents at eagle tire were kind honest and worked hard on what ended up being a complicated repair. They did a great job and finished quickly. We're very grateful.Services: Tires, Brake service & repairServices: Tires, Brake service & repair

I went in on a Saturday a month ago when I smelled my brakes burning. The gentleman at the counter was polite as I explained the situation. I asked if he'd be willing to take a look and he declined. He wouldn't even step outside. He proceeded to tell me it would be a $ 1800 repair. How would he know? He never even glanced. Anyone who quotes pricing without looking should be avoided. I'd rather be told they're simply not interested in my repair job. I did not get his name but I wanted to give at least 2 stars for being polite.

We have taken our cars to Eagle for more than 20 years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They take good care of our vehicles. They add the personal touch to each service job with a thank you card in the mail from the owner afterwards.

I have been having problems with my radiator and when I called they told me the shop fee was 65$ to have my car looked at and as soon as I walked in there the price DOUBLED to $120. They called and left a voicemail when finished with diagnostic and price of about $700 + tax for new radiator. BUT once we actually spoke to them over the phone the price went up almost $200 somehow to $900+ tax. When I asked WHY the price went up I was given no explanation and they refused to honor the original price they told me in the voicemail NOR would they take even $20 bucks off or any discount because of miscommunication and THEIR error. I m not convinced they are being honest . I was in a situation where I had to get my car fixed that day otherwise I would have gone somewhere else! Customer service certainly not their strong suite!

We've only gone a couple times but we really like them. They are very honest. They tell us when we don't need a service which I've never had at the big name places, according to other places our cars are always on the verge of collapse. Thanks for being honest.

Got a diagnostic on my car today, These guys are so honest even though it wasn t the best news I really appreciate the time he took to talk to me about what needed to be repaired on my car. He also gave me a lot of great advice for the near future. They will be my go to place from now on. Thank you guys so much you are appreciated. Paige Sauer,

At one time, I left these guys a 5 star review and then had a less than stellar experience. I left a 2 star review after that. The manager, John, called me. He made it right, so I am leaving a five star review again. Mistakes happen and are to be expected. As long as someone is willing to admit their mistakes and attempt to make it better, it's all anyone can ask for. I recommend Eagle.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

I haven't been there, but have heard about this company. Now, I read all the reviews and it seems like those that wrote with details of their problem, the person that wrote back seems to have the same answer, never heard of this person, or no record of this person. Other reviews all they say is, great company, or honest company, not to many of them would write what was the car taken in for. I would for sure read the reviews before you call or even take your car there. Again, I haven't taken my car there, I just read the reviews and not happy what I read. I gave a 1 star not to hurt their ratings, I gave a 1 star because of the answers he gave to the low stars, not to professional.

Dont go here. I'm no genius but when I walked in and spoke to them I could tell they were getting over on people with the types of prices they charge and the things they said might need work without any proof. My screen name is not my real name, so before the owner tries to write back like he does in the other reviews saying he has no record of me coming in, that is why. I went in. I wont go back.No matter how much the owner protest, everyone on this review board cant be lying. Maybe they should take self accountability and change their ways.Edit: I went in. And in response to the owners review, it doesnt matter if I identity myself. You all are shady. Do you want me to identity myself so you can attack me?To others I say, if you believe me or not, there are enough bad reviews to show this is not a good place.

We have taken our cars to Eagle Tire for about 20 years, because they do excellent work, their rates are reasonable, and they are courteous and conscientious. In all those years, the two times something small was missed, they were grateful to be told about it, fixed it, and made sure the person who had done the work knew about it. We trust Eagle Tire to do the work and to give us excellent advice on all matters related to our cars.

Very affordable, I needed a 60000 mile tune up on my car and I can really only forward just the tune up portion. I left him know and I appreciate the fact that they just did only what I asked them to do, normally when you go as a woman into any automotive place they think that they can just Hoodwink and swindle You by making you pay for extra stuff that you don't need done or want done, very nice and very fast

RESPONSE TO RON'S RESPONSE (typing here since I dont see another way to respond)-While I appreciate your response you actually made it worse. You admitted that I told you about my H&R Lowering Springs. How can you say that I have stock ride height when I have H&R Lowering Springs?! Incredible...I wouldn't trust this place to put a new tire on my Wheel Barrow!I went to Northshore Automotive this morning and they were very professional, nice and performed the alignment without any issues. They even gave me a 10% off for being a Veteran!ORIGINAL POSTING- I wish that I read the other reviews discussing Eagle Tire & Automotives (AKA Kurosky Tire) Bait and Switch tactics before I took a day off to get my car serviced experiencing the following incident. On June 25th at 0855hrs I arrived for the 0900hrs appointment. A male (later identified as Serge) met me half way as I was walking to the store. He wasn't wearing any clothing or name tag identifying that he was an employee of Eagle Tire & Automotive. He immediately asked if I was there for the alignment. I confirmed that I was and he got very negative stating that my car was lowered/modified and that it would cost extra. (When a vehicle is properly lowered it does not take extra time to set the toe or perform an alignment.) He stated "I don't know who you talked to but it would cost at least $125 to put it on the alignment rack and will probably cost more." I showed him my notes from when I made the appointment that I spoke with Ron and that the price was $89.50. He said that Ron was the owner but that he wouldn't have said that. I again stated that the car wasn't pulling or have any issues and felt that we just needed to adjust the "toe". I asked him to call Ron to verify my conversation and that this was a simple alignment. Serge called Ron while turned away from me and spoke very quietly. Once he was off the phone with Ron I was informed "Ron informed me that he specifically asked if your car was lowered/modified and you told him no...it's stock". (Completly untrue as I volunteered that my car was lowered with H&R springs and no issues other than I just installed new outer tie rod ends and wanted it aligned when I phoned in the appointment.) I again stated that this was already discussed but he stated that it would be $125 minimum to start. I denied the "bait and switch" tactic and informed him that I would never give them my business again and would inform others to prevent them having the same experience. This completely unprofessional experience was horrible which is why I'm taking the time to write this to assist others.

Refused to do my alignment because he insisted my car was pulling side to side due to bald tires, I asked him for a set of tires and he refused to sell me tires and insisted I go get tires and my problem would go away, I asked him to sell me tires and he told me no again and said go get tires than set up another appointment for my alignment. Told him I wouldn't waste my time coming back.

I am newer to Washington. I became aware of this location through a coupon for an oil change/ tire rotation I received in the mail. I took my Armada in for the oil change and tire rotation approximately a month ago. Oil change service was fine. Tires were not rotated. I know this because one tire had a slow leak (valve stem) and is still in the same position as it was before, I had to to air it up when it got colder. During the service they did remove my tires (never rotated them)and brought me in to the shop to pitch a new set for purchase and new brakes, my tires are 2 years old so maybe, maybe not on the tires. The brakes I knew I needed new rotors and pads (completed a week after visit at a different service center.) The quotes offered by Eagle were much to high, so I shopped around saving hundreds. When my brakes were serviced by the different shop, the technician informed me I was missing the locking nut on my back left wheel. The only place this would have happened was Eagle, (Eagle didn t advise the locking nut was missing a week prior when they serviced the vehicle). I contacted Eagle and they advised a manager would return my call which never happened. I ended up buying my own replacement lug nut. Overall the staff is friendly and polite. The prices are too high in my opinion and shopping around saved me a good deal of money. The unnerving thing is that with something simple to make right (the lug nut) they didn t follow through. Even more disappointing is that I paid for the rotation of my tires which was not completed. The tires were off the vehicle but only to upsale services. Will not return.

Had tires I wanted and fitted me in for oil change as well. Nice tech, John, at desk. Did work asked for and said fluid levels were good. After paying leaving I found break fluid level at low level and had to go back for then to add solution.

Fantastic local business. Dave helped me choose two new quality tires I could afford as well as an alignment. I called every tire store in Tacoma before choosing Eagle because the price was BETTER for a higher quality product/service. I would have spent more on less had I gone anywhere else. I live in Seattle and I will be coming back to Eagle because they are the best.
