Out of state buyers beware! I purchased a 911 GT3 from this group about 2 months ago. At first, customer service was great. Quick responses to my online inquiry about the car and all questions were answered promptly. We agreed on a price and funds were wired immediately. That s where they eared the first star. After that, it s been a complete and total nightmare dealing with this group. As of this post, I still don t have tags or title. Typically they won t respond within the same day as my email, call or text. Once I do reach them, there is always another step for them to complete the transaction. I don t get the feeling I m dealing with bad people, but rather poorly trained and mismanaged staff. Until the owner puts the time in to properly run a dealership selling exotics, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The aggravation of dealing with this group is not worth it. If you do decide to buy, I would recommend adding hard dates and liquidated damages to the contract for not meeting them.

Great business! Before: They got the car I was interested in up to the Federal Way store and ready to drive at the appointed time. During: plenty of time to look at and drive the car; full disclosure; negotiated a great price. After: took care of a very minor body part as promised; also stepped up on a windshield wiper a month after I bought the car (they bought it and replaced it for me). Everyone in this company is probably top-notch but, specifically, Alex is the guy who took care of me so well in Federal Way. I would recommend Boyko to friends and family without reservation!

I just bought my 2nd vehicle from these guys! They are so patient, understanding and willing to work with you. They are not the "pushy" type of guys! I definitely trust these guys.

Boyko Motors really came through for us. They helped us find the car we were looking for very quickly and I particularly like that they made the entire financing process extremely easy and quick. We love our new Tesla Model 3. We were able to circumvent the extremely long pre-order process and I think that s awesome! The entire experience was fantastic and I definitely recommend.

By far the best car-buying experience my husband and I have ever been through. We worked with Bryan Perez and he was really patient, informative, and flexible. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Bryan was super communicative, and was able to meet us at the price-point we were comfortable with. Super stoked on out new-to-me car. We were in and out in literally 30 minutes.

This was our first experience with them. And they were amazing! We live in Oregon and did everything over the phone which was so easy! I have never had an easier process buying a car than with this company! They have some amazing sweet beautiful cars in their inventory! If your looking for a one of a kind car with an easy quick process and super nice people! You need to go to this place!

Buying cars is always a hassle, I have never spent less than 6 hours stuck at a dealership while they run the numbers. Boyko Motors on the other hand was a COMPLETELY different experience.I had the pleasure of working with Alex, he knew all the details about each car I inquired about without having to look it up on his phone or ask others. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful with the process.I 100% recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price with the best customer experience.Ask for Alex and thank me later.Ps. Finally have my dream car. A beautiful Wicked White Mitsubishi Evolution X MR Touring was my first big financial purchase and it couldn t have gone any smoother buying with Boyko Motors. Bryan Perez helped out every step of the way even though I was nervous like any young adult would be making a car purchase. And to top it off Bryan took care of the delivery even though I live 3 hours away! I m extremely satisfied with my auto purchase with Boyko Motors.

Just purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima from this place, overall the experience was great, Alex and staff were able to work within my budget and get me into this car which i already fell in love with, they were truthful, patient and kind throughout the entire process. Purchased vehicle a couple month ago, sales person was friendly and was helpful. I do not trust their mechanics/inspection as we are already needing to replace our transmission. It's not even worth reaching out to them about it.

I understand that we are all human. Mistakes happen. We can miss a small or large problem even when doing task. I bought a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT. It was a car I always wanted since I was like 10. Well it was great for the 3 weeks it ran on its old engine. The engine happened to stop working. The warranty company I was sold from Boyko at first was hesitant, very hesitant to do much for the replacement. I finally called back the dealership Boyko I bought the vehicle from. They had me tow the Legacy to the shop they work with to fix and tune vehicles. Yes I agreed to pay for the tow since I understand that none were available. I waited around 2 to 3 weeks and I talked with them. Then one morning I woke up to find out that Boyko and the shop they work with had talked to the warranty company, which finally agreed to not only replace the engine, but do so with a brand new engine. Before you leave a negative review (this is to other buyers), please remember that it can take more then some time, but it's worth the time, it takes time to call them when they accidentally forget to call back, because we can't remember everything all the time, it's a human not a robot we are talking about. Also not pointing fingers is a great way to go about fixing problems. It reduces drama and stress for everyone. That's how I did it. I left out blame because I don't believe in pointing fingers. Once again thank you Boyko and especially the service center where Tracey ( I spelled the name wrong I think) helped keep both Boyko and me up to date and on the same page. Definitely one of the few places I actually recommend others. Even before I got a car from them I still recommended others because I know a trust worthy place when I see one.

These guys are absolutely rockstars!I saw my dream car the Tesla Model 3 Performance on their website via cars.com search.Within minutes I sent my application and next day I was immediately approved! At $13,000 down 5% apr. Now it may seem high for many, but I wasn t approved by Tesla, on another hand Capital One auto financing wanted $22k and 9% apr!These guys were able to get my rates and down payment to half! They just really know their stuff and can get anyone approved, legitimately.They even did the tinting for me while I was out of town, held the car for me for almost a month as a special courtesy as I traveled for work.Really THE BEST customer service and transaction. No pushy sales people and all the guys are really cool.Had the car for 2 months and put 10k miles on it not a single issue. Except for when the 12 v battery died and needed replacement, other than that car was flawless!

Great place, I worked with Bryan to get a used 2009 Nissan 370z. Very clean, no used car lot trick to make the car seem perfect when they show it to you but break down after drive it home. I came in after work at around 6:00 pm and Bryan worked with me till roughly 8:00pm. Homeboy even let me charge my phone at his desk.

Bought a 04 Infiniti G35 here for 14k with 5k down. It broke down after 2 days of not driving it with a parasitic battery drain that still hasn't been figured out. I would have discovered this earlier if it wasn't my daily driver. If you guys would like to take your car back that would be great. There's only 6k left on the loan and you guys can probably sell it again for 13k to another poor soul.

Leo and I go back a couple years to when I was in the market for my first car loan. I was looking to get into a Subaru STi. I had met an older gentleman down in Auburn one night at Fred Meyer, who had just bought a super clean 2004 STi from the guys up here at Boyko, and he could not say enough good things about the business and his experience. A few weeks later I found a 2004 STi for sale in Vancouver, WA and I drove down to check it out. I then put a $500 deposit on the car and went home to finish financing through BECU. Long story short, the guy who was selling had never registered it in his name, and it had an Oregon Rebuilt Title from theft that he did not disclose until after I put the deposit down. Refusing to refund me I thought I was out $500. I then called up Leo and asked if there was anything he could do. That Saturday, he drove all the way down to Vancouver with me to check out the car. We both test drove it, and we brought it over to a friend of his who had a dealership in Portland, where his mechanic got underneath it and checked it out for me. When it came time to pay for the car, the seller would not accept a check and release the car same day as the banks were closed. Having some foresight, Leo had cash to make the deal happen right then. He did charge me a fee to basically buy the car and re-sell it to me, to get financing to work on the out of state rebuilt title and work with the registration issue. However, he also spent the better half of the entire day, on a Saturday, AND had his mechanic do an inspection of the car before I made the purchase. I can tell you he charged me less than $1,000 and went completely above and beyond to help me get into the car. Leo is a good guy that will go the distance for his customers and take care of them to the best of his ability. Check out Boyko if you are looking for your next ride, you won't regret it.

I have bought 2 cars from Dmitri at Boyko Motors and had the best experience both times! He got me a great trade in value both times which was a huge decision point for me. He was very communicative over phone & texting before I came in as well, answering all my questions, and also not being too pushy. When I was there in person, he gave me all the information I needed about a number of cars to make the best decision for me.I'd recommend Boyko to anyone! And if you are lucky enough to work with Dmitri I guarantee you'll never buy a car from anywhere else. This guy deserves a raise!

After hours wasted at a different dealership, sitting there I found a Boyko Motors car listing. I called and by the time we got there the car was ready for us to test drive. Jesus was wonderful, had everything ready and waiting for us, he wasn't pushy and he was super transparent about pricing. The car was in amazing shape and they gave us an great deal! After the day we had, I feel like they really took care of us.
