They are always nice, knowledgeable and helpful! Stopped by to pick up new wiper blades on a rainy day and the guy who helped me even offered multiple times to change them out for me. Super nice offer, but I was on a time crunch. (Good selection of high-quality wiper blades too.)

I came in for a new tail light bulb, and the employees greeted me in a friendly manner. I had brought in the bulb and an employee took me right away to the bulb section and handed me the bulb I needed. I was impressed.

Walked in to get some coolant. Scott the store manager was barely visible at a register I could t tell if he was in the phone or working on something so I asked is this lane open? He replied by I am standing right here in a very rude manner. I set my coolant down told him he had a bad attitude and walked out he asked me not to return which will not be an issue. AutoZone may want to rethink or at least review their customer service policies. Scott have a good day

Shout out to Harley at the Auto Zone on 21st Th Ave.FederalWay Wa.We had a locked door and could not figure out how to open and close it,he came out in the rain and immediately was able to open it,thank you Harley

Won't help you outside with a check engine light after 5pm for their personal safety, your open until 10pm!I am not local, this must be a very unsafe location to be unfortunately for me that is not helpful.

Employees are very rude and disgusting they like to hang up the phone when you're in the middle of a sentence trying to explain the car problem also rude in person if he ever talks to me the same way he will need dentures.

Great service! Went in to get a part for my car, staff was friendly and fast .. I was very thankful that I was able to get a refund without any problems, I had a receipt and didn t need the part. Great service! Keep up the great customer service it rare nowadays!

Came by last night to get my battery charged after an accident and it sitting a while at the body shop. Had a great experience with Vincent. Went above and beyond to help my family and I despite them being short staffed and it being night shift and the other associates not wanting to help (as mentioned in a previous review I see down below, had a bad interaction with the manager, was pretty rude). However Vincent was very friendly to us and our toddler and demonstrated great customer service!!!

Bought a battery. Battery works fine for now. Helpfull staff. Even Kent me a tool when I made a mistake dropped a part in the car while I was installing battery. Only draw back here... they don't have stage that can do simple installs.

I had bought a new battery for a classic car and didn't realize there was a power draw. The next week when I needed to move the vehicle the battery was dead despite leaving my charger/maintainer on it. I brought the battery back and asked if they could replace it for me as I needed to move the vehicle that day. They did so no questions asked. Thank you!

I come here for all of my auto needs, I pick up oil, filter, engine coolan. Scott the manager is always helpful. I appreciate the fact that he always explains the products to me.A example would be synthetic oil versus non synthetic oil and vehicles that have high mileage. Anyway my son in law who does all of my mechanical work verified all that Scott said without me telling him what Scott said. I saved money by not purchasing the synthetic.

When you thought customer service was dead, here comes Joshua saving my dads retirement trip. Just his customer services and reassurance alone help calm my dad fix his car problem and get him back on the road. Thank you again from California. I ve been getting the runaround from a few different employees and he really stepped in and got it done. I would like to thank Mike at autozone Federal way for his help. Mike went above and beyond making sure we get the help we need. It was busy around 8pm-10pm but we were still getting a 5 star service from Mike but also his co workers. There was also an older lady there too that was also helpful not only to me but all the customers. Again thank you guys and may God bless y'all for a job well done.

Friendly employees ready to help. Had a light out on my Toyota and needed a 10mm socket to get the rear light housing open. Guys gladly lent it to me so I could change the bulb with the replacement I bought from them. Very nice thing to do indeed.

If you notice what day it is you will understand my rate , very nice on the phone when I called about a part 45 minutes before they closed I said I be then in 37 minutes. When I get there the guy had the part on the counter waiting for me still very nice, we even talked a little bit before I left. I never felt hurried even know I was in a hurry

I was told my car battery was starting to go bad,I went to AutoZone for a second opinion and battery test,the guy was very helpful and tested the battery Sure enough it said replace on the hand held tester. I purchased a new battery and he even installed it for me for free just before the big cold snap. Everyone there is very helpful and professional. I would recommend them over other parts stores because of their stellar customer service. Terry Albin

Jumped my battery to drive to this autozone for a battery check. Sorry, there s only 2 of us, we cant do that service. Ok, where can I go then? I don t know, another Autozone? Would have literally taken 2-3 minutes to check my battery the same amount of time it takes to help each customer. Hire some people with a little enthusiasm and energy instead of this jerkoff

Very rude Manager. Went to go drop off some old oil. It was the third time in a row. They wouldn't take it because their container was full. As I told him it was the third time I've been trying to drop it off. He just told me how is that his problem and then mouthed off as he walked away from me.

I needed a battery because the one I had was going dead. They were great to assist me in getting the proper battery. They even let borrow tools so I could put the new one in. I was very impressed with their customer service and assistance.
