Highly recommend Model Garage. They work fast, but efficiently, and never charge you an arm & a leg for your services. We picked up a nail on a long road trip and they had us in the same day and had my tire fixed within a few hours, for a fraction of the cost compared to shops in the city!

It is worth the wait to have the Model staff service my car. Their quality workmanship and professionalism are gold standards and their competitors should take lessons from them. Another surprise is that the staff displays genuine positive attitude amongst themselves! I could go on and on.

You will not find a better garage to work on your cars. I know these people well and have for 20 years. I used to live near by but am now in Seattle and I gladly make the drive to have these amazing people work on my cars when they need servicing!This a Family run business and have for the most part kept the same employees all these years!The nicest people in the world!!!

These guys are amazing. The only downside is that the weight is long to get in. Even so, they are honest and reasonably priced. They're friendly. My wife is not made to feel condescended to. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently bought a 98 Dodge Ram 4x4. It was making some scary noise so I took it to the Model garage. They're busy people over there,, but they got me in within a weeks time.. my wheel bearings were toast,, one wheel ready to fall off.. they automatically did them both,, knowing it it should be done for safety basically.. No more noise and its fine now..t hey do great work, and I didn't get raked over the coals price wise. I thank you guys again, and I will be back. M.J.S.

From the owner down to the guys working on your cars, these guys are pros. And they are honest. I've been using this garage for over 30 years. They stand behind their work and make it right if there is an issue. I have absolute trust and confidence in them.

Broke down next to Model Garage last Saturday. Slept in our car there at the gas station next door with my kids on Sunday, as there is no hotel there and the shop is closed on Sundays. It was freezing and my truck had no power at all. Woke up at 6 on Monday morning and went to a local coffee shop to get warm and wait until the mechanic shop opened up. Once opened they got me on the schedule for the day, which I was grateful for but it cost me a hot bill, even though I provided my own alternator. Super long and expensive and not fun day adventure. They fixed it and it got us home back to Sumner but it s now making new noises. I think it probably would have been smarter and cheaper to have it towed back home. Oh well.

My first time using this garage. I went to them because another garage was going to charge $100 for a brake inspection. Model said they d do it for free. My brakes were rubbing really bad and loud. Got my truck in the next morning. They inspected the brakes, adjusted them so they didn t squeak, and told me how much I had left. All at no charge!!!!! I will definitely use them as my go-to while I am living in the area.Service: Brakes

Great place to go for automotive services...but so busy they make appointments 3 weeks out which is difficult at times, so you need to be flexible. They have awesome customer service and have taken great care of us over the past 5 years. Thanks guys

Quick,friendly,and very reasonably priced. They went to work immediately, not later in the day. Other places give you an appointment and don't start working on your car until later. Not here.

Had an emergency where a metal plate was dragging from the underside of my car, and they fixed it totally free of charge. Highly recommend!
