Buying my Hyundai Tucson from United Auto Group was an all around great experience. Han was great to work with and a very nice guy. The Tucson needed something repaired and since I was still interested Han kept me informed of its status and after repairs he drove it for a couple of days to verify that everything was good. I had a pre-approved credit union loan and he made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend Han and United Auto Group to anyone who is looking to buy a clean, quality used vehicle.

I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest delaship. They will tell you the truth. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. I have bought two cars from them and they are very good cars. I plan to buy another one from them end of this year and give it as a present to my son. Great owner and very honest sometimes too honest.

You know the saying don t go grocery shopping while hungry? That is what happened here. I take full responsibility for not walking away when the red flags started to show. I purchased a car here a month and a half ago. I have already had to put almost 4,000 in repairs since. Test drive went fine then two weeks later the dash lit up. Fixed that then the car started leaking all the coolant out of the car. You know those pre-purchase inspections? If you buy from here, I implore you, to make the time to do it with these vehicles. Like I said, I ignored the red flags that began during the appointment, knowing I was taking a risk with a used car no matter what. Event went with a coworker whom bought from them prior. But I will never purchase from here again, considering how much work had to be done within a short amount of time. I know car prices have surged in recent years, and you will be tempted by their prices. But this is an example of you get what you pay for and then some. In hindsight, I would save up a little more and go somewhere else.

I didn't end up buying a car because the owner is immensely honest and has unshakable integrity. He walked me through every piece of work that had been done on the car and insisted that I take it for an extended test drive to see if an issue he'd experienced recently was just a fluke or an actual concern. He's a good man, and if I'd had just a little more money to work with, I would have purchased another car from his lot.

Han at this hidden gem car lot United Auto Group was a game-changer! Even though we already had a car in mind, Han made the experience unforgettable. They've got a excellent selection, but you'll need your own financing. Han went above and beyond to ensure our targeted car was the right fit for my daughter. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable!

I recently bought a used car here and had a great experience. They kept me informed about the car and were quick to respond to my emails. The buying process went smoothly and I got my registration and license plate quickly as well. Would definitely recommend this place for a used car

Went to so many dealerships until we randomly came to check this one out. Honestly the best dealership I ve been to. People are personable and amazing.Very professional and NOT pushy. They listened very carefully to what I specifically wanted and provided nothing less. My budget was very respected and they really worked with me to get me the best deal.I am SO happy I chose this place to buy from! Keep up the good work! I d highly recommend checking them out

Bought a car for my wife that we saw advertised. Went there and the salesman was direct with me and wife about price and condition of vehicle which was good. Price as lowest in state and we have been looking for a year. Great place to do business!

I purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey from this dealership. Very low pressure, extremely helpful, hospitable (offered coffee and sweets), and gave me the absolute best price I could find. Provided all of the history of the vehicle and discussed it with me. I didn t purchase the vehicle until we were both sure I wanted to buy it. Where can you even find that kind of service?Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family it s a no brainer.

I ve bought a Ford Fusion 2016 Hybrid. The car was in excellent condition, the price negotiation was smooth, the cost was reasonable, and the dealer was responsive and helpful whenever I needed help finding a part, even after months of buying the car.Definitely recommended

Car I was considering exceeded my expectations, salesmen were professional, no hassle, and I felt I was offered a fair deal and price. My few concerns were immediately addressed. I don't buy cars very often, but would return to them if the car I was hunting for was in their inventory

We purchased a pickup from United auto group. Han, the owner, was friendly and courteous, no pressure. He disclosed a known issue in advance and was willing to hold the vehicle for a week until we could get our financing in order. We have had the car for a month and so far are happy with it.

Very friendly and honest staff. Buying a used car can really be a stressful and hard process, but these guys made it almost pleasant. Best experience ever ever at a used car dealer.

Bought a car today for a "fair" price, that's in quotes because anyone buying a used car knows how ridiculous the prices are right nowHowever I had been looking for a 2007 or 2009 Honda odessy for days, found this one on a whim after another dealership never called me back. It had the lowest mileage and only a few minor things wrong. The owner was very honest about the things that didn't work he was easy to deal with and not pushy at all. He even took off $100 which wasn't much but still he didn't have to take off anything it was fair market price already for the low mileage. Great experience, would buy again.

I purchased a 2005 Toyota Camry from United Auto Group and could not be more satisfied. Living 1.5 hours away, Mike was to the point, forthright and honest about the condition of the car (he volunteered info about some scratches and a ding) over the phone before we made the trip so I wasn't surprised when we got there. We were in the market for 3 months trying to find a car for my daughter and had dealt with too many shady used car lots, so naturally, I was skeptical at first. The car was better than advertised and price was fair. These guys deserve the recognition they have earned by being honest businessmen.

Our experience buying a car from here was great. No hassle no pressure and quick. Details of the vehicle were given to us upfront and that made us feel comfortable and the gentleman helping us seemed very genuine. Doing the paperwork was quick and easy making the overall buying experience great! I will definitely recommend this place to family & friends!

Went to buy the car I wanted with me and my brother. Brother tested the dealer to see if there were any underlying conditions with the car and turned out there was none and the owner was truthful about everything he said about the car. I appreciate this type of honesty as there are many other dealers who would rip off customers to make ends meet. Thankful for this dealership for their honesty and would do business with them again in the future if I m in need of another vehicle!

Decent place. Normally I don t trust used car dealers but this guy was no pressure, nice, informative and the car had nothing wrong with it (it s been several weeks since I bought, and had it checked out by a mechanic).Not a bad spot to buy, definitely have it inspected though

Great place to purchase a used vehicle. The guy who worked with me to complete the documents and everything was very helpful, quick and honest. There was no pressure to buy, and they were upfront about the vehicle I purchased. It was a fair price and they even paid to fix the cracked tail light. The interior cleanliness of the vehicle wasn't the greatest, but it is what you'd expect from a 10 year old car. All in all, definitely check this place out if you are in the market for a vehicle

Easy to deal with and seems an upfront kind of guy. We discussed any problems with the vehicle and came to a mutual agreement on a fair price. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle here. The 2005 Ford Escape is exactly as he described it, runs great and I am happy with it.

Is a used car sales. You know what I mean. The guy told me that the pump that was in the trunk, is the new style of spare tires. If it goes flat, just plug it in and fill it up. I gave up. Just not my cup of tea.

I had a nice experience buying a car here. They don't pressure you to buy and they're straightforward about the condition of the vehicles and the process of buying. Overall, I got a fair deal and I left feeling good about the experience. Before buying a car, I was worried about difficult negotiations and dealing with pushy salespeople, but that was not an issue here.

These guys are great! No pressure, very friendly, easy to work with. I highly recommend starting here instead of a dealership. They don't offer financing, but that keeps their prices lower than the other guys. LOVE my 2015 Sonata Hybrid!

Extremely fair pricing; easy negotiation. The whole transaction took about 30 minutes! I'm extremely happy with my 2008 pathfinder purchase. Would highly recommend United Auto Group over a dealership experience. Clean organized office.

I purchased a Ford here a few days ago, and unfortunately my alternator went bad, but when I called they had me come in and are fixing it for me. Mind you I bought it as is and they did not have to do this for me. They are nice and do not pressure you for a sale. If you are in need of a good use vehicle and want good customer service, then this is the place for you. I love the Ford I purchased here.
