The mechanics here are superb, Craig was my service guy , highly recommends for your automobile needs. They're diagnosis and maintenance to repair my BMW 328 xDrive 2014 was excellent. I will trust this shop for my future repair needs. 5

If you have a BMW take your car somewhere else. Took X5 in for check engine light. They had vehicle for 3 days and couldn t diagnose it. They then left rag inside engine bay blocking water drain and left OBD reader hanging. After spending $600 for nothing but an oil change and brake fluid service.They also said to no longer come back after pointing out that they failed at their job. If you re a disabled Veteran/military take your business elsewhere.Attorney General complaint filed along with BBB.

Craig and team have been nothing short of fantastic. I was referred to them by my work (auto dealership) as we send all of our cars that they work on to them.I now take my 2016 BMW and they can typically fit me in quickly, are flexible with my schedule, and reasonably priced compared to the manufacturer dealership who wanted outrageous money for simple things. They even replaced my key fob battery while getting my oil change after I held off for about 4 months due to sheer laziness on my part lol. They are incredibly friendly and even send Christmas cards! As long as I have my BMW, I will continue to go to Turnkey.

These guys are great. My new go-to mechanic shop for problems I can't figure out myself. They are extremely nice and respectful, and surprisingly fast on fixing issues. I am very glad I choose Turn Key Auto Service to help me with my vehicle repairs.They will charge a fair rate, they know what they are doing, and they work hard to make sure your car is to your satisfaction.There is no one else I know of in this state that will provide this level of service and respect for the price.

VERY honest and caring professionals. My usual shop gave me a huge estimate so I came here to get a second opinion. They told me I don't need most of those things and did a great job at a reasonable price. I had already been bringing my other 2 cars to Turn Key so I trusted them. I've never been disappointed!

These guys are great. They're professional and they know what they're doing. We've had Volvos repaired here for years. Craig also implemented excellent pandemic precautions. Very impressive. If you have an issue with the vehicle that they suspect you can fix for less, they'll diagnose it and give you all the info you need. We trust them completely.

I took my car to this shop when I had a check engine light on. It was easy to coordinate drop off via email. The staff was polite and friendly. They completed a pretty thorough inspection of my car and gave me a list of items that should be addressed in the near future. I was pleasantly surprised when they didn't charge me a dime. Because they couldn't address any of the issues (they don't usually work on Hondas), I didn't have to pay. However, it was worth a lot to me to know that my clutch was okay and what the engine light codes were. For me, it was a great value at a generous price!

We have both of our Volvos serviced here. After our Volvo dealership changed owners, we decided we needed to find a new place for routine maintenance on our cars. The prices here are reasonable, and when our cars have had any issues, they have been diagnosed and repaired quickly. The staff is friendly, and professional, and they are great about explaining issues so that you understand what is needed and anticipated costs before the repairs begin. Great folks!

Absolutely awesome. It's hard to find quality repair shops, primarily with European cars. This place rocks. Craig is extremely good at updates and more than fair with pricing. Very professional place and turn around time is outstanding. I have used Turn Key on several occasions, their service is consistent... 5 stars all the way!

I took my 2001 BMW 330i here with oil and coolant leaks and one of the employees named Craig was very nice and helped me figure out what exactly was wrong and optional plans of action to see what was affordable and what was needed , they have a recommendations for future visit and they try not to add on more problems then is needed. First time that I took my car to a shop and it won't be the last. They even waited for me past shop hours to pick my car up. Thanks Turn key auto.

100% recommend!!! Just had the 3rd service with them on my XC60 Volvo. Happy every time. You can trust them to tell you the truth about what needs to be repaired and for how much. I get repairs when needed and also regular maintenance/oil changes. Honest and great service!!!

I've been taking my 1991 E30 convertible there for 2 years now. They do excellent work for a fair price. Just bought a x3 and need to replace transfer servo motor. They save me $$$ since they didn't need to replace the whole thing but just the plastic gear that was worn. I'm so happy I found them and they are great people to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Craig and team always do a great job on my BMW. I never feel pressured to do unnecessary repairs and they always keep me informed on what's going on with my car. Would reccomend them to anyone.

Honest, Trustworthy, Integrity, Fair prices, Friendly. Just a few of the words to describe the team at Turnkey. We have as much work done there as possible (Honda & 2 Acuras). Recently took our 2012 Odyssey in for a clunking noise when turning. They did a diagnosis (no charge), & indicated they could fix it, but we should take it to the local Honda dealer, as it would possibly be covered under warranty. The Honda dealer was going to charge us for a diagnosis unless the work was in fact covered by warranty. Turnkey's diagnosis was correct, it was covered under warranty. Result: van fixed at Honda dealer - who get low rating for poor customer care, and Turnkey - continued stellar rating for putting their customer first.Dec 2017 Update: Reiterating the review. Can always count on them to give a fair estimate, and only on work that needs to be done. Highly recommended

I am so pleased with this place. Craig helped repair my car for a converter issue. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary repairs or parts, and when I asked if I needed certain repairs, he said no and only told me what absolutely needed repair. He even fixed my trunk latch for free! Most honest and efficient auto repair place I've ever been too, and it will most likely be the only place I go to now. My car runs beautifully now! I'd recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely happy right now!

I found Turn Key through a dear friend. I had traveled up from Oregon to visit her and my car started to overheat. I knew I had to deal with it quickly and didn t want to take it to a random mechanic. She called Pat and he said bring it up and I ll take a look He stayed late, checked it out and got back to me with a reasonable quote that night! As I had limited time he made sure it was taken care of quickly and was so professional in his communication. Their shop is very tidy and I felt heard and respected, which sadly isn t always the case when I ve tried to communicate car concerns with a mechanic. I have used the services here for 2-3 years. These gentlemen are helpful and fair way beyond the call of duty. I have asked for advice many times about cars I've been shopping for, questioned diagnoses from dealership service depts., etc. They gladly offer their opinions which are always given with regard to my best interest, not theirs. Never met such trustworthy people in this industry.

The most honest mechanic shop I have ever been to! Have a 91 volvo that kept dying on me! they quoted me a price up to 250$ they had my car for a month he worked on it drove it all around and could not find a problem.... They charged me NOTHING. any other shop would have charged me a lot! and my volvo has not died at all! I have a 2007 Honda Civic, was having problem with the car stalling and stopping and shaky at times on lower speed. Dealership was either trying me to sell and buy a new one of cost me upwards of 1K fix and diagnose fee of 150 dollars. Came to Turn a Key was referred by my friend and he checked said not a big deal the A/C alternator was jammed and causing the car to stall due to excessive load, he fixed it for the cost of part and labor haven't looked back since, he is my goto shop since then, new brakes, oil change any issues i call him go there and his estimate and timing for the job makes it so efficient. Blessed to have a genuine mechanic in the area now.

With my lack of knowledge of Mini Coopers they could have easily screwed me. Instead they fixed what I thought was going to be a new A/C unit without replacing it. Great place. Seems very honest.

Very good experience, professional and very easy to speak with. Prices were more reasonable than other establishments I've taken my car to including the mercedes dealership, and I will be coming back.

Please see my yelp review about how they are thieves and wouldn t credit me the hour of labor that they spent 2 months prior on the same thing and then oddly my clutch goes out after driving it less than 5 miles...check their response. Super unprofessional, I will be going elsewhere for future work.

Great service and prices. Customer service was excellent, this is a shop I'll be returning to for years to come. Did a great job with my Tacoma, highly recommend this shop.
