I called in advance to have a chip repaired on my windshield. Get to the place and they said they couldn t fix. No reason why. It is not bad enough to replace the windshield. Less than an inch big. Dont even waste your time, horrible location, poor staff.

After hitting a deer and damaging my windshield I was referred to Simon's auto glass by a friend of mine and I am very happy with the quick and courteous service, I called Friday and Simon was kind enough to drive from Everett to granite falls to replace my windshield and was all done by Saturday afternoon on memorial day weekend.I am very thankful for them and wouldn't hesitate to request their services again.

I had a windshield that was hard to find, but Simon was able to get one and communicated with me while I waited. As soon as he had it, he called me and we were able to schedule the install quickly at my house. Very fast, very efficient, and flawless install. Thanks guys!

Truck was broken into back window shattered, called Simons, he fit me in the morning of the next day, installed in less than an hour and vacuumed broken glass. New window matched factory tint of 2002 GMC, Pd $245+ tax. To me a very fair price, for a very professional job.

Simon was very accommodating when we made the appointment. He got us in quickly and worked hard to source us the OE windshield for our car at a good price. However, it was not completed as promised and when we called, we got contradictory answers as to whether it was finished and Simon became quite rude. When went to pick up the car, the installation was less than satisfactory; it was not aligned and fitted properly to the shape of the frame. Apparently, Simon was having some other issues, which were causing him stress and which he projected onto us. In the end, it was a very unpleasant experience, to the point we did not want to return to his place to have the windshield redone and properly fit into our car.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great service. I live on an island with no drive on ferry service (cars have to be brought here on a barge). Needed a new windshield and had a very hard time finding anyone willing to come out on my boat or if they would, it was for an astronomical price. Simon came out on a Sunday for a VERY fair price, did the work quickly, and it looks like it is factory original. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend him!

The cheapest, and BEST service I've seen. $215 for my windshield replacement where everywhere else was quoting me over $300, got me in on 0 notice and even did the replacement after closing time. And it only took 30 minutes!Nice family business deserving of your love

Rock chip repair, did a great job, handled it fast and now I don't have to worry about it anymore.Very thankful they provide a rock chip repair serviceand you can speak to someone over the phone almost immediately during business hours.

Thank you for being so kind and repairing my window on such short notice. My car was broken into and glass shattered. Simon vacuumed all that glass mess and did a great job with glass repair. Thank you and I will be back for my windshield replacement.

Had to visit Simon's twice now, first time was for my rear window on my 06 f350 he was the only place that could get me same day and he even made a run to their warehouse to get the window because it was raining. The second time was my passenger door window, same day appt, and had the window there within 2 hours and install for both visits were 30 mins or less, very fast and professional also they are reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Simon's Auto Glass replaced my front windshield while having body work done at Pilchuck Auto Body in Granite Falls, WA. When I picked up my vehicle the sensor was reading to take my vehicle to a dealer. I took to the purchasing dealer, Rodland Toyota in Everett. They first found that Simon's Auto Glass installed the incorrect windshield for my Toyota SUV, the wire bundle for window sensors that is a part of the windshield had a cover over the wires and glued to my windshield. After scraping and prying the cover off to get to the wires, found the wires were severed and glued back. Simon lied about this mess, then would not return my phone calls, he accidently answered once and said he would talk to Rodland Toyota service manager about this mess on a certain day and time, Simon did not show up. Pilchuck Auto Body in Granite Falls had originally coordinated this window replacement, I called them, he said Simon had left for Honduras. Simon's Auto Glass would not even try to resolve in any way. I paid for replacement wiring, labor for scraping and cleaning the glue mess from my window. Simon is a real loser. Anyone can make a mistake but owning up to it and making it right is what a good owner of a company would do, this guy is a complete dirt bag that needs to be ran out of business.Service: Auto windshield replacement

We went to a restaurant next door for lunch. Decided on a whim to get a quote for a windshield at Simon's Auto Glass. Sure glad I did because they not only had my rare windshield in stocks, they installed it while we were having lunch! Very reasonable price too! Looking around their shop I saw a very large inventory and it was obvious Simon's is a well-established business. 5 Stars!!!

Called and they got me in within an hour to do a full windshield replacement. They finished in an hour and I picked up the vehicle shortly after they finished. I got there during lunch and they still dropped everything to get me settled. Nice family owned business and I'll definitely use them again.

I called the number ending in 7589 the guy told me to come down to the shop. I drove 30 minutes to get there for him so say he s out of the country and that he will check with the guys why didn t he check the day when I called. Instead of wasting my time to come here.

DON'T LET THE LOW PRICES FOOL YOU!! Very unprofessional! Did not make the appointment not once ...but twice! Left me hanging and waiting. Lied about not having the address (which I had texted him the night before).Stay away from this guy take your business somewhere else!Talk to Patrick at "Chip happens". Way better customer service!!

Louis is answering the calls says hes the cousin of Simon.. I'm sorry but we will be working with another windshield company now . I expect at least a call or something ESPECIALLY when we have clients waiting at our business and Simon doesn't show then promises to go to the clients house the following day for not showing up , then has the client waiting at their house for 3 hours and once again no call no nothing from Simon but the client calls us to say the windshield guy never showed up..Theirs no excuse we run a business and have clients who depend on us and for Simon to pull this all week for one windshield is ridiculous..
