You know, I don't normally rate services, but since this is the second time it's happened, I feel it's necessary. The first time it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Not cool. This time I arrived 1/2 hour early for a scheduled noon appointment for an oil change hoping they might get me in earlier. The "skilled team member" that greeted me let me know that not only could they not take me early, they would only be available an hour and a half past my appointed noon time. When I asked what was the point of making an appointment, he asked if I was being facetious.Guess not. What happened to the "Come in any time we're open for routine maintenance!" You advertise. If you can't meet the time you agreed to what kind of business are you running? Some on Toyota, you've got a heck of an automobile, it's too bad your service on them isn't as good.

Hey there! I cannot contain my excitement after finding out that Rodland Toyota has the car I have been searching for in stock on this absolutely fantastic Wednesday! I gotta tell you, my previous experience was not the best, but then I was connected with the amazing Jon Bellham. Let me tell you, he made the whole car buying process a breeze and so enjoyable! We even had some hilarious banter during our time together. Now let's talk about the incredible 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. This SUV is an absolute beast on the road despite its size! If you're a big fan of Toyota products, let me tell you, Jon Bellham is your go-to guy. Seriously, he's kind, well-spoken, reliable, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable about the car I'm purchasing. And guess what? He'll even make sure you get a sweet deal that will leave you completely satisfied.I just have to give a huge shoutout to Rodland for redeeming my whole car-buying experience. This is truly a game-changer! So, my friend, don't waste a second and connect with Jon Bellham ASAP. Trust me, you won't regret it! Happy car shopping!Thank you Jon Bellman

Rodland's service department has been taking care of me for 6 years. I came in with a 9-year-old Scion Xb. They have always treated me like I was there with a new car. Their prices have always been fair, they've given me a discount whenever they can and they have always explained everything going on and every option to me.

My husband purchased a beautiful new Toyota Camry, worked well with sales associate Roberto who was very helpful and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics common at other dealerships. Would use again

Obligatory "If I could give 0 stars, I would." The service experience at this location has been abysmal the last several times we've visited. My wife, who is not white, is routinely treated poorly by the staff when she goes by herself, and her visit today is the straw that broke the camel's back. She arrived for her scheduled 11:30am service at 11:15am today and was told it would be about 1 hour and 15 mins for an oil change and routine inspection per the service plan we purchased. At roughly 12:30pm, she noticed the car sitting in the parking lot outside of the waiting room, so she assumed the car had been serviced more quickly than anticipated and they just needed to complete paperwork before coming to get her. However, after about 10 mins no one came to get her from the waiting room, so she decided to check in with the service department to see if the car was ready to be released. At that time the service manager told her that they hadn't yet received the paperwork from the tech, but that it should be on their desk soon. She returned to the waiting area. After another 10 mins passed (12:50pm) she noticed the car had disappeared from the parking lot, so she went back to the service department to see what was happening. The service manager then revealed that they had been "behind schedule" and the car had just been brought back to begin the service... about 1.5 hours AFTER checking in. No make-good was offered - only excuses about being short staffed and an offer to "only do the oil change, which takes about 20 mins". She asked them to do the full service that we paid for, which apparently only took ~30 mins (???), as it was completed around 1:20pm. One wonders if they actually did everything they were supposed to do.The lack of communication, ownership of fault, and overall customer service is truly pathetic. In addition to this, they've started charging a 3% processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for service. I won't be returning to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase, which we plan on making soon. I know that's just a drop in their overall bucket of income, but I can't continue giving money to a dysfunctional dealership that shows no empathy or ownership for their mistakes.

10K routine service for my Sequoia 2022.After 3 hours waiting time I was told that lug nuts were so tight, was not possible to take them off or put them back After checking the tires, saw that all 4 key lug nuts were stripped badly enough.Clearly the tech did not know that he had to use the key lug nut in my vehicle to remove them. Even worse, he did not mention that he damaged the lug nuts. After all, a Toyota tech did not know that TRD PRO has anti theft wheel lug nuts that is factory manufactured. Toyota service tried to remove wheel like a thief would and damaged all the lug nuts. Service advisor Nathan Hommel was not competent enough to realize what the problem was and blamed other Toyota dealership service for squeezing the lug nuts so tight it was tragic but comic at the same time. You ask yourself, what these people are doing in a Toyota service if they are not even competent enough to remove anti-theft wheel lug nuts using the key that comes with the vehicle. Unbelievable but true!First time after 15 years being a Toyota Service clientWas promised replacement of all lug nutsCalled twice so far and that incompetent service advisor tells me that he is trying to help me . Well; you are not trying to help, you are barely trying to compensate for your lack of skills and competence

As a first-time buyer, I felt confident getting my first car in this dealership. Christina and Brandon help me greatly. They explained to me the best options and gave me the best rate possible for the car I wanted.

Don t get service done here. My friends brand new 4runner was leaking a ton of oil after its first Service and they tried giving it back to him with oil all over the vehicle after fixing it. He had to ask for them to clean it twice. I was going to look there for a new vehicle but definitely not after hearing about this.

Thom was great to work with and very detailed in his explanation. The tech who worked on my car, Corey, also came by to weigh in and I found that to be incredibly helpful as well. I've got them working on a second vehicle that I couldn't pick up for a week and Thom made arrangements to have it parked somewhere safe until I can come get it. Wish I was closer, I'd use them for every service. I'd recommend working with Thom if you can.

They usually are superb and do a wonderful job. This time they forgot to wash the car (they asked if I wanted to and i said yes) and forgot to do a minor adjustment to my menu.Everything else was great as always.I love taking the car there. Hopefully these small things will not become issues the next time.

Scheduled a 7am oil change. At 9:15am they let me know they had lost my keys, had just found them, and were only then taking my car back. I was told it would have been at least another 1.5 hours for my oil change to be done. The manager offered options to try to make it right , however it feels hard to trust a service that loses my car keys for two hours and doesn t tell me about it.

I took a pre-owned Tundra to Rodland in the late summer for them to do a pre-buy vehicle inspection on. At first I felt there was good service, quite a wait time despite a scheduled appointment but I get that its a busy dealership. The salesman was nice and explained everything. I specifically wanted them to look at anything big including the CAM towers which are a known issue on these tundras.Aside from a bent bumper (which I knew about) Rodland gave the car a clean bill of health and I moved forward with the purchase.I drove the car home (about 200 miles total) and took it to my local Toyota mechanic for a 60,000 mile service about a month after purchase. To my chagrin the new dealership told me that not only had the CAM towers failed there was a significant leak in the rack and pinion amounting to about $5,000 of parts and labor.I get that pre-buy inspections are not fool-proof on a used car but its pretty devastating to pay north of $300 for a professional inspection and then not even a month later find major issues with the car. The CAM tower is particularly upsetting as the new mechanic told me there was a 0% chance it had failed in under a month and under 500 miles of driving and after me asking Rodland specifically to look at this issue. After the long wait time, and expensive bill in such a short amount of time I can't say I would recommend this dealership. My business is a drop in the bucket to them but I would've hope that at the price of a pre-buy inspection at least one of these issues would have popped up.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Stephanie - assigned to help me today - had too notch customer care. She was genuine, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable! The area to wait in was comfy, warm, had free coffee/tea/water, and the bathrooms were clean.

Rodland Toyota service has always been the best! Unfortunately my last service went down hill with a service advisor named PATTY REDD. she was very disrespectful, asking if i had a permit for my tint. What does my tint have to do with my service? She wasn t communicating at all with me. I had to get the service manager involved in order to set things straight.

They always inspect my vehicle when changing oil as they always do. They were not able to find a short in my headlight wiring (shorts are always a toss-up). Service here has always been a pleasant experience for me.Services: Electrical, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenanceServices: Electrical, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

I had an appointment for my car in the morning. Cathy helped me; she is great and very cheerful. She was able to get the paperwork done, tell me what service will be provided, and showed me where the car rental area was in less than 10 minutes. She called me during the timeframe she stated that the car would be ready. I also had no issues picking up my car. I am very happy with this location and the staff is great. Thank you for the complimentary coffee and bagel for breakfast!

This is not a bad review more than a comment on my recent experience at Rodland. In a recent quote for a new Toyota Tacoma there was an added fee for RODLAND PREMIUM PROTECTION PACKAGE which included a paint and interior protection product along with a warranty. This was a $3966 addition to the MSRP of the vehicle. I was told by the sales person that this was a non negotiable Market Adjusted price and was added to all new car sales. Is it common with other Toyota dealers to add on this nearly 10% markup?

Very nice people at Rodland Toyota Service in Everett, WA!! I drove my Prius from Missouri and the Toyota Service Dept in Montrose, CO did not do a thorough inspection. I pulled into Rodland Toyota Service and Cathy Schlegel immediately put me at ease. One of the service technicians, Osman or Oswald, came right over and topped off the fluids in my Prius. Very grateful and appreciative!!! Thank you!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

I usually go here for my oil change but I had a check engine light and I had an expensive bill to fix the sensor causing the light to be on. I hope not to have anymore issues with it. While there you can sit in the waiting area which is nice or if you are getting a major repair or diagnosis they give loaners out.

The mark up on MSRP is +10%. This is for profit industry but there is a line between profit and ripping off. Same goes with service, moving away from Toyota brand after 10 years of ownership

Jason Cooper has consistently gone above and beyond to be helpful, insightful, and instructive toward my best experience with my vehicle. I don't tend to know much about my car's mechanics, and so knowing where to find an expert who can break things down for me has been great.
