Very professional. He showed up on time, was clear on instructions on how to leave the car parked. He really knows what he is doing. Was respectful of placement with tools and protecting my car from damage. He also did a rock chip repair on my other car was a quick repair and looked great was smaller after the repair. I had a issue with Safelite and a bad rock chip repair. I highly recommend him!

Chris is by far the most knowledgeable guy I've met for window replacement and repair. Super friendly guy and easy to work with. Great prices for outside of insurance too! He will also fix any new rock chips for free for the first year after a new windshield installed! Thanks Chris!

Chris is usually awesome and has replaced 3 of my windows in the past. However this latest time has me baffled. My 3 year old tossed gravel in the air and caused my back window to shatter on my Jetta. I called Chris to see if he could do it. Then called my insurance and got the ball rolling. Chris came out Saturday. Looked at the glass and said that he didn't bring the right one and had to check on Monday if he could get it. Okay no big deal. Monday came and went with no call. Again no big deal I know he's good and in demand. Tuesday I called at noon asking what the plan was and was briskly told that he couldn't do the work. That I should call Safelite and have them do it. Confused I asked what was special that Safelite can do that he couldn't and he just again said to call someone else. So I'm left wondering what happened or what's wrong with my 2008 VW Jetta. And why did he say he could do the work to just leave me hanging at the end?So now Safelite is scheduled for next Tuesday (a week more I have to wait). Chris has been my go to guy for all my repairs but I'm left wondering what happened.Three stars just because in the past, for front windshields only, he's been great. This is my first back window I've had to get replaced.Note - I posted a picture of the back window before I carefully broke it all out and spent over an hour vacuuming up all the broken glass to make the job easier. Only glass left was the little bit glued around the outside edge.

All I can say is that Chris is one of the nicest men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am sitting here just amazed at how this man treated me. We had a great conversation while he replaced my windsheild and then he also took the time to fix an issue I had with one of my passenger windows. Great quality of work and a true professional and also a very genuine and generous man. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. You want to do bussiness with good people, high quality work and reasonable prices? This guy right here... He's your man.

Chris was everything I expected in an experienced and professional glass specialist. I had him replace my windshield on my subaru this last week and couldn't be happier with his service. He came out to my house and got it done in an hour for a much better price than everyone else that I got quotes from. His work was flawless and clean and he used high quality glass that looks exactly the same as the stock one. Hes an awesome guy and was a pleasure to chat with. Thank you chris... I will always come to you for my auto glass needs in the future, and I highly recommend anybody else to do the same!

The quality is perfect. I love how he gave me low expectations and when he finished the job, its actually way better than I expected. Explained everything to me so i understand exactly what he's doing. Chris Brown is a great guy and very personable. It was hard for me to trust people and i have no doubt he can do it better than anybody else. Very convenient, he will come to you or meet him or make an appointment. Either way, he's always available to help.Thank you sir!

Chris responded quickly to my call to replace a driver side window after a smash and grab. He was very professional and did a superb job. I feel like he helped with healing from the violation of the crime. Rock Hard Windshield will remain top of mind for future glass needs and I will definitely recommend Chris whenever possible.

I was definitely impressed. He came to my house the next day and repaired my windshield exactly as he described and to my total satisfaction. He was very courteous and very reasonably priced. I will use him for all my future repairs. I highly recommend him and will to all my friends and family.

He was really friendly and he was on time I highly recommend him. He does really good work he even got the window to seat better than the factory. He had better prices than his competitors. He pays attention to detail as he noticed there was rust around the seal of the car and he patched it before installing the window so it wouldn't leak at no additional cost.

Chris has been my "go to guy" for windshields for a few years now. His prices are fair, great service, and he meets me where it's convenient for me, weather that's at work, or while I'm shopping or dining. I refer friends to Rock Hard, and thank the friend that referred me to Chris!

Insert glowing review here. Corny as it is I am 1000 percent satisfied with my customer experience at Rock Hard Windshields. And being that this here glowing review is coming from a hard to please Engineer - just maybe this review is borderline uranium quality glow. Mr. Brown squeezed me into a packed schedule when I explained my emergent repair needs. Rock Hard Windshields was the sole company I found able to perform an on-site windshield replacement in Seattle weather (wind and rain). Beyond being exceedingly efficient and uniquely prepared for weather challenges, Mr. Brown is also umpteen professional and congenial to boot. I consider myself super lucky to have had his service recommended by my trusted mechanic. Thank you RH Windshields!!

I had my windshield cracked up by a part flew from a construction truck. Chris, the owner of the business, talked to the financial manager to get my windshield replacement paid. And I had to work during his business hours, so he let me drop off my car at his house (his workplace) and allow me to drive his daughter car for me to go to work!A decent business man with a heart of helping customer as a friend.

Horrible customer service. Called from my shop to get a quote and availability for two vehicles. While getting the quote the gentleman on the phone started to seem panicked and quoted I m sorry I just can t do this and proceeded to hang up. This was after he stated he sold just the windows by themselves. Would recommend going to a more established company.
