Bought a car recently and it went very smooth! I went in completely blind because it was my first time buying from a dealership. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice. Jessica did a great job explaing everything to me thoroughly!!!

Wow, what a great experience! I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks. I visited multiple car dealerships and let me tell you, Rairdon s Volkswagen in Everett was by far the best choice. Not only do they have an amazing selection of cars but the sales team is what sold it for me. I had the pleasure to work with Josh and Justin. Both of them were friendly and helpful. I was able to test drive multiple cars and had all my questions answered. There was no pressure and we worked together to get the best deal possible. I was treated with respect and felt happy to be there. I went to 4-5 other dealers in the area and the salesman s were rude and acted fussy when I was asking question. Not at Rairdon s! We laughed the whole time and I was treated like family. With 100% confidence I will definitely recommend anyone who is considering buying a new car to check them out. Thank you Josh and Justin! You have a customer for life.

We were having an airbag inflator recall done, and while we were waiting, I checked the price on a wheel cover my wife was missing on her new beetle. List price was $180, so I said thanks and figured I'd start checking wrecking yards.Later that day I mentioned the missing wheel cover, and to no surprise, she hadn't even noticed it was gone. She couldn't believe she hadn't noticed, so I walked her to the pass rear to show her. To my great surprise it was back! I called the parts desk and asked if they had seceretly arranged this for me and they said no it was just a coincidence that the shop technician had noticed it missing, knew where a used/perfect one was sitting in the shop, and threw it on for us! It was a busy morning in their svc dept and they didn't even bother to mention the good deed as I drove off. I'm an older guy and always complain about lack of good service. This was a little thing, but huge to me. I'm very thankful and impressed that someone even noticed the missing cover, let alone replacing it, and not even bothering to mention it!!

I have always had a wonderful experience here! I had the pleasure of working with Erik while my car was getting serviced recently. His communication was great and I got updates from him throughout the very long process of waiting as a part my car needed was on backorder. Everyone I have worked with in the service department since coming here shortly after buying my car in 2019 go above and beyond and have always been very friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. They also take very good care of my car whenever I drop it off for routine maintenance and almost always give it a wash and detail. Highly recommend this dealership!

Service Advisors Micah & Aaron were down to earth and straightforward. Quick service, customer first, real people not sharks. Mistakes happen, one of my tires popped when they were moving my car and they replaced it with a brand new one. Was the worst tire on the car too The engine in my 14 Passat TDI died and they rebuilt it with 100 miles left on my 120k VW warranty. Typical auto services are reliable and done properly and oil changes are done well. My cars been serviced here since the first owner bought it.

Purchasing experience was ok, they aren t pushy which I really appreciated. However they were very slow processing the paperwork and they delivered the car and did not wash it. It was dark so I didn t notice it until the next day. Also they didn t buffer out a thick adhesive left over on the side from a factory sticker.I asked if that was a normal practice for them to deliver the car dirty and they said that on that day they didn t have anyone that could have cleaned the car. I would have appreciated it if on the day of purchase they at least told me that.

Josh was professional, personable and helpful in resolving some issues after our initial purchase of the car. He was knowledgeable and answered inquiries promptly. He knows the processes, vehicle functionality and dealership staff and was able to give us answers to any questions we had.Rick S was also very conscientious when Josh involved him to help with getting our temporary registration that was not placed in the vehicle when we took possession, as well as our garage door opener that was left behind in our trade in.Thanks Josh and Rick for your help!

I used the service here. This is one of the best experiences with a dealer. I felt professionalism and deep interest in me as a client from the entire service team. I couldn't figure out the engine in my 2016 Jetta, used Launch for diagnostics, replaced the spark plugs and coils as it was misfiring and cylinders were cutting out. When I realized that my superficial knowledge was not enough, I decided to go to the dealer to have professionals diagnose my engine. And it was wonderful. I brought the car in the morning, at 3pm, as promised, they found the problem, it was the n205 valve. They immediately took my consent and replaced it. In the evening at 6pm the car was ready. My Russian brain exploded with politeness, communication skills and professionalism. Special thanks to Master Aaron. He is very polite, he was very interested in helping me. He didn t impose anything, he explained everything deeply and in detail. I would really like to thank him personally. Best.

I went to get my oil changed and I was told that they were shutting down with accepting new people for oil changes for the day. I was asked if I would like to schedule one. I said that I would. I was told that they were know open on Saturdays. I told them that I would take the Saturday spot at 8 am. When I arrived a few minutes after 8, I was quickly greeted, checked in, and directed to the upstairs eating room. I was informed that the upstairs waiting room was quieter and a more private place to work . I was surprised at how l larger and how many options there was for sitting there. Soon after I began to hear quite loud conversation for who I assumed must be other people waiting to get their car serviced. I say assumed as the conversation seemed louder than other conversations that morning and because of the language used. I soon realized that it was an employee talking much louder to other employees there. The language used was very unprofessional. In the hour and 45 minutes that I waited to have my scheduled oil changed I heard that employee use the word f@$k so many times that I lost count. The employees that were in the showroom appeared to act as if they were not working in a public place where customers were around. I realize that possibly people thought that there were no customers around that they could act as if they were all alone, but they were not all alone. I was there and felt that I was being treated inappropriately by their loud conversations about the music playing and the past ownership of the company. I felt very ignored even as I left and had to squeeze past and employee kneeling at the top of the stairs. I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone except for the person who checked me in and checked me out. That interaction was that individual was very professional and kind. I purchased two cars from the establishment and have gotten them both serviced there for years. This experience made me really question the professionalism of this company.

My scheduled service date was 2 weeks prior to the actual date but that was because the machine they use to diagnose cars could not contact the server so they had to delay that process. The staff was helpful and honest; they said it would take about two days and it did. I would go there again for Volkswagen services.

Everything was great. The people are excellent, and the facility is quite nice. I gave this rating largely because of the amount of time it took to complete the process. We knew exactly what we wanted, and it still took over 4 hours to finally walk out the door as proud new owners. I don't know everything that needs to happen for a car purchase, but this seems like an inordinate amount of time.

I just recently had my GTI serviced at Rairdon s. Nick, the service advisor handling my vehicle made everything so easy, and communicated very well with me regarding the repairs on my vehicle. He was also very kind to let me know of other services that should be done to my vehicle in the near future to keep it up to maintenance. They took very good care of my vehicle and even gave it a quick wash once they were done. The customer service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be taking my car there again the next time I need it serviced.

We highly recommend working with Jonah (and Justin) at Rairdons. The sales team were fantastic to work with and were able to help find us the specific make and model of our new car, when other dealerships simply suggested we settle for a different one. Jonah made the whole buying process stress free and enjoyable. We appreciated the constant communication of updates as they searched for our car, when it was in transit and the check ins to make sure we were happy with our vehicle after we left the dealership.Only issue we had with our whole experience was the detail team. The car was dirty on outside and not new car clean on the inside from being driven over the pass. After leaving the dealership we found that the windows were still dirty with residual sticker gunk on them. It was very visible when we drove it at night. This was frustrating, as we were told it would be cleaned before we picked the car up the next day. We contacted Jonah about it and he worked quickly to resolve this problem. He had us bring the car back in to be cleaned once again and we left it at that.Overall, we love our new car and recommend Jonah to anyone and everyone who wants to buy a VW!

Joshua Judd did an excellent job staying in touch and getting us the information we requested. He found us the vehicle we were seeking, in the trim level, year and color we needed. The finance team, as well as Joshua, treated us kindly and with great humor. Would definitely purchase through them again. My mom is loving her new car.

I just purchased my second Volkswagen via Rairdon (nee Pignataro) and am very happy. Val and Alex made absolutely sure that I got the car I actually wanted, and not one that I "settled" for. My trade-in was given a lot of love, and while I could have sold it on the private market for "more", how much is my time worth? I don't want to sell a vehicle on the private market and worry about scammers and bad checks and counterfeit cash. I'm very pleased to be supporting Alex, Val, and the whole staff and company. I hope that with my business, the organization remembers what matters - relationships. Our wonderful experience with my fiance's used Tiguan brought me back when my 6MT 2019 Alltrack no longer suited my needs (leg surgery). I was given plenty of time to pick and choose, because they cared about getting me the *right* vehicle.I do dearly hope that Rairdon continues the "family" feel that Pignataro had. When staffers stick around for decades, that's a winning combination and tells me as a consumer that they care, and that they have the expertise to help me solve problems.The Cross Sport is a joy to drive, and I feel so spoiled. I'm grateful to the entire team for making this all happen in a single day.

I ve been coming to this location for years and have built a great relationship with Nick, Erik and the team in service. I m happy they stayed in place during the new ownership transition. Because those guys are as great as ever. Great communication.The Rairdon team brought needed upgrades to the digital experience for customers (web scheduling etc).One area for feedback. Making customers pay for swipe fees when you run a multi million dollar business is not a welcome practice. I know this industry works on thin margins, but it s a move I d expect from a small mom and pop shop selling its wares.Other than that, give Erik and Nick a raise . Thanks team

Car was in for a turbo replacement was about $1000 more than initially estimated (over $6000), I was never offered a curtesy vehicle for the week my vehicle was being worked on. I was told my vehicle was going to be ready on a Friday it wasn t (that s fine I understand parts can be delayed and you can run into unforeseen issues) then I was told Monday it was also not ready on Monday. I also had requested calls so that I could be sure my car was going to be ready, they did not until I called on 4:30 for them to tell me it was not ready and without them saying I knew the tech had left for the day. This is also not the first time I ve had issues with their service department either. I had ordered wheels from them called and confirmed they had the tires, took the car in dropped it off and got a ride, only for them to call me back something like 2 hours later and say they don t have the tires for my car yet. Would not recommend getting your car serviced here I will not be back.

It took a surprisingly long time to identify the issue, and no parts to fix the problem which needs the 2nd visit which would end up charging me more in the labor work for a single problem. Initially the message was clearly delivered that if the battery had a problem we should replace, it turned out not being done and one more hour waiting for it to be completed. And after I got the car the tire warning sign showed up which should be reset by the technician which caused me another 15 minutes to wait . Should I be happy about the service? You tell me.

We have been in the market for a Tundra and found one at VW Everett. We worked with Abby and she was so personable and easy to talk to, she made us want to buy a car from her!! She went to bat for us with the sales manager and got the price right where we wanted it. We didn t end up buying that particular Tundra and that was only because we found a newer one that fit our needs a little better. I would highly recommend asking for her if you re in the market for a car.

Quoted me over 10k to repair my car (I paid 5k at another shop) also changed the oil before pulling the head to generate revenue possibly?? When I brought to another shop to complete the work an oil change is necessary and surprise surprise they never did change the oil.I will never be back to rairdons again and would suggest other customers beware of their tactics.

After getting the sad news that the car I brought in for an oil change had a leak, my husband and I knew it was time to look at trading my car in. This was our first big purchase together as young 20 year olds and Jessica made the experience so comforting. She answered any questions we had honestly, gave us realistic numbers and never steered us away from our goals. I felt like I was talking to someone who was rooting for me. I will be back for the service department and any future cars (hopefully not for quite some time tho haha). Nick from the service department was also wonderful when I brought in my old car for the oil change!

Customer service is bad. They "fixed" my wiper arm issue and the same issue came back after 3 days. When i went to the dealership to fix it again, they were rude and not helpfulI clearly showed them the chattering and noise from wipers, even have couple of videos of that. They were not ready to look into it.Jack P from service dept kept repeating that the noise is expected (heard inside the cabin). and there is nothing to fix.Also this wiper issue started happening after they replaced/(broke) my perfectly working wipers blades when i went there for routine vehicle service.Had to literally call and visit them multiple times to make them look into this issue.Even after that - they haven't fixed the actual problem and now they are lying to me that there is no issue with the wipers. (when Its clearly noisy and chattering - given that the wipers and its arms are replaced by them just 3 days ago)I also look at one of the new cars in their lot, I didn't hear any noise or chattering from its wipers.Edit : Attached video of my wiper issue - enable audio to hear the noise.

I normally don't like car dealerships or spending money on cars but for what is to me usually a bad experience I feel like Rairdon's VW mitigated that very well. That is to say I actually had a pleasant experience with the service department.Please be aware that there is a 3% fee for the usage of your credit card to pay however there is no fee if you pay by debit card or cash, so plan accordingly.Solid people, solid experience. I'd definitely consider going back when something else breaks on my car.

Great and easy experience from start to finish. Very professional and personable service, which makes the whole process just easier to sit through. This dealership has knowledgeable people such as Christian and Vasco who were willing to go over all the details with me, and the managers Erick and Justin were also nice to work with. I would certainly recommend this group.

Nick in the service department was a HUGE help in this stressful time of not knowing what was wrong with my car. He had great and effective communication, and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Also, they set me up with their shuttle service so I didn t have to bug a friend for a ride! Scott went the extra mile cleaning the interior of my car. When I went to pick up my car, I was extremely impressed with the timeliness and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Rairdon and I will be back whenever I run into a problem again!
