Good morning, I arrived at the place and from the beginning they didn't even come to answer the question, I went in to ask about the vehicle that I had an appointment with, a spark chatted by text, I said that it was my first loan, they said that it was good that I was going to see it when I arrived, everything was different, the one that told me A very rude Mr. Frank answered and said that the initial amount was 3000. I told him that I only had $1000 and in the meantime he accepted. Then two days passed and I had a response about my credit and he didn't even inform me when I got there he said that it was 3000 and they didn't accept my credit. ....all this causes indignation because why would I agree to pass on my credit if from the beginning I was honest and told him that I could only give $1,000 initially...zero decent attention

I bought a Kia from here recently.Not only the price is so right but also the whole process was easy as 123, Mike even gave me a ride to a local credit union for me to get a prime interest rate. I will not hesitate to do business with them again and will send them my loved ones at this dealership. Thank you for everything!

I recently bought a 2019 nissan versa sv from quick motors inc. the car is awesome and drives great. Mike was amazing and very accommodating to my needs being a single mother working full time and living far away, he made the buying process smooth for me. They drove the car to me to test drive on my break! Out of all the dealers I talked he was the only one who referred me to finance with my bank which saved me so much money and better financing on car payment and the warranty. When I went into the dealership to finally pay they had all my paperwork ready to go to sign so I didn t spend hours at a dealership. The car itself was very low mileage and I m the first actual owner of the car because it was only used as an enterprise rental. The only reason I m giving a 4 star is because the feature description of the car on Carfax that the dealers listed was as a special edition with push start feature. The car did not have push start ignition. I m not upset about it though because honestly with the push start engines, if your key fob batteries die then there s no way to start your car which is something I do not want to deal with anyways. Overall I had a great buying experience. Definitely recommend.

SCAMMERSUnless you want your new car to break down 15 minutes away from the property on the side of the freeway and then the mechanic to leave you on read while 'going to get jumper cables' DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. SCAMMERS.

This place sold us an F150 that seemed great in the test drive and on paperwork. Turns out it has an oil leak, the check engine light has come on after driving it 60 miles, and it s now making a sound when driving it. So our just purchased vehicle is going to cost us a mass amount of money to fix its problems. I would strongly advise against going here for your vehicle needs. Go to an actual dealer where you can get a good warranty and be protected from people selling you lemons.

They claimed they work until 5 on Sunday. Their chat confirmed someone is waiting for me. But when arrived 1 hr before closing everything was closed (well, the light sign was "open", another misleading)..I get it, people want to close sooner, but make sure to be explicit about it, especially after confirming.

I did have a great experience with them initially. No problems actually getting my vehicle or the paperwork etc... until the week after. I was at work towards the end of my shift on a busy Friday day/night as it was after 7 pm when my coworker runs in asking if that is my vehicle that is being towed. It was.So, I run out there mad as a hornet of course and ask/shout what is going on? They claimed that they tried to contact me (I hadn t heard anything from them) and since they didn t have the check from the bank yet and the bank hadn t heard from me (which is a complete lie since I had gone in my bank in person the day before and made sure all of my loan stuff was taken care of) - they were either going to do this the easy way or the hard way.Either I hand over the key or I pay for the tow. Despite showing them the copy of my loan agreement, explaining that I did in fact go to my bank in person the day before and that the bank had told me that the check was in route and having paid for OVER HALF of the vehicle in question in my down payment which they had already cashed several days before- they took it back.And since this was as I mentioned before after 7 pm on a Friday night, I was unable to have them talk to the bank about the check themselves until Monday. I was therefore left without a vehicle at work (which is about a thirty minute drive from my place) with my husband out of town on his two week annual training since he is a marine reservist. Leaving me no choice but to beg for a ride from my parents and having no way to get to work the next day so, I had to call out from work for the next day.I was able to get everything resolved on Monday after further inconveniencing my family as they had to take me back to the bank and then the dealership but the fact is that they treated me abhorrently and dealt with the situation very poorly. This never should have happened. I would recommend buying a vehicle ANYWHERE ELSE unless you would like the same treatment.

Horrible scammers. Sold us a van that needs nearly $10k worth of work. When we complained within the first week of purchase they yelled at us and threatened to turn me in for harassment.Do not under any circumstances buy a car from these people!

I was interested in a vehicle and was considering traveling from out of state to purchase. Based on the listing and the listing description seeming like a good quality car, I decided to invest in a pre purchase inspection to make sure before I travelled to see it.the mechanic came back to me saying there was body damage. Check engine light on. And several other issues that were not noted on the listing. Over $1000 repair order. I wouldn't go back here.

Was very interested in a car had ALL cash, paid almost 200.00 to have an inspection done on the car before I purchased it for my daughter. The place I took it found a few things wrong with it. Took me calling them a week in a half later to tell me they would fix it but I have to pay the 500.00 to fix it. I offered him 500.00 less for the car mind you ALL cash and they said NO. Car has been sitting on their lot for almost a month. Guess they don't want to sell cars.

Drove an hour and a half to look at one specific car they had listed. One of the workers had taken that car as a test drive, putting more miles on the car. They said the car wouldn t be back for over 2 hours. What car lot takes cars listed for sale around? Wouldn t recommend

As stated in my Facebook page and blog "the local Spots," I never ever ever trusted a car salesman. And I got a niece named Angelica, before she became at Doctor at the Good Samaritan hospital in Puyallup.Whom when young could sale a car salesman a car.So I was leary about going to buy a car from a car lot.Than Mike was a Lil late and I had told my wife her Valentine's present was done.Then Mike pulled up and I was determined to not purchase anything.Once I got into the Mercedes Benz and barely touched the pedal and the turbo kicked in.Quick motors had years of maintenance records from the Bellingham Mercedes Benz dealership and knew this would be the best classic I have ever bought.When me and my wife returned and I laid all the money on the table and brought the car for my wife.Happy wife, happy life."

This turned out to be a good experience. It was fast and friendly. They had the car detailed the day after I bought it and delivered it to my house in Stanwood. Saving us a trip to Everett in the evening.

!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!So this dealer ship offers to pick up up if you dont have a car and bring you back home. I just had to pick up my friend because when she told them she had to sleep on it and get back to them about getting the car they were talking about. They told her good luck getting home to Seattle. The refused to take her home. She then called me because I live in Everett and I took her home. On top of that while she waited they began to ask her questions and started being creepy so she had to leave and wait for me in a near by Starbucks. What horrible customer service and creepy ppl. Do not go here!!!

Update: I am trying to trade in a 2013 Nissan Leaf SL sold to me by QMI. I am now discovering I was charged hidden fees and have been called on my personal phone in a hostile tone. This is after the Chevrolet dealership I am at tried to call and inquire about the missing signatures on paperwork/extra fees.
