I have used Shaun many many times and he has always delivered shown me old fluids broken parts explained everything and was very up front about all costs and what needed to be done it takes a while to get in sometimes but he is usually busy with so many cars he has no parking. Prestige auto is my go to place when I don't got time to fix stuff!! I will actually be scheduling another appointment very soon.

They do not want to work on older, inexpensive cars. They told me it would be 2 weeks before they would have time to work on my old car. When I explained that it was urgent, they said I could call around, but a 2 week wait is normal. That was a flat lie. They simply did not want my business because they knew I wouldn't spend much to fix an old car. I went to one of their competitors, who got me in the same day. I don't care how many five-star reviews this place has, they are dishonest.

I had a crazy issue with my car that none of the other mechanics I contacted would even look at. Sean got me in asap, put way more time into diagnosing it than he charged me for, and only charged me for the diagnosis and parts when it turned out to be a relay issue. Safe to say I've found my new mechanic in Everett. This guy is worth his weight in gold.

I would give 0 star if possible. Don t go there they say lower price first and then again raise price. He fix unwanted parts rather than fixing the main problem. My husband s car is not working now after waisting $3000 . $105 labor charge, parts not included just to change one bulb. God is watching you. You have to pay for what you did.

Sean is a brilliant mechanic and runs his business with care. I grew up working for my own family's mechanic shop in a different state and Prestige is the only shop I have ever run across outside of that that has the same commitment to expertise, affordability and customer service. There isn't a better shop in the Pacific Northwest.

Shawn is the best with BMWs. He is extremely knowledgeable having several himself. He is very transparent and provides preventative care to your car. The key aspect of owning a German car is preventative care. Shawn will keep your car running longer than anyone. Have been using him for years. Is fair with his rate also. Couldn t recommend anyone better.

I dont normally write reviews but I felt inspired. Love the owner of this business. He s a competent guy that really knows his way with cars. He s got a skill at diagnosing and pinpointing the problem with your vehicle. While also being upfront with the customer and showing them respect with their finances. His quality of work and attention to his customers really speaks for itself. Unlike so many mechanics that feel like they are taking advantage of your time and money, I would travel across the state to follow this guy for all my cars needs. Shawn always takes care of my vehicles here. He has built up great trust with clients by treating them right. Whether it s an emergency or scheduled, prestige in Everett always does the work right and warns of any possible issues before hand. They are very knowledgeable and give outstanding customer service.

Sean is amazing. He fixed my Ford escape at a reasonable price and he saved all the parts he pulled off to show me how bad they were. He also just fixed my other car. Sean is extremely helpful. I went to a different mechanic at first that wanted to change a LOT of things that didn t need changing and was gonna cost me a fortune. Then I came to Prestige Auto and Sean was very helpful, honest, he explained every step he was doing and he fixed my car. He is experienced and knowledgeable. I recommend this place.

Best experience ever with all of my car auto repairs. Shawn does the greatest job and customer service experience is always beyond satisfaction. I will always recommend place to all my family and friends. They do all repairs, as small as oil change or as big as replacing a new engine. If you want good service and knowledgeable people to work on your car, go to Prestige Auto. Just talk to Shawn, he will get you taken care off.

The best mechanics not only have I been to but quite frankly in the city.The best in the county probably.Honest, fair, family owned and operated.In over 15 years they have never done my family wrong.Eventhough I usually dred whenever I have to take my car to the shop (cause its usually bad news) I know that it'll be left in good hands.

I never visited them or had any kind of fix to my car, yet their name reached me as one of the most honest and skilled person I have heard or recommended, I would reach out to them if there is any need in future, visit their place if I pass through. In today's world its hard to find such people who go beyond their duty and safeguard other people trust, kudos to Ahsan, Shan, Sean, Sons or whatever name I read in review or heard from other social groups, you deserve to be in right business and right community. Don't lose this trust at any cost, it's hard to earn.

My husband wont take our car anywhere else. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are willing to take the time to explain things, and I also appreciate the fact that they wont do something if it isn't needed. We're very happy repeat customers. :) They were highly recommended by a family member.

Ahsan is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the service at Prestige!! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, showing us exactly both what was needed, and what was not needed. He also gave lots of pointers and tips on extending the lifespan of our car and its various components. All this, even though we're from out of town! We would definitely use their services again if in the area, and are even considering bringing our vehicle all the way there for some further work, from 100 miles away!! Highly recommended service center!!! Thanks again! :-)

My dad and his girlfriend have been using this place for years. I started having some trouble with my 2001 Saturn this week and took it in. Turned out all I needed was a new battery and an oil change. I can't tell you how great is finding an honest and inexpensive mechanic who won't rip me off because I'm a woman. Shaun is a great guy! I can't recommend this place enough, good people! Thank you!

By far my best experience with and independent shop ever. Ahsan (sp?) is the owner and he is very hands on with everything and honest about everything. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he actually does research on the things he uses. He walked me around my car and let me take a look under while it was on the lift and showed me everything. I ve always done most of the work on my cars because trust worthy mechanics are hard to find but he is one and I ll be bringing my cars to him going forward. I had such a great experience, i wanted to give him a tip but he adamantly declined and told me he didn t do anything to deserve it (he did for me). Amazing experience and will definitely be back. I highly recommend him!

Great service. Super friendly and honest workers. Sean explained the problem with my engine to me very clearly which is nice for me - someone who doesn't know much about vehicles. Felt at ease and confident bring my car there.

Great service! Took longer than expected so they gave me the use of their car. Shaun was great! Explained everything really well, and did a few extras for me. Cost was so much better than I thought it would be! Highly recommend this place!

I took my 2015 VW Jetta in for brake service. I dealt with Sean(Shawn) and basically had the best experience ive ever had dealing with a shop. Nicest guy you will find in the business. Helpful and explained all the issues in detail He got me though a lame situation after getting railroaded by twice VW. The final bill also came back under the quote as well. 100% trust with this place, customer for life now.

I've been servicing my vehicles here for almost 5 years now. ALWAYS awesome, honest service, very fair pricing and most importantly, great work done. It's the reason I continue coming here even after moving further away. Best shop I've ever given my business to and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Not only does sean bring you in the shop and show you what s physically wrong with your vehicle, but he is hands down the best mechanic i have ever used. he is a foreign genius, and a bmw enthusiast. he has worked on my 06 e90 and my fianc� s 2001 m3. you want quality work i recommend sean out of brand names dealerships, thanks again!!

Excellent customer Service, friendly staff, i went to few different places for diagnostic check, wasent satisfied with there service and price. Prestige provided great price and service and now my car is running smooth like never before. Which gives me peace of mind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Can't think of going anywhere else for future needs.

This is my go to auto place. It's local, the owner and his son are VERY honest, hard working and accommodating. I trust no other with my car. I overhear conversations that they have with other clients and all I hear are words of gratitude at how these men help others. And the prices and competitive.

I had a major problem with the reader end in my BMW 435i and I went to a few shops for bids. Not only did Prestige Auto give me a lower bid, but they also put in a n better parts. I have been back numerous times with multiple vehicles since. I have recommended them to countless friends, family and professional associate's of mine for repairs, diagnostics and vehicle upgrades. If you want a fair price with a thorough explanation of your diagnosis, then go to Prestige Auto.
