First of foremost what an amazing experience we had purchasing our car. We had been looking long and hard for a reliable car for my wife and the owner went above and beyond to help us right for to our needs. I really appreciated the follow up I got from the owner as well to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend them 10/10!! Thanks again.

Aji is reliable, concise, and a clear communicator. I felt he was fair in negotiations and appreciated how well maintained the cars on his lot were. He was organized with his business. After buying the car I was worried about the newly put in timing belt and asked if his mechanic could look at it again. Aji went above and beyond with figuring out the details of arranging the pick up and drop off of the car so I wouldn t have to drive all the way back. Highly recommend PNW Auto Sales and Aji as a dealer. Thanks for the smooth car buying experience! I love my Prius v!

They will lie to you to make a sale. I bought and shipped a Lexus from them out of state so I had to trust they were representing the car truthfully. They were not. They said the car was in great mechanical condition and could be driven cross country to my home if I wanted to. I specifically asked multiple times about the timing belt and they said it was done recently. Apparently recently to these guys is 12 years and 70k miles ago. The car was unsafe to drive as there were major brake problems along with MANY other issues. I had to spend several grand just to get the car driveable. PnW offered me a few hundred dollars in compensation for lying. What a joke.THESE GUYS ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!Edit: You can even see it in their response. It was a 21yo vehicle and they did not provide records or a carfax. They clearly LIED about the timing belt. In fact I had to call them back because they didn't send the service records with the car. I understand an older car will never be issue free but this one was unsafe to drive and being sold as near perfect.

Purchased an Acura TSX.Completely solid experience. Aji was very nice and professional... he answered all questions honestly, was quick to respond to voicemail, no problems at all.My mechanic confirmed the car is in great shape exactly as described.The license plates cost less than expected, so he sent me a check to pay back the difference. I wouldn't have known otherwise - really appreciate the integrity shown here.

If I could give it no star I would. Bad experience with this dealership and a guy name Aji. I saw a car on their website and was interested, so I called to make an appointment spoke with Aji and told him I was interested in the car and I made an appointment with him I also told him I was 2 hours away. My husband and I got to the dealership and he sold the car! What is the point of making an appointment if you were going to sell the car we specifically made an appointment for. It honestly makes no sense at all . In my experiences buying cars when you make an appointment they hold the car for you and if that person didn t buy the car they move to the next person! Don t waste your time at this dealership obviously they don t know how to keep their word and APPOINTMENTS DOES NOT MATTER!!!!!!!

Worked with Aji, ended up buying a used car and was impressed by the process. Professional from the introduction to the end. Answered all questions, highlighted any imperfections with the car, and was willing to negotiate. Would recommend to others looking to buy a used car.

These guys are really amazing and I absolutely love my car. They are fair priced and don t sell you cars that have problems. They are truly a stand up car lot!!! 10/10 would recommend

Great transaction, very smooth. My sales associate was very professional and nice. They also took care of all the small things, which was great, as I was in a bit of a hurry at the time of purchase. I would recommend PNW Auto Sales 100% Thank you!

Bought my Prius 2010 there less than three months ago. I've already had two major repairs (and costly!!!) on the engine! And today the engine light turned on again. What now? How much is this going to be again?! That is A LOT of trouble for a car that was supposedly trouble free, was sold to me as in "perfect working condition". I was clearly lied to and ripped off. So not happy with this place.EDIT: I now have the price for that repair. A meager 2600 dollars.... Considering that this car has already cost me 2500 worth of repairs. 5100 worth of repairs, in three months. I was sold a lemon.

Aji is really nice to work with. He is candid about everything and proudly showed me the car I m interested in. We had a fantastic time during the test drive. After making the purchase, he kept his promise - delivered the vehicle to my place and very patiently taught me what I need to know about the car, etc.

I've had a superb experience with PNW Auto Sales and Aji. Before buying a car from them, I did my due diligence, researched the web, read some reviews, and saw great things about PNW Auto Sales and Aji. And I went there and met him, and everything I read about him was true and more. He displayed professionalism, high-level customer service, and attention to detail, among other qualities. You always worry that the customer service will be poor or inexisting after making a purchase. But with him, it has not been the case. He has been helpful and responsive even after I bought the car. I'm delighted I did some business with him, and I recommend him to anybody looking for someone reliable, straightforward, and helpful through the laborious process of acquiring a new vehicle.

My partner and I purchased a 2001 CR-V as an all around/dog vehicle. The dealership experience was exceptional. Aneel was personable and knowledgeable.The CR-V itself was in good shape and priced competitively. It's a 20 year old car so there were things that need tending to (drive belts/minor leaks/suspension etc). I don't get the impression that PNW Auto Sales attempted to gloss over or hide these issues and I appreciate that.It's always risky buying a used car, but I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

The guys at PNW Auto Sales were awesome. I went in looking for something that would get around but also felt nice to be in and they went far beyond what was needed to help out. The establishment was nicely kept and professional. The process was smooth and accommodating. I had fun while buying my car and also felt confident and comfortable. How many people can say that about a car buying experience? I ll definitely recommend my friends here and come again next time I need a vehicle. I don t write reviews ever because honestly not many places are worth the time, but I had such a great experience I had to share.

My wife and I searched everywhere for a decent used car at a reasonable price. Finding PNW Auto Sales was our answer. Aji was so easy to work with, no pressure, very good price, and quick and easy purchase. In the past we have left car dealerships with a pit in our stomach after making a purchase, but absolutely not this time. We are greatly satisfied with the car and the easy process of purchasing it. I test drove one of the cars at this lot and I stayed within the 10 miles the owner required while taking this car I was test driving to my mechanic to have him look it over. I was told I needed to be back in 30 mins and was 5 mins late. I explained to the owner of the car lot that I was late due to me taking the car to my mechanic to have him look it over prior to my purchasing a used vehicle and that I might be interested in driving another vehicle on his lot. The owner first says, "oh if you're going to take this to your mechanic you have to tell us. Then says, "you can't drive these cars to your mechanic." Then I return the vehicle and inquire about test driving a different car on his lot. He says, "you can test drive the car but you can't take it to your mechanic because it's a liability issue."A liability issue for who? I wouldn't dare trust a dealer who doesn't want you to have the vehicles he's selling looked over by a mechanic because it's "a liability issue" the only liability I see is selling a lemon and not being able to get away with it. That's very shady business practices in my opinion.

Bought my first car in the US from PNW Auto Sales. Aneel and Aji were so very helpful, friendly, honest and down to earth. There was no pressure what so ever to do the deal and they have quality vehicles at very competitive prices. They even helped to bring the car home after fixing the license plates. It did not feel like a business deal with the care they provided and felt almost like a transaction among good friends. I definitely recommend PNW Auto Sales when you go looking for a vehicle next time and would not think twice about going to them again to buy my next car. Wish you all the best guys! Bought an excellent car at a fair price, awesome communication and a super stress free process. Even let me meet up with him on a holiday. Dealer was up front about problems, answered every question about the car and let me be diligent about checking it out, and he stayed super patient through the process. Definitely recommend.

Well, ladies -- you can actually go to this dealership --alone --if you choose and have absolutely no fear of lies and upcharge. PNW Auto Sales operates with high integrity and they are simply professional. And surprisingly, knowing I had driven up without a second person -- they voluntarily drove my new vehicle to my home-- same day. Imagine my sincere gratitude - because it was a bit of a jaunt from Everett to North of Seattle. I am a satisfied customer. I love my new car (great working order) and I will absolutely buy from them in the future. Thank you, Aneel, for a smooth, stress-free sales experience.

I don't normally write reviews, but Aji over at PNW really left a great impression on me. He was super flexible with store hours just for me to come test drive a car, worked to the best of his abilities on the price, and never made me feel pressured at all. He didn't try buttering me up or any of that nonsense, just gave me every thing he knew about the car and it showed how passionate he is as a car enthusiast. He never tried to sell what the car couldn't deliver, he gave me all the pros and cons and never showed bias. I recommend this place for sure! Thanks again Aji, and by the way, we got a used RR over here if you ever wanted to convert ;-)

I just bought a car from them yesterday. Absolutely no pressure. I wanted to have a pre-buyers test and they recommend a few places. The car came back as a good deal. Aneel was great to work with. He was honest and easy going. The whole purchase and paperwork routine took less than 30 minutes. He explained things very well. I would definitely purchase another car from them!

This place was great!They were nice and laid back as well as up front about all the details of the car.Also there was a part on the car we agreed would be fixed before I picked up the car, but it it was missed. Thankfully, they were nice enough to honor their agreement and let me bring it back in to get serviced for free!

Very smooth handling and efficient service by the owners. Aneel was very friendly and always available to meet matching to our schedules. 10/10 would recommend PNW auto sales to any buyer. Very fair, immediate response and follow up. I will do business with them again and recommend my friends too.

My wife and I searched for about a month for a new truck. Finally we found one at PNW Auto. I made a few calls with Aji who was very courteous and easy to deal with. We met with Aneel by appt and bought the truck. There is no run around...no high pressure...just good people who are easy going and great to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership...easiest transaction I have ever done buying from a dealership.
